Irene-Irka😺🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@Irene_NoKillTO) reported@RogersHelps Your customer care team are useless. I have wasted 5 hours talking to people in India. The connection is poor, calls drop, and escalation gives you another useless person who won't help. I need them to go through 2 years worth of bills on both accounts. Anna is useless too.

angel (@nwerddere) reportedYour employee just told me to go **** myself @Rogers

Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. 🎗 (@JeffreyBrinson) reported@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers I’ll be reaching out to Bell following my call to see what they have to offer. Also to the CCTS to ask about options of getting out of a contract due to poor service. If Bell will offer me a significant enough discount, I might eat the cancellation fee.

Kian Zachary (@kian_zac) reported@RogersHelps eSIM issue originally .. but switched to physical SIM at the store and still issues has not been fixed.
-
Gord Jones (@JonesyGord) reported@RogersHelps Why would I waste my time if you can't see what your own network is broadcasting? @OLG_CA @CRTCeng

Ravi Balachandran (@Point_Pedro) reported@REWoman @Rogers Customer service is well below the acceptable levels in this country, from the private sector to the government agencies. Absolute shame.

John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps I should have never switched from Bell Fibe. Sometimes it’s not worth saving a few bucks to get an inferior product. The salesperson that came to my door assured me that Rogers had upgraded their product. Obviously that’s bull$hit

susan🌴🇨🇦🇬🇧 (@feb0219) reported@RogersHelps I jus know if tried again, this time I pushed the number to cancel my service!!! Low and behold, my call was answered immediately!!! I was able to talk to a very nice CSR, who was able to take care of my moving services request. It seems the moving option is not a high priority

Christopher Castle (@Scissorb0i) reported@Rogers seems to be having trouble doing something called “providing the service people are paying for”. For several days the audio has cut out from programs, commercials show up randomly while the program’s audio continues to run, and the program’s runtime becomes fractured.
