    @HeatherInNVan @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m w/ Fido that piggybacks the Rogers network. Have not seen any discrepancies today, but this been an issue in the past. Wifi competing with data, have to turn of wifi to get data to work.

    I pay an average of $4000 annually to @Rogers for my phone bill. I've been with them for over 20 years, or when they set up shop in Vancouver BC 1/4 of the time we get treated like ****. I always think about switching then family crisis happens. #NotHappy #badservice

    @RogersHelps Services have not been restored. I've been without internet since 5am today. I've tried every possible fix with nothing working. I woke to two Tech's and had someone else I know within Rogers escalate and was told the issue is ongoing. No tech til Wed. What should I do?

    @Rogers I called your support line to cancel my services and they told me to pay 580 $ as a cancelation fee. NO CONTRACT WAS SIGNED, no email nothing and your representative says its verbal. Help me out if you can.

    @RogersHelps I held for over 1 hour Saturday and now on hold for over an hour again today. I no longer believe you have agents employed. If I don't speak with a human being in the next 30 minutes I will cancel all Rogers services and move to Bell. Personal, home & corporate.
