@RogersHelps I understand that the terms will change everytime I renew my contract but somebody needs to explain why you have to hike up your rates for the same plan when it’s just an address change within the same city! I had to cancel my plan for the second time this year!!

it would be a miracle if @RogersHelps would send a courtesy e-mail to let me know my internet was going to triple in ******* price. like great job, I don't check my account just pay bills and it's just raised from $50 a month to $140 a month. don't inform the customer. great.

@RogersHelps 🙄😤 Why should I have to try a third method of communication?! Ever heard of customer service? Get some better service so the wait isn’t a million years on the phone and stop sending people to your site if your site doesn’t work and then say to chat on Twitter bc of it! 😡

@Rogers our internet is down from yesterday 9am and it's Sunday 9am. Every time I checked with help desk I received vague responses with no timeline for remediation. This is unacceptable!!! @ayeshawaheedk @Khanji23

@startca @Rogers It was Sept 4 by then. I have another ~day without internet and then another 26 days in this billing period. And I use $50 of extra data, they'll cut me off. Meanwhile, I know if I was a @Rogers costomer I would have been up and running sooner. Which is the big-picture issue.

@Rogers The worst CS on North America! After waiting for 40 minutes to chat and Latrell incompetence, now waiting for an hour and 20 minutes when received a call back! Outrageous!
