    @RogersHelps Ignite TV in many areas across Ontario (including Maple where I am) is freezing every 2 seconds and the rest of the time no audio... 4 days without proper service. What a joke.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers My TV is still not working (3 days later). I totally understand outages happen but this is not acceptable. I can’t even get hold of tech support - 2.5 hours waiting - no answer. I give up! Help! I’m located in Ajax, ON.

    @RogersHelps Ignite hasn’t worked properly since your issues Friday. It’s constantly freezing many people report this. What are you doing to compensate for not being able to use this very expensive cable service for four days now?!?!

    @RogersHelps My Ignite tv service is not working. The channels freeze and then the screen goes black. It’s been like this for at least 2 hours. I’m out in Hamilton.
