Once the equipment didnt show up on time I called @Rogers AGAIN and they then said it might be another 10 days before the equipment could show up and there's nothing that they can do. I was told it would take 1-2 days, my email said 2-3 days. At this rate I may cancel my service

@WillFlynn94 @Rogers They should give you a discount or a couple free months or something for the amount of trouble you’ve gone through

@RogersHelps I want you to know that your representative “Parm in Vernon” is the reason I will be canceling my service with you. Absolutely horseshit customer service.

I lost my home internet connection few hours ago, thanks to @Rogers. I called the support @RogersHelps and they're going to send a technician in 2 days. Fun part is I'm working from home. Rogers struggles to provide reliable service and support.

Been on and off the phone with @RogersBiz for over 2 hours for them to treat me like I haven’t been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. They are literally asking me to move to @Bell_Support at this point.

@RogersHelps this is starting to get old. Why can't you provide reliable service? Is it really that difficult?

@Musaic2 @Bell @Rogers I'm moving soon so then. Never in my life have I had this poor of service. They lie to cover their asses as well.

@Rogers is a joke. For the past week the internet has been extremely choppy, making using anything impossible. Phone lines drop, wi-fi cuts every 2 minutes, TV doesn't work. Why do I pay for this?

This is absolute horseshit! On the back of a countrywide outage and @RogersHelps decides it’s just fine to actively disconnect networks during normal working hours when half the country is working from home! All I get is “hopefully the work will be completed soon” 🤬
