    Worse customer experience ever in any capacity after being at @Rogers , I'm still in shock we were treating with absolutely no sense of customer service. And when confronted about it, there was no desire on their end to rectify it.

    @rogers tryna tell me my internet was only out one day during their nationwide shortage, like they've ever done anything in a day, takes two days just to get someone one the phone when you call in for help. SMH, hope #Bell why can't you bring 500 speed internet to my area? T_T

    After 10 days and 3 calls to @Rogers tech support, I still can't swap flex channels. People have been reporting this problem for years. You'd think they would have a fix ready. You're charging me a lot for this poor service. @rogershelps, can somebody PLEASE fix this?

    @RogersHelps Prior to & since outage the service has proven unreliable & losing hours, days of access because clearly a business decision was made with Ignite to hamstring 3rd party gear. Before Ignite the service was reliable. Forums, threads show this.

    @RogersHelps I have now been on hold over two days for almost 120 minutes. Today alone 60 and still no live agent!!!! Are there only 2 live agents? This is horrible and I have such a simple question to ask. I don't want to use your automated bot either!!! Help please.
