@TJKip @RogersHelps Lol @ so poor your tweeting to get a $50 gift card. Hate to see it really

  • tweetsforteetz tweetsforteetz (@tweetsforteetz) reported

@ConsumerSOS @dmac_79 @RogersHelps Absolutely. I worked in the service sector for many years, so I can attest to this. A prevalent issue, imho, is that most telecom CSRs are under a great deal of pressure to sell, and if they don’t follow the strict script, they are taken to task and at risk of losing their jobs.

  • ConsumerSOS Seán O’Shea (@ConsumerSOS) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@tweetsforteetz @dmac_79 @RogersHelps And almost every rep has discretion. Almost. Meaning if a consumer is a jerk—game over. Be respectful: chances of great service improve. My experience.

  • tweetsforteetz tweetsforteetz (@tweetsforteetz) reported

@ConsumerSOS @dmac_79 @RogersHelps Ah, well in that case, I will have to take that back. Look, I know that not all CSRs are difficult, matter of fact, I’ve encountered some really great ones. Problem is, is that these Big 3 know they have us by the ****** in most cases.
