And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

Hey guys. Just a heads up. @RogersHelps expects senior citizens to sit on hold for over an hour just to be hung up on to cancel a line. Even when your an authorized user on the account they will not assist you unless you wait for someone to finally answer your call. Day 4 of this

You know @Rogers, I pay you (a lot) for 24x7 Internet. Not 23x7. But my service goes offline nearly daily just after 2am. Usually it’s back on by 3am, but apparently not today (still offline). Why must the service go down like clockwork at such a prime hour?

@RogersHelps You’re not here to help. He just called in told there was no wait for the cancellation dept and has now been on hold for 20 mins to speak to someone so please save me the we are here to help talk. My father is 65 and doesn’t use either platform so what do you suggest ?

Another #unhappy @rogers #customer ,Cont. I have not received any email or call saying the phone is ready to be pickedup. At least send an email that your order will be cancelled if not picked up. Seriously thinking to switch to another company

Another #unhappy @rogers #customer. Upgrading phone with ex-pickup, supposed to be 3-5 days would be receiving an email, didn't not. Called Rogers on 18th, the device was not ready. Today got an email, the order cancelled 'cause it wasn't pickedup (check 2nd)
