@glendalynndixon @RogersHelps @CRTCeng They have been brutal with communication which does not surprise. Statements like restored service to most areas is not accurate when only partial restoration. They should be upfront and detail the kinds of problems people may continue to experience due to DHCP and other issues.

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers If it was a legitimate call, I'm sure they found someone to help them out. I had a situation somewhat similar, but it all worked out and it just wouldn't occur to me to look for some money because of a legitimate problem. What is it with people these days? Always a hand out!

The Rogers outage fiasco from a tech enthusiast point of view. @Rogers I think it's high time you and @Telus and @Bell got together to arrange a back up in case one carriers systems goes down. Would be simple? Probably not.

@RogersHelps my service is still down in North York. I have seen you reply people all day asking for DM's and when I do DM you, you have given the same BS PR response you tweetes. When will i get a real update! This is 3 days now!
