@birgitomo @Rogers Human error caused the BGP issue. It happens more than you think. Rogers failed to do timely problem determination. Also, it appears their Change Control/Maint SOP is lacking. Major faux pas on their part.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Do you honestly consider TV service that keeps stopping, starting and being completely pixelated restored, or internet service that is unable to connect to most web pages or apps restored? This is now the 3rd day that your service is now unusable.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I still can’t log onto my @TD_Canada banking app or online banking to pay bills due last Friday. I’ve called & they use your servers so they’re still having network issues. When issuing my credit it better incl late fees & ALL days I cannot do what I need to.

@RogersHelps It’s only partial up and running, tv is hard to watch with all the buffering or whatever you want to call this!! Time to cancel this annoying cable!
