    @RogersHelps It is patently malpractice to not give your customers more information than “it is a known issue”. People are locked out of digital accounts through two factor, 911 calls, coming on 10 HOURS!!!! How?????

    @TD_Canada Yeah looks like @Rogers not working and can't receive call or text in Toronto right now ? Hence can't login to Trade! Looks like we have too much tech dependency ! And outcome is @TD_Canada is not ready or have a backup plan for this kind of issues ?

    @charityjkeller @RogersHelps They better be giving us a discount on our end of month bill now. This inconvenience is absolutely insane. How can a provider who claims to be the best provider have service down. I haven’t been able to call or text since 7 AM this morning. It is now 11:37 AM. About to hit 5hrs
