Rusty Shackleford (@PhysicsIsMyGame) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick

@Rogers This is the third time this week your shotty internet services are down. It's impossible to work from home like this. Your partial credit for every day that it's down doesn't cover mine or my spouse's lost wages. Get it together, please!

  • vincepower
Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick

Dear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

  • pdbuick
Patrick Buick (@pdbuick) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick

@RogersHelps DNS is broken again. I can't resolve some sites using the Rogers servers, but if I force a different DNS server in nslookup, it resolves just fine. Usually, they end up scheduling a reboot I believe.

@RogersHelps Got it working again. Simple fix. Thank you 👍

@mcknight_david @MonctonWildcast @nick_ph7 @alangdon17 @Bell @Rogers That’s very true, and something you don’t think about until u move from the region But streams are a way to watch for sure, but most games that are “regional” are starting at 11pm soooo it’s not the worst haha

  • vincepower
Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick

@RogersHelps When I go into downtown Moncton with my new iPhone 12 it switches to 5G but I can’t seem to load any data when I’m on that network. Do I need a new SIM card or something?

  • timbwatkins
Tim Watkins (@timbwatkins) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick

Good thing I switched to @VMediaTV which runs on the @RogersHelps infrastructure, now I'm paying 65.00/mo for no service instead of 120.00/mo for no service.

@RogersHelps @CBR900 Same for me! Just bought a fire TV stick to use for my NEW Rogers service, but the app is nowhere to be found (Fire TV Stick 4K Max)

  • DanMac2014
    Dan (@DanMac2014) reported

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I’m with @Rogers, great service but all Canadian phone companies are just too expensive- yup, Canadians are definitely getting ripped off in comparison

  • _RanjanSoni
    Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported

@RogersHelps I have tried everything. I am not travelling anywhere and on Roger’s network.

  • chirutweet
    Chiranjeevi Nagiredd (@chirutweet) reported

@RogersHelps This was as part of the call with the customer care. When they reviewed my account they mentioned that it was wrongly done. Hence I reached out to the store multiple times. This was mentioned against the notes too. I can provide my account no and other details if you need.

  • julookingaround
    Ju (@julookingaround) reported

@RogersHelps what is going on in Calgary?? Almost two hours without service. This is unbelievable. Are you guys even working today??? Are you even trying to fix it?? What is going on?

  • W_Goddard
    William Goddard 🍁 (@W_Goddard) reported

@JeffreyBannon @Rogers I love the fact that they are offering employees buyouts and at the same time growing staffing in Morrocco because the average employee working in customer service gets paid about $1000 per month ...

  • SignalChasing
    Seeking Signal (@SignalChasing) reported

@PsudoMike @Rogers @airalocom Roaming is outrageously expensive. No argument there. But general telco services have gotten very affordable and high quality in Canada. For example, plans are now in the $30-50 range for unlimited talk, text, and 100 GB of data. I’m not sure why you’re complaining. Where are you getting better service?

  • ChopperTsoi
    Jeremy Tsoi (@ChopperTsoi) reported

@Rogers I've been on hold for 2 hours waiting for tech support. You are a communications company that seems to think your customers time has zero value. Not even a simple callback option that even banks have. We pay some of the highest rates in the world, but this is what we get

  • O_Grech_kin
    Martin (@O_Grech_kin) reported

@RogersHelps I hope this works because I started speaking with technical and it has sent me to the further issues I’ve been experiencing
