    internet by @Rogers seems to access @Netflix @Netflix_CA and only Netflix at a crawl, speedtest. net shows 800Mbps speed, fast. com shows 1.5Mbps on all devices, however if I take my phone off WiFi and use Telus data, netflix works fine, problems on Rogers lines? anyone else?

    @RogersHelps Our WiFi has cut out twice in the last 30 minutes— is there a service disruption downtown Toronto?

    I just signed up with @LuckyMobileCan -it was easy to switch. I was having technical difficulties with @RogersHelps and no one would talk to me because I was 'pay-as-you-go'. Catch-22 is why would I pay for a service that doesn't work?

    How is it that when my power went out on Friday @RogersHelps sent me an email about network issues. But the internet has been down for two hours, lots of reports, and literally zero communication.

    @Rogers I’ve been trying to book an appointment for a technician to come to our house since last week to install/replace sensors on home monitoring system. I have 3 interaction numbers, and most recently I was hung up on. Traveling in a few days & need this resolved asap. Help!!!

    @Rogers Also spoke with a customer care manager to no avail. I was on hold for over an hour and 46mins and was disconnected and not called back

    @Rogers another call another hour plus on line . Then customer service just transfers to me to technical support . Rogers has the best customer service and response time , said no one . Okay just gonna cancel my services for 2nd time again . Another satisfied customer , 👎
