    Dear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

    @RogersHelps When I go into downtown Moncton with my new iPhone 12 it switches to 5G but I can’t seem to load any data when I’m on that network. Do I need a new SIM card or something?

    The fact that I had to school a @Rogers employee on their own company AFTER being on hold for 30+ minutes is ridiculous to me but hey; they said if I call back when the problem is resolved I will get my credit so im holding them to it
