It’s been a more than a month and I’ve never experienced “500 mbps” speed of internet which @RogersBiz promised. I always need to restart my modem to get at least speed of 200-300 and after sometime it is same(50-60mbps). Please advice @RogersBiz #WiFi #Rogers

Bottom line Rogers is a horrible company with horrible intentions and I sympathize with @RogersHelps employees who suffer the consequences of a corrupt company for the many who really do try and help with such a horrible operating system to work with customers.

@REWoman @Rogers Switch to @Bell . Wait 18 months. You'll soon see there is no difference. Both horrible.

Ok last complaint/question and I’ll put my phone away lol. Why is it that @rogers customers aren’t actually watching “live” sports? Drives me nuts when my @bell friends are celebrating goals on our group chat before I even see them!

A night of DM'ing @RogersHelps and 2 hrs of phone calls (still on hold for "retention") PLUS an email to media relations for comment on radio... the account issue is STILL not resolved. Buyer Beware #CustomerService #customerexperience #consumerprotection @Rogers @RogersMediaPR
