Despite the outage issues that occurred recently, at least @RogersHelps still treats their customers with dignity and respect, and works with the customer to resolve issues, and doesn't treat them like second-class citizens. Unlike *some* service providers that need not be named.

Anyone else think it's ****** that @RogersHelps is planning to buy @ShawInfo , and monopolize the telecommunications industry after they crashed an entire country? I'll tell you one thing. I swore I'd never go back to @TELUSsupport again, but if this happens I'm switching.
