    Anyone else have any home phone issues with @RogersHelps here in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL? Can’t phone in to my mothers or our home phones but can call out. Maybe weather related?

    @Rogers just wanted to say. I had ignite tv for about 6 months now. Love the service. Even better now that @amazonmusic app added.

    @elsaasce @RogersHelps IMO Bell is just as bad! They were really horrible providers to our family for so long, it felt amazing to leave when we finally did. Maybe Telus? Or a fourth option?

    Hey @RogersHelps, I have another confirmed outage in the Church/Wellesley neighbourhood in Toronto. Again. I spoke to a tech and it’s a known issue, but is there anything we can do to look at root cause? It keeps happening and its super frustrating. Thanks!

    @Rogers @RogersBiz your speed sucks as I am paying for 1gbps and getting 100mbps. Agent did everything but cannot help and offered no credits and was very rude. Can you plz see if fiber optics can be placed

    You don’t have to be good in math . Currently pay $117.40 for 992 channels. Rogers now wants me to pay $231.64 for 204 channels. No more VIP cable and no more PVR boxes in Canada so now being forced to pay $114.24 More for less. @Rogers @RogersHelps great customer service

    @RogersHelps I'm hearing that the outage in Uxbridge ON (L9P) was a result of planned upgrades and may not be resolved until 7:30pm? Was this known/communicated? Many of us WFH still and have been offline since 11am and could have made other provisions. TIA

    @RogersHelps My wife will contact you soon, you’d rather deal with her. If you don’t want us to experience issues, fix your infrastructure so the service in the middle of a major city is better than some backwoods village or quit throttling our account if everything is “working properly.”

    @RogersHelps @Tx_Kitty_ RogersHelp doesnt help anyone. Its a bunch of links, then you wait hours with no response until the internet is back up. 2G8 has been down for 90 minutes now
