    @Rogers We've sat on tech support for several hours to no avail. When countless customers in the same area all experience the same issue, why haven't you tried to fix things at the source? We've been with rogers over 20 years, truly embarrassing the lack of support in the new year so far

    @CRTCeng @Rogers @RogersMediaPR I would like to know how in 2022, Rogers is blatantly refusing to unlock older devices for non customers. In fact, if you call them, their managers refuse to speak to you and agents refuse to help you.

    @RogersHelps ignite box has cut out 16 times since 4pm in stratford, I have restarted it 5 times and it has gotten more frequent, and this typically happens two maybe three times a week but not this bad.
