    @Rogers just wanted to say. I had ignite tv for about 6 months now. Love the service. Even better now that @amazonmusic app added.

    @JaneBrownNews @Rogers I'm sure they not automatically applying this to many accounts hoping people will be too frustrated to call, wait on hold and beg for the credit they were supposed to get. They don't understand an exact fraction equal to the outage does not make up for the huge impact this had.
