Unfortunately, I had to select options to indicate I was BUYING SOMETHING in order to speak with someone LIVE. My other FOUR attempts today were hung up on. Big “F” for Cx Service guys.

Customer service/technical support have been completely unhelpful...I have chatted with or spoken to at least 8 agents and spent over 3 hours on hold. Not great!!

Your AI said your tech support is 24/7 & every time I request to speak to someone I’m hung up on. This is 100% UNACCEPTABLE.
