Good thing I switched to @VMediaTV which runs on the @RogersHelps infrastructure, now I'm paying 65.00/mo for no service instead of 120.00/mo for no service.

@RogersHelps Here in Kitchener. N2H2X6. No cable or internet since storm blew through at noon today. And it’s also many of my neighbours. One of your supp people told my neighbour that there were no outages here. WRONG!! What is the problem?? Very frustrated with lack of support.

@damienmontana1 @Rogers We're being selfish though. I mean, if they fixed the lines and spent any of the millions they make on making their service usable, how would their CEO and CFO write themselves a 7 figure salary? It's a tough job working off the backs of others.

@RogersHelps Hydro isn’t out! Never was for more than 15 seconds. It’s just Rogers that is out! And it’s been over 8 hours now. You’ve cost me nearly $300 in lost wages!

it’s the fact that @Rogers and @RogersHelps asks us to dm them for help but they don’t even have a proper ETA on anything. Do you guys not have contact with your techs or repairmen/women for specific locations? Boggles my mind.

@RogersHelps @YCMDGaming Hydro isn’t the issue!! Hydro works and it’s only Rogers that doesn’t. Over 8 hours now. I’ve lost out on my workday and you’ve cost me nearly $300 in lost wages!!
