@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

About the system. She looked stuff up. And she solved our problem at the root cause. I wanted to cry. I know she isn't paid enough and she is gold. If all @Rogers customer service people were like her, they wouldn't be loathed the way they are. Look to her as a model!

@RogersHelps I’ve reported and gone through troubleshooting with support so many times and no one actually looks into it. We will have 2 or 3 bars and no network or very limited.

@Rogers my husband was on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to track down his mom’s cable box which was never delivered. Rep told him he’d have to track it down because a “Larry” signed for it. Not delivered to her address. Then the rep hung up on him for no reason.

@rogers my next step is crtc complaint, enough is enough. Im mentally tired, frustrated beyond my personal tolerance and have no more solutions. Since i don't own the account, i'm only waiting for approval. Starting to look for legal help here.

Tried to talk to @Rogers on Live Chat to upgrade internet and maybe run some Ethernet cables through my house for me. I was told I'm not an authorized user on my wife's account, so I gave her the laptop. "Oh no, it doesn't work that way. She needs to sign out and sign back in"

Twitteruniverse help? About to install @rogers ignite modem. For those with experience does it replace BOTH boxes - modem and router from previous Rogers set up? Only been on hold for 1 hr so far 2 ask that… still on hold even though I’ve spoken to two reps who couldn’t help me.
