    @RogersHelps 24 hrs now without service in the north york area and i noticed you stopped tweeting any updates on the matter. You had your ETA at 1am this morning and now you have no info on when the issue will be resolved. This is just such poor service.

    @RogersHelps 3 big outage ( more then 24hours) In one year? Specifically when family and guests come over for the holiday? After 32 years being a loyal customer is time to look for better alternatives

    @RogersHelps no internet for the last 2 days, North York area, what ******** is going on. Last outage Rogers didn’t give me one single credit, i have 5 wireless lines. Right now im using my 5g data, if you don’t reimburse me back i will sue ******** out of you.

    Safe to say come January 1st we will no longer be using @Rogers. I get it’s Christmas and a storm yadda, yadda but our small town hydro company was able to fix whole power outages in a few hours. We haven’t had internet in over 36 hours.

    @RogersHelps ya So you got it running around 6 last night and it kept dropping out and wakeup at 530 am and now its down again its now 640am and still down. Why. All weekend and this is ridiculous. Bell never jas problem and I know cuz my friends have it. Every storm its down

    @RogersHelps Here we are, almost 36 hours since we last had internet service (which also means no phone and no tv), came back for about 10 minutes yesterday. What happened to the promise that this would never happen again after the last major outage earlier in the year?
