@jasonwagar @Rogers @Google I was told, reliably, that the problem is a ground fault on the street line. As traffic increases, the signal moves up channels. At a certain channel the line faults & resets to the bottom channel. They need to dig up the line and replace, which needs permits from the city.

@jasonwagar @RogersHelps Don't bother with the business upgrade. I’ve had it for years and service is just as bad as regular. I'm only tweeting because it's down again and I can't work.

@jasonwagar @Rogers @Google Wild. I'm in Cambridge and I upgraded to Ignite (500 MBPS) to try and see if that would avoid my problems (frequent, brief service disconnects). It didn't work. Bell has no Fibe service here, so I have no other truly high-speed options.
