4 hours on the phone yesterday and 2.5 hours today with @rogers and @RogersHelps snd my issue still isn’t resolved. Several technicians yesterday and I counted 8 today. So much bouncing around from dept to dept. 😳

  • sashaboersma Sasha Boersma (she/her) (@sashaboersma) reported

@RogersHelps I’m trying to reach internet tech support. Usually I’m offered a call back. Wasn’t this time. So I’m on 100+ min later. Even the call backs weren’t this long... which makes me think I’m caught in a nothing...

  • 61icons S.I. (@61icons) reported

@Rogers well today is the third day in a row that my Rogers internet goes out between 12pm and 1pm. If today is like the last two, service will be intermittent till about 1pm. What gives?

  • lolidktree David (@lolidktree) reported

@RogersHelps hello! I'm trying to find a internet provider that won't be overpriced garbage and was wondering if you're in my area? I'm in a rural area 🥲.

  • BornTo_BeWasted CV (@BornTo_BeWasted) reported

@RogersHelps Chatting with your agent, request address change to my internet service. Was told have to migrate to your new platform and offer a new contract that is more expensive than my current plan … no choice. 1/2

  • sashaboersma Sasha Boersma (she/her) (@sashaboersma) reported

@RogersHelps I can’t. It’s too complicated to write out as it’s a continuation of previously reported problems. It’s now been 90min. Which seems really long for this time of night. Should I assume I’m in a glitch and try again tomorrow?

  • TamaraC56245694 TamaraC (@TamaraC56245694) reported

@Rogers internet service has been horrible for a month and getting worse #waterlooregion. Multiple service interruptions each evening (4-5+; 9pm foward; now daytime). Called in at least once/wk. Replaced new modem. Countless hours on hold...almost ready to call it quits!

  • CarloGon Carlo Gon (@CarloGon) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@Rogers and their super unreliable internet is down again. Misleading commercials. More headaches than any other provider.

  • Taidai1338 Tai (@Taidai1338) reported

@TekSavvyCSR I know @rogers likes to throttle internet connections but in what world is giving a gigabit customer >1% of their upload speed acceptable

  • firemansap scott (@firemansap) reported

@Rogers I had it 3 days the mail system had it 7 days and I used nothing. I called the buyers remorse people but I was told I had to pay because of how long I had it in service. I canceled April 29th and was told to wait for my final bill. Plus my activation fee was supposed to be waived
