@Rogers @NHL Our entire house runs on Rogers home internet and cell service. We have had speeds of less then 5 mpbs for 3 months, even though we're paying $100 a month for at least 25mbps. So I'm wondering when our service will be fully back and what will I be getting out of this.

@zander_law @MrBell04 @RogersHelps Don't put too much faith in their customer service. I was getting the same error when trying to watch on my Sportsnet TV and phone app. After logging in via the website, I am now watching it on my computer.

@Rogers I have been kept on hold for 125 mins yesterday 50 mins for cancelling an internet connection that was never started for month. Which is so difficult to disconnect a line.
