Wow @Rogers. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks to move my service to a new address. I was being put in hold the last time I waited for 1 hour on hold. Now it just says they are experiencing higher calling volumes and it hangs up on me. Bell will have a new client I think.

@RogersHelps No, because you don't offer options for customers who just want to buy a phone while keeping their current plan. Your customer service agents always push us to change our plans to get a new device."

1/2No wonder @Rogers closed down radio stations yesterday. They don’t get it. Listening to @BlueJays today on @FAN590. Paraphrasing, ‘there goes the no hitter let’s go to Joe blow for the out of town scoreboard’. New guy-‘nothing going on out of town, this is the only game.’

@RogersHelps #1 The scaling on the app for acceisbility purposes means that screen presses do not register well/accurately (and mine is only 15% zoomed in.) Android specificly #2 'Billing" currently crashes the app, so that doesn't help anything.

@RogersHelps Hahaha the thing that answered the phone told me it was AI. Maybe start by getting rid of that crap.

My internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

@Rogers I gotta say, it's a BLAST trying to watch something on the pvr with a "connection issue" (AGAIN. BIG ******* shock) every two minutes AND the sound cutting out. Fire all of your useless employees and maybe hire people who know what they are doing? You are the most
