Customers should be able to order the products (cable, internet, phone, etc.) online, like almost all other retailers. Contacting a CSR should be the last thing a customer needs to do, not the 1st.

Last I checked, CPI was 1.9%. I already spoke with someone in your retention department. They knocked it down to 13% - still absurd. 25 yrs loyal, but do you care?
