@RogersHelps My services have been fully restored and functional since about 9:45 or 9:50 since the Wi-Fi briefly crashed again for 5 minutes and the TV It was for about 5 minutes before coming back online again. I'll do a DM about the confirmed outage in Unionville earlier though

@RogersHelps that seems like an ironic name for a company that uses 2 hours of a customers time in order to Chat with a “customer service rep” who accomplishes nothing. Horrible, horrible service.

@RogersHelps I did. Conveniently it’s just a third broken iPhone in a row. @AppleSupport should really work on quality control. It’s not the Rogers network according to Rogers. Just every #iphone is broken out of the box. I’d rather hang myself with my lightning cable than be with Rogers.
