And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

This is why it matters that the website schedule has so many functional issues and errors, including that the Monthly Schedule for Canada is actually U.S.

@RogersBiz I called @Bell Business, somebody picked up right away. I called Rogers Business, the line was on hold for more than an hour. I stopped waiting after 18 minutes. 🗑 🗑 Would never recommend Rogers for ANY package. Would ABSOLUTELY NOT. #badreview #rogerscanada
