    @RogersHelps A lot of my recordings are broken. First time ever. After a few minutes in, is stops and wants to delete. Never had this with Shaw. And the ones that work are missing sound, and it's back when there is a commercial. What's going on?

    @RogersHelps Doesn't even matter at this point. We've decided to leave Roger's. Yesterday was the worst customer service I ever could have imagined. Unfathomable way to treat long-term loyal customers. 6 hrs spent on the phone only to still be hugely disappointed.

    @RogersHelps It keeps saying our account should show as part of the outage but it isn’t. From talking to neighbours sounds like our entire area is down.

    @patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Maybe they should try reinvesting even 10% of those profits, into better customer service. I get there isn't a lot of selection in this country but i PROMISE you, the 1st company that has english speaking HUMANS i can talk to when i have an issue WILL get my business.

    @Rogers Client spent 2hrs on hold. Agent failed to help. Client is a Senior, can't use his MyRogers or Email. His life is in LIMBO as he cannot do Banking / Healthcare now. Tried to help him, after 2hrs on hold we could not go further. 4hrs of his day on hold, ZERO RESULTS.

    @RogersHelps we’ve been without internet for a whole day. I’ve been trying to get in Touch with a customer representative but I’ve been out on hold for an entire hour. This is unacceptable. Since our townhouse is on a bulk service we’ve been asked to contact 1-855-759-5856
