I am actually done using @Rogers now🙏. I got transferred by 3 departments on @RogersHelps customer service and waited for over 45 min, only to know that the internet won't be fixed until 10pm coz some update in area. Why do you need to update in the peak hours(1pm-10pm)

Hey @Google having trouble with messages not going through as mms. Even if they should be sent as sms. @Rogers says it's your fault. Is this true? Or is it their network? This has been a sporadic problem on our #pixel5 phones since the Rogers crash, worse since #android13 update.

@Rogers Let us down again. Outage in my area, fixed hours later except a few houses - mine included. 4 trucks in area but I’m to wait 36 hours for help. Your “commitment to exceptional service” is again bogus. I either lose pay to stay home and wait or work and wait longer.
