@RogersHelps what is going on with internet??? I have called tech support...god please send a tech to Laburnum Cres in Mississauga. Multiple neighbours have issues. Had a webinar conference that a client paid major $$$ and nothing but issues. Come on figure it out!!!

@rogers @rogershelps I’m feeling bewildered about my data. I only go over data if I make a mistake ... which I haven’t done. Last two months I’ve gone over both times. AND, the unlimited data is so slow I can barely open a basic, low graphic web page - I think dial-up was faster

@RogersHelps & is mailing me equipment to replace what she said is now obsolete equipment. Only after I try that will Rogers address our connectivity issues. Like maybe the day before Xmas by the time it gets here? Dissatisfied.

@Rogers You have charged me $424 apprx for a broken TV box which I have returned back to you and which you have received at your end. Has anyone else had such issues with these guys? Don’t trust them with your credit card!
