    @RogersHelps @Rogers Wow, five whole days? I doubt you will ever be able to restore our confidence. You lost my confidence during the April 2021 outage, which was also attributed to an upgrade gone wrong.

  • Chilli_Momma Kim 🇨🇦💚🏎💨 (@Chilli_Momma) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

    @RogersHelps According to other users feedback on here I am not the only one experiencing issue with my ignite tv. It’s still freezing every so often. I’ve tried unplugging the box multiple times today & it’s still happening. Issue is on your end, not mine.

  • cdnracer72 just a canadian race fan (@cdnracer72) reported

    @RogersHelps ******* idiots. Don't need a damn credit, just get your ******* **** working!!!

  • Mmmmmmmikee Mike Gray (@Mmmmmmmikee) reported

    @RogersHelps @Rogers This is garbage, honestly. I have 4 cell plans and 3 of those were traveling across the country. What a nightmare. Show no loyalty, get no loyalty.

  • EileenShuchat Eileen Shuchat (@EileenShuchat) reported

    @RogersHelps Thank you for the response. We continue to have a problem with the televisions. We have video but the audio keeps cutting out. We see the video moving but every couple of minutes the sound disappears for a while. We tried calling for tech support but couldn't get through.

  • Robibey Robert Ibey (@Robibey) reported

    5 days after @Rogers proved how bad an idea it is to put all your connections in 1 bundle, @TELUS says: "Get Amazon Prime membership on us with exclusive shopping and entertainment perks when you bundle Optik TV + Internet, from $148/mo. Plus order online today to save" DOH!

  • GT200chic Ann Balaban (@GT200chic) reported

    @RogersHelps @Chilli_Momma Issues are unresolved in my area @rogershelps

  • __QBALLZ__ Rob Mayne (@__QBALLZ__) reported

    @RogersHelps That’s awesome! However, I’m a truck driver and need my phone for work. During your “outage”, I was on the road in the USA. I was roaming like home @ $12/day. Will I be reimbursed for that as well as 5 my days? Let me know!

  • Daytripinanhour Kevin Kenny (@Daytripinanhour) reported

    @RogersHelps This isn’t the 1st time Rogers has let us down. Bell and Telus looks good.

  • jeffster1970 Jeff W (@jeffster1970) reported

    I guess @Rogers figured that firing @BlueJays manager Charlie Montoyo would fix their network issues. I think trying a different outlet or breaker should have been tried first.
