  • hotshot8774 Adam Lund (@hotshot8774) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@mcknight_david @MonctonWildcast @nick_ph7 @alangdon17 @Bell @Rogers That’s very true, and something you don’t think about until u move from the region But streams are a way to watch for sure, but most games that are “regional” are starting at 11pm soooo it’s not the worst haha

  • dougrcollins Doug Collins (@dougrcollins) reported from Riverview, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

  • vincepower Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

Dear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

  • timbwatkins Tim Watkins (@timbwatkins) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

Good thing I switched to @VMediaTV which runs on the @RogersHelps infrastructure, now I'm paying 65.00/mo for no service instead of 120.00/mo for no service.

@BonnieM32345606 @RogersHelps good ol fashioned signal lock, nobody wants to press in a code at head office to unlock the signal

  • dickycoxmedia Dicky Cox (@dickycoxmedia) reported

@p_khunger @RogersHelps i hate to be a jackass but depending on your device you should be around 200-300 download, its a shared speed, so 3 equally powerful devices getting 300mbps, or 5 laptops getting about 200mbps each, yes 18 is bad, mine was 30 paying for 500.

  • kfsorbara maybe: kat (@kfsorbara) reported

@Rogers is a joke. Would rather someone who pays $200+/monthly switch to Bell than resolve a simple customer service issue that happened BEFORE their stint on Friday. 0 retention. 0 customer service. The rep I’ve been on the phone with for over 90 minutes did NOTHING to help me

  • BrianJazz7 Macy (@BrianJazz7) reported

@Shay31906720 @RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 You're talking about storms and power outages when this outage of the service was because of negligence from Rogers stop making excuses for these companies

@RogersHelps No offense, but 5 days is crap. I missed work because of this too. Plus my TV is still acting up. Try again, you can do better than that.
