    @Rogers service allowed me to receive a text & Teams message, cannot send. Now data is down too. Can only make phone calls. @RogersHelps is there an outage? Looking on your website & troubleshooting posted wants to blame my phone. Works fine on other ISP wifi.

    I have no choice but to wait until 10 am tomorrow to get a SIM card from a @Rogers store and get the line activated. While I wait without service I won’t be able to logon to my work computer as I won’t be able to get the SMS for multi- factor authentication (MFA).

    Hey @Rogers .. I really wish you would allow me to keep my device a little longer. Your upfront edge program comes with a huge inconvenience to your customer at the end of the 2 year term. #unhappy

    @RogersHelps From what I was told, our tv is working again. Shout out to the techs for that! :) Now, as for our billing. I get that things happen but we pay Rogers for a service & when we don't get that service (eg TV), we should be credited. Even if it's just 1 days worth of downtime.

    @TimCPeel20 The @Rogers @NHL TV deal has to be one of the worst in sports. Would love to see the American presentation of games.
