@RogersHelps I saw one technician came infront of my house for new connection but not for my complaint. Plz take some action on ur staff and manager who didnt call me back and rogers have no info what dispatch is doing. Dont reply with sugar coated message. Improve your company structure.

@Rogers @RogersMediaPR a Rogers-Cantel client for over 36 yrs. Over $100,000 spent & you won't match, not beat, a web offer from a competitor. Your senior mgmt needs to re-take biz 101 and re-learn about 1) customer loyalty 2) cost of churn and 3) client acquisition costs.

@RogersHelps there was a short power outage and the internet has yet to come back. It's been about 30 minutes now, and yes I've tried power cycling.

@RogersHelps your customer service is awful! I have been on a chat for over 2 hours and I have been repeatedly transferred. Including from a Manager named Anne. I have yet to have my issue resolved!
