@RogersHelps With the lack of any kind of real update for those of us who have ZERO SERVICE since we woke up, I get the feeling @RogersHelps is a bot that's being fed Standardized responses. Customers deserve compensation. Rogers can afford to take this hit.

@veex93 @RogersHelps @Rogers It’s not the internet that’s the problem we can connect to wifi. If there was an emergency with my husband or son at his daycare, they have no way to get a hold of me.

@nlatchx @Rogers Most of the contracts we sign, in the fine print, state otherwise. We had the same issue a couple of months ago with Cogeco internet crapping out.
