  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus is the worst, their call center is in which I would assume Mexico and they just keep bouncing you around to different departments because no one wants to help you.

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Funny, I asked that question 8 weeks ago and got roasted for it. We have a job shortage in Canada, but Rogers has customer service all over the world and not here. Hmmmm.

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Instead of finding a different way to install a service they butchered every single garage entryway in the neighborhood including mine which was BRAND NEW. I canceled every service I had with Rogers. At Telus,everyone you speak to is out of 🇨🇦 Next to get canceled

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers The best way to get someone in canada is select French and then they answer go "shoot i thought I hit english, can you help me" and they basically all speak English anyways.

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I called bell, unless it was an after hours call. It was usually from a Canadian call center. Same with Air Canada. When I called at 2:00 am though, I did get an Indian call center, but thankfully my problem got solved.

  Worst customer service from @Rogers @RogersHelps . On hold for 90 mins. First person had mo clue and the second person makes up a outage to explain my issue. When asked where the outage is posted he disconnected the call. Absolutely shameful how Rogers treats their customers

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I was helping an elderly friend with her Bell service about 15 years ago. We were routed to India. At the end of the call I was asked the standard “anything else you need help with”. I answered “I could use help shoveling my driveway”. She didn’t seem to know what SNOW was.

  @d2thethomas @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Ha! Been there, done that. The store staff will tell you they can’t help you and hand you their phone to use to call the call centre
