    @apelipiak @RogersHelps I had the same issue with shaw and after a lot of time on the phone and some choice words they finally admitted that their gig internet does not actually work and on wifi you will never get that speed.

    @ScottFoxonair @CRTCeng I have never gone over in data as long as I’ve had a cell phone ( over 20yrs) . On Saturday seating in my car , phone in my purse I start getting text messages. Within 3mins my phone used over 4g. I have no data left . Called @Rogers and got told nothing they can do.

    @Rogers No I don’t need help anymore, but I’ll finally get to talk to an agent and they each reply takes them over 10 minutes it’s just wasting my time at that point

    @Rogers your service is beyond disgraceful. We pay such a high price for inconsistent service. Never have we been compensated for the lack of service.
