Jon Dezan (@DezanSocial) reported from Lakeshore, Ontario@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

Atul Prajapati (@Atul_Prajapati_) reported@Rogers Just received another email asking me to pay $834.86 now on top of $333. New customer with 700+ credit score and solid payment history, yet @Rogers & @Redwireless keep asking for unexpected down payments. Order showed $0 down, then $447.50, then $333, and now $834.86 more. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. Requesting urgent resolution. #Rogers #CustomerExperience #Canada

Onesiphorus 🟪⬜️🟩 🇬🇧🇨🇦 (@Caro_WiserNow) reported@RogersHelps Too late. I'm cancelling. It's been going on for two weeks and the "help" techies tell me they've fixed it. No use for this anymore with my current deal ending in three weeks.

Charlotte Clarkson (@starbarry) reported@RogersHelps is there an issue with the MyRogers (Shaw) app and the MyRogers together with Shaw website? When I try to access either the app or the website nothing loads.

Onesiphorus 🟪⬜️🟩 🇬🇧🇨🇦 (@Caro_WiserNow) reportedThis was brilliant - we had tears in our eyes when they made it safely through. Thanks very much to the worst communications company in Canada - @Rogers for forcing me to reboot the box in the middle of it and missing valuable minutes of watching it live.

travisrenney (@travisrenney) reported@RogersHelps Answer the phone in the call centre. Have an objective to have hold times of less and three to five minutes. Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers don’t need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.
-
travisrenney (@travisrenney) reported@RogersHelps Staff more agents to answer the call volume. Having hold time longer than a few minutes is awful. Imagine you are at the grocery store or the bank and the cashier line is an hour long. Are you going to come back to that store. Are you going to be angry when it’s your turn.
