How is @RogersHelps @Rogers not able to resolve this major outage??? It's be 13 hours now. How can they not even "communicate" what the problem is and how long it will take to resolve??? As of now, no service and no ETA. This is unacceptable!

Don't yell at @RogersHelps ... they didn't create the issue, they are not the ones fixing the issue and they are likely expressing everything they know or are allowed to say. Yelling at them doesn't move anything along any faster and is unfair.

@RogersHelps In lower mainland BC myself and all my coworkers have to service. We are couriers and need out service. This is a joke that I have to find out online when I can grab Wi-Fi from my customers to find out about this outage. 🤬
