And here’s the WORST part: THIS HAPPENED A MONTH AGO and they still haven’t refunded me!! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. What kind of service is this, @Rogers @Fidomobile?

@Rogers after 20mins of navigating their maze of options they return "We are too busy to answer your call, try again another time, goodbye" #awful #disgraceful #shaw. Do yourself a favor a go to @TELUS or @Bell

@TELUSsupport If you had a call center in Canada, it wouldn't be an issue. Instead, you're leading with profits over service and the customer pays at the end. Telus used to be different, customer focused ... Now, you're no different then @Bell and @Rogers . Shame!

I called @Rogers yesterday, to terminate my internet service. 10 minutes of being forced to listen to retention offers I have already declined - after telling them I already switched to @Bell! - they tell me they will call me back within an hour to close my account. 1/x

@Rogers In my conversations with @Bell sales folks and @Rogers support, I asked why the prices have to go up, and I got 2 responses in most cases: 1. Ongoing infrastructure maintenance costs 2. Inflation What is the actual reason and the logic behind the calculations?

If you get a call from @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers or any phone company offering “40% off” and asking you to verify your name — don’t do it. It’s likely a scam, & they may record your answer to impersonate you later. Tell them you’ll call back using the official support number instead

One very frustrated customer @Rogers @RogersHelps @ShawInfo I've now spent over 3 HOURS trying to get basic customer support. Here's how that time has gone: 🕟 Called at 4:20 PM 📞 On hold for 95 minutes, then disconnected 💬 Switched to live chat — was #23 in the queue ⏳ Waited over an hour, finally reached someone... 👎 Only to be told I was in the wrong department 🔁 Trying AGAIN — now I’m #35 in queue It’s now 7:26 PM. This is a massive waste of time and completely unacceptable. How are customers expected to get help when even your agents say the system routes us wrong? Fix the support system. Please.

@TELUS, @Bell, and @Rogers is what you get when you nuke competition. They all suck at everything. And the worst part is they’ve all been given free rein to rip off Canadians and all their stocks suck as well?? Make it make sense.
