    @RogersHelps I shall. But when I called Friday ~ 8 pm, Rogers told me it was due to a fibre cut. It was Ontario-wide. A person 30 sec drive away from me with Rogers was and is unaffected. The TV and internet are _still not working _ for me. It’s Saturday 3:36 pm now! Sigh.

    @TekSavvyBuzz I heard a rumor that this was the reason for that outage day we had a while back. Did anyone ever get the credit they were supposed to get on their account for that outage day. I sure didn't. @Rogers @RogersHelps

    @Rogers worst customer service. After being over an hour on hold, this guy answers the phone, asks a few questions and tells me he is going to put me on hold because he is going to check on something and minutes later, someone else gets the call; I guess he is t feel like working

    @RogersHelps . No tv or internet all day. No change now that Toronto's problem resolved. DM'd 3 hrs ago. No Chat yet Can't even access MyAccount to check local status. I was transfered to Live Chat 2 hrs ago. No chat there either. Not very impressive. #rogersdoesnthelp

    @Bell what a terrible service!!! It's not even my second billing cycle, my Internet has been interrupted TWICE ALREADY!!!! Terrible terrible to say the least. Can't wait to get back to @Rogers at least it works!!!!

    @RogersHelps so you mean to tell me you guys still haven’t fixed this internet outage in my area? It’s been 14 hours. What am I paying for? Bell Fibe has a new customer this company is a joke

    @REWoman @Rogers 1/ I agree 100% I also think that it's insane for our regulators to approve any level of further mergers, acquisitions or consolidations within the CDN wireless communication market. It's an anti-competitive Oligopoly now. Bad for Business, bad for consumers.
