#IndianStatus531 (@BlueCedarAngel) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@RogersHelps After being with Rogers, about 30 years, since Rogers landed on uunceded Coast Salish Territory, I'm Switching to @TELUS ASAP.. When you treat me badly, sorry and aid works. When you profile my kid and treat us like criminals, you can go to hell with your loved one's 😚
-
Cam & Nicole (@travelcanucks) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaVery disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎
-
CodeRed333 (@3Code3Red3) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@RogersHelps AND WHAT DOES A DM HELP WITH. BEING TOLD TO CALL A NUMBER JUST TO BE OUT ON HOLD. A FULL 5HR CALL TO ROGERS TODAY.
-
Kevin (@604kev) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia@RogersHelps you're claiming service has been restored, but I cannot receive SMS messages. As a result, I cannot log into my bank because @TD_Canada solely supports SMS MFA (which is also a joke). When will your services be fully restored including SMS? Thanks.

Benny Yau (@MrBennyYau) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaAnd then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps
-
Vasily Podgoalzin (@Rparmarr89) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@MonikaGul @NEWS1130 @canantifraud True story. Happened to me last month as well as I thought the text was spam. Got into my PayPal account as well. Luckily @AskPayPal and @Rogers rectified the issue within a couple hours and got my phone number back.

Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile carriets throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

A simple call for authorization? #badservice
