    @Berniceness @Rogers I see these tweets and it makes me feel sooo warm and fuzzy that I cancelled everything I had with Rogers 3years ago. I went from a gouging $200/mth rogers contract to a $40/cell phone and $200/yr TV service. Just calculate those savings! You can do it too!!

    @RogersHelps Hours of being on hold and trying to get things resolved finally were by a very knowledgable supervisor but the process leading up to speaking with her were stressful, arduous and took hours of my life from me I will never get back.

    @RogersHelps i never got the box nor would i even want one to begin with. The only thing i wanted was internet and the only thing i got was internet. Where did this magical box come from? i talked to your live support and they dont help. Now im on the phone waiting and its been 47 minutes.

    WTF? And then she tries selling me a Roger’s credit card!! Why wait to tell me 50 mins laters that she can’t cancel my plan! Terrible service. I will not be returning! I don’t suggest ppl get @Rogers 🤮
