    @Rogers Internet is down in Markham and I can no longer work. Are there any updates as to what is going on? I'd like to make the proper arrangements if service isn't able to be restored within a reasonable timeframe.

    @Rogers customer service is terrible. Day 2 with no wifi and no reason or eta and when it will be fixed. I assume they will refund me as my cellular data is the only thing saving me.

    So @Rogers say they are Canada's most reliable network but they haven't been able to fix our internet for 4 days ....And I know we are not alone.
