@andreamcrae @Rogers Well if they go by some customer policy practise in industry, they should prorate the monthly costs of your service part of the bill, and deduct a day or two till your service is back running on the most reliable network. Yea?

@TWilsonOttawa We talking @Rogers the same company who mysteriously launched "ignite" just prior to covid coming? Ignite was designed to take on all the extra users at home working. Had an employee admit this. They are all in on it, just like this was no accident. Think we are stupid
