    @RogersHelps .hi, its monday, the problem with our tv has been ongoing since Friday. Tv stops, mutes, goes off intermittently. Wondering when this is going to be corrected. Cant watch anything on crave or cable. Streaming apps are all ok. Thanks

    @JaneatLFPress I couldn't agree more...the @Rogers issues co tinie for me too and many others are also posting about similar issues. Roger's responds by asking tweeters to take the conversation to DMs. The arrogance and condescending tone of their "customer service" says it all.

    @Rod_chels11 @Rogers I noticed that 8yrs ago a mind bought out of my contract and switched to @VirginPlus and I’ve never had issues or called customer service!

    Just sat on hold with @Rogers for 5 hours, got transferred to 4 different departments (2 were the wrong ones) thinking something was up with our modem just to be told the signal was weak in my whole area, no ETA and nothing they can do. FIVE. HOURS.
