I gotta say @RogersHelps customer support might be the worst than getting covid. I’ve spent almost 2 hours on hold between their live chat (which keeps connecting me to the wrong people) and their phone line which is perpetually busy. I’m just trying to get my bill fixed...

@Rogers (Thunderbird store/Langley) tells me 1) My plan doesn't qualify 2. Need upgrade to qualify to add service for watch 3. Can't guaranteed watch w/be added even with upgrade 4. "not easy to do" & asked multiple times 'where I bought the watch ?? 2/2

@RogersHelps telling me i’m going have to pay for a full month of service even if my sim card and phone have not been delivered. 25 days left to my billing cycle and 2-3 week backorder on my phone... not a cute look.

@Rogers need to do some explaining as to why im still paying a lil over $100 a month for my phone bill wheb my 2 year contract was up in August 🤯 no i don’t wanna renew my contract and upgrade i just need my bill to go down $70 more dollars....

@RogersHelps Yes. Tried 3x via the mobile app and Kept getting an error saying payment could not be processed. I tried via desktop and website and the Payment worked so seems to be an issue with the app.
