    @RogersHelps No, I can self serve and don't need specific help; your website is not working properly when I am logged in or logged out. Now I can see phones but the only option is buying it outright, there are no Upfront Edge options showing.

    @Rogers so I have been on hold for over an hour, first with someone who didn’t want to help me & then retention. Apparently your back end system has a problem with my account & I have to wait 24 hours for you to fix it. I am NOT OK with this. I need help. DM me please.
