@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

Has anyone received their @Rogers credit for the outage? I know I sure haven't. Or if it was that strange notification about am extra 5GB of data for the month, I never get through that. Totally useless.

@RogersHelps Sorry I see the charges however we were in the states that day trying to travel and it was a day from hell. We were charged the roam like home charges (entered the states on the 8th and home at 12:30am on the 9th) no Internet to help us find where we needed to go.

Hey @Rogers I haven’t even received my discount from your last internet outage and have had another one for most of the day today! You’re lucky @Bell looks terrible too after yesterday, otherwise everyone would have left last time! Fix this now!

After 10 days and 3 calls to @Rogers tech support, I still can't swap flex channels. People have been reporting this problem for years. You'd think they would have a fix ready. You're charging me a lot for this poor service. @rogershelps, can somebody PLEASE fix this?

@RogersHelps I have now been on hold over two days for almost 120 minutes. Today alone 60 and still no live agent!!!! Are there only 2 live agents? This is horrible and I have such a simple question to ask. I don't want to use your automated bot either!!! Help please.
