Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • daniellejreidd Danielle Reid (@daniellejreidd) reported

@Rogers extremely disappointed with your internet/cable services. As someone who works from home (and as a paying customer) it’s frustrating for service interruptions to occur on a weekly basis. This our second interruption today. Not good enough.

  • rye_guy83 Ryan (@rye_guy83) reported

@RogersHelps no internet in or tv since this morning. Is there an issue?

  • TylerH222 Tyler Handsome aka Deuces Wild 😀 (@TylerH222) reported

My parents use Shaw. I have Rogers. Their telecast is about 25 seconds behind, live. I texted them "Canada scored!" They said "No they didn't..." 25 seconds later... "oh ****! Tylerrrrrr...!" @Rogers #Shaw doesn't have a Twitter handle?...

  • thisIsTlak thisIsT (@thisIsTlak) reported

    1) I had severe network issues. The connection would just drop. Getting a replacement from Google was not possible as it was purchased through a carrier (@Rogers) in my case. They made me hustle between @uBreakiFix. But they don't seem to have an agreement for phones in Canada.

  • j3ff_M Jeff (@j3ff_M) reported

@RogersHelps And my service is out

  • bdecopp Brandon (@bdecopp) reported

@RogersHelps me again, we had a tech come like 2 days ago and they replaced the ignite box and then had someone offer faster internet to 'fix' the disconnecting but now we are disconnecting every like 30-60 minutes for 10-20 seconds...

  • MillennialStar2 Millennial_Fairy (Sarah) 🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈✊🏿✊🏾🇦🇫 (@MillennialStar2) reported

Like Netflix and everything but speed tests sometimes give me inconsistent results or higher ping when we pay for high speeds. Any word as to when the network /service rebuild for My neighborhood will be done and when network congestion will clear up? @RogersHelps

  • markwallin02 Mr. No Body (@markwallin02) reported

@Rogers @YMCAGTA I have this on going chat with myself. Why do they call different shades of Brown people Black? Really they are various browns. I guess just saying Brown doesn't sound mean enough. You gotta say Black. Even though it's stupid. I'm different shades of colours, really not White.

  • Bugs318 Derek Townhouse (@Bugs318) reported

@Rogers My elderly mother got conned into an allegedly better "ignite" plan from Rogers for her tv & internet, though she has a condo plan already. Upon realizing the problem and asking to revert to her condo plan, they came to set it back up... 1/

  • CraigPolecrone Craig 🇨🇦 (@CraigPolecrone) reported

@Rogers have the same process for any cable TV issues. On Demand won’t work? Reboot. Still no? Let me check signal. Hmmm, I need to schedule a tech (who will likely tell me to swap the box, again). Every 15-30 days, repeat. Great value for what we pay monthly. Not. Brutal.
