It's just absolutely infuriating to pay for a service to watch live events and have that "service" hardly ever work. If I was this bad at my job I'd be fired. Looking at you @RogersHelps & @Sportsnet

Now 1 week with no @rogers wifi!! @RogersHelps all they keep saying is back office is working on it. We had wifi a week ago and have had it for years but Rogers makes a mistake on the account and removes the modem thinking they installed a new one wtf???

For the second time this week, 9am and starting the business day, @rogers decides its the perfect time for maintenance - all services down again. Ffs. Do maintenance outside of business hours!!! Doesn't anyone at the company get it?
