    @RogersHelps To everyone on here losing their **** at Rogers. Do you think they want this outage or don't care about it? This is also affecting their business customers with whom they have an SLA - this is costing Rogers - trust me, they want it fixed faster than you do.

    Excuse me @Rogers but this service outage is extremely inconveniencing. Surely there will be some sort of rebate on my next bill for this ridiculous network interupption, correct !? Please respond, signed, outraged customer who pays you an absurd amount for a phone unusable today
