I am glad that we finally live in a place where we can be what is called in the business a Promo Jumper. So I say this with pleasure bye bye @rogers and hello @bell. that fiasco was the last straw, I have to pay way more for a service that is unrealiable how about no.

@RogersHelps I have wireless for tv, computer, phone etc. The tv keeps cutting out either sound or picture. Have reset and still happening. Being seniors without phone service was dangerous for us along with others and home security. Nothing new for Rogers. Take your money and zip!

Shoutout to Amanda @RogersHelps in Toronto for finally pulling me out of this system hellhole I've been stuck in since my move mid-May. 🎉 And a reminder to all that when you're pissed at services/companies, it's a ****** move to take it out on customer service reps.

@RogersHelps Closed captioning is not working. Also TV voice and picture are freezing. I have everything with you. I want 1 month free for no mobile, home ph, TV, WiFi. This is garbage!
