@chelseachan @Rogers I was with Bell before this. I only switched because the dude in the store said he had better things to do than sell me a new phone. I walked out and went to the Rogers Kiosk haha good to know their service is good. Will check out their plans.

@rogers l pay approximately $500 a month for what I know understand is poor service due to abysmal leadership. I encourage everyone to speak with their pocketbooks and stop crowdfunding this very bad Shakesperean melodrama.

Remember how I said @Rogers straight up lied and put me on a plan that costs $10 more? Turns out whatever change they made to fix it reduced my data plan by 1/3 and has completely severed my phone's access to the internet I am determined not to let this ruin the Vancouver trip

I'm also going to see how @rogers is handling their public family trauma to see if *******'s #mantrum might result in good customer service to at least refund the money stolen from me...just this one time. I offered to wave the rest but reconsider under new circumstances.
