    @rogers @RogersHelps after 10+ hours of on hold and tech support etc over the past month, I finally got an appointment made 2 weeks ago for May 22. I have been sitting home the entire day and not a bloody word from anyone, but your techs were right across the street this morning.

    @Rogers Is this the same Rogers that has no data service and spotty voice service subbed out to a local yokel provider in one of Canada’s capital cities (Yellowknife)? Or the one that has a dead spot in their network in my living room three miles from Canada’s third largest airport?

    @RogersHelps shout-out to the poor CS reps and Social Media agents at Rogers who on behalf of their leadership team take all the abuse from ticked off customers because of the substandard service we have been receiving. Not fair on your employees! Not fair to your customers!

    @Rogers OMG trying to watch the leafs on ignite and it absolutely sucks lags drops it’s crap - is it on dial up internet? Charge the most deliver the least!
