@RogersHelps Also not getting "LTE+" reliably, keeps going back to "LTE" randomly. Factory reset phone last night, was getting LTE+ again, but now it's not showing up this afternoon. Is there maintenance on the towers causing LTE+ to shut down?

@RogersHelps you guys able to give a rough estimate, at least, on an ETR for the Nepean area? I got conned into switching to ignite. Everything is now dependant on an active internet connection. According to an outage map, it's clear across Canada.

@RogersHelps @MhrrmDemiray An FYI. Anna said there was no outage in my area (finally) I eagerly reboot ignite, flashing amber. Followed her troubleshooting until she said call. Tech support said Anna is wrong and gave me the most useful answers yet. The info from the tech tool told me you all know more
