@Rogers your 5G speeds are concerning. Paying hundreds for an upgrade only to have your internet spreads drastically reduced is extremely dishonest. When will the paying customers get the service they are paying for?

@RogersHelps Can you explain to me why our home internet has gone down EVERY DAY this week? It's BEYOND frustrating when trying to work from home. This can't possibly be meeting any kind of service level agreement.

@RogersHelps Lucky for you guys though I will continue to pay over $120 a month and I’ll just have to learn to deal with the issue after @Rogers strings me along for months of meaningless troubleshooting that gets you nowhere.

@Rogers That statement would be valid if it wasn’t severely flawed. Services and experiences are not better, don’t deliver more value and instead are much worse. We are definitely overpaying for the value and services. Communication services are poor and Rogers players are paid too much

@RogersHelps hi Rogers. Our Rogers ignite box has been dropping like crazy. Internet down every 10 minutes as well as our cable obviously. Is there some way to get this fixed?
