@RogersHelps DNS is broken again. I can't resolve some sites using the Rogers servers, but if I force a different DNS server in nslookup, it resolves just fine. Usually, they end up scheduling a reboot I believe.

  • timbwatkins
Tim Watkins (@timbwatkins) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick

Good thing I switched to @VMediaTV which runs on the @RogersHelps infrastructure, now I'm paying 65.00/mo for no service instead of 120.00/mo for no service.

@Rogers This is the third time this week your shotty internet services are down. It's impossible to work from home like this. Your partial credit for every day that it's down doesn't cover mine or my spouse's lost wages. Get it together, please!

  • vincepower
Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick

Dear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

@mcknight_david @MonctonWildcast @nick_ph7 @alangdon17 @Bell @Rogers That’s very true, and something you don’t think about until u move from the region But streams are a way to watch for sure, but most games that are “regional” are starting at 11pm soooo it’s not the worst haha

@RogersHelps Hi I was just wondering if there are any known outages in Dieppe, NB? My internet and cable are down and I'm trying to figure out if it's an area issue or if I'm having technical problems. Thanks

@RogersHelps When I go into downtown Moncton with my new iPhone 12 it switches to 5G but I can’t seem to load any data when I’m on that network. Do I need a new SIM card or something?

@RogersHelps @Rogers can't sign into my account on your website on my computer. I can sign in on the phone but not the computer. Fix it!

@NavdeepSBains We're you the COO of @Rogers when the Brampton call centre was outsourced to other countries including India/ Philippines? How does that help ontarians?

  • sasa_prinsesa
Прінсеса Саша CHECK MARK (@sasa_prinsesa) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They have fired most of their Canadian staff and outsourced overseas! It’s horrible now; cut back customer service, IT help and hours! It’s awful! @Rogers I wish there was an all Canadian company I could give my business to!

  • sheilawalker73
    Sheila Walker 🤷🏻‍♀️⛳️🍸🔥 (@sheilawalker73) reported

@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @BlueJays One bad season isn’t a career … too much pressure all on him after trading away too much last season. He’ll be better next year.

  • bigweeels
    PattyD_fore (@bigweeels) reported

@RogersHelps AI asst. would ask for my name and then ask for me to spell my name and then would ask me to try again and it was never successful. I’d transfer to a CSR and the call would just drop after a msg saying there’s a “high volume of calls at the moment, call back later.”

  • ClaytonYates17
    Clayton Yates (@ClaytonYates17) reported

@h_n_z @BenLypka @Rogers When Rogers shut down the radio stations in Vancouver and Calgary, it meant a large number of people lost their jobs. If podcasts are the way going forward, then why didn’t they just start a bunch of podcasts instead and employ those people that they left unemployed?

  • LindsayWiebeRD
    Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps I’m officially cancelling my internet tomorrow. $100+ for mediocre service is not great. If you want to lower my plan, cool. If not we are changing.

  • terryjf140
    TJF (@terryjf140) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Was switching # over last week. 2 days 25x. Only once was I put on hold...40 minutes later had to gomto work. All other times message said... too busy, call back later & disconnected. 1 x on hold, 25.min in told me to go to store for faster service!

  • BenLypka
    Ben Lypka (@BenLypka) reported

Reminder: @Rogers shut down several radio stations across the country to help fund and produce crap like this

  • Breakin_Normal
    Just Bored (@Breakin_Normal) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I keep getting calls from Roger’s, Telus and bell and most times you can barely hear them from all the background noise. You can tell they are not in Canada so usually I just act like I can’t hear them and hang up. Not like I want to sign up to new service like that.
