Hey @RogersHelps, my internet has cut out at least 15 times this month, each time I've called ive been assured the issue will be resolved. Now I am waiting on hold for 40 minutes to try to speak to someone. This is an incredibly disappointing lack of customer service.

@Rogers This was worst decision i ever made to join Rogers. For sake of selling you guys make promises. I was offered a promotional price and then they are making me pay high bills now. Your system is very bad i have called so many times for same issue.

Hey @Rogers Please consider providing your customer service representatives with training. I shouldn’t have to call continuously for 3 weeks to finally talk to someone that can do their job. Let alone CRY to have someone finally listen to me, which is embarrassing to admit
