This is truly unbelievable, constantly dealing with issues with @Rogers @RogersHelps when it comes to internet, for a company that has a decent share of the market cannot keep internet on, than you look at bell they never have these issues. 1/3

I tend to give @Rogers a lot of flak, but I will say getting them to send a technician over to at least try to sort out my recent connection issues wasn't too bad. We're scheduled for tomorrow!

One of the worst things Canada has is the service of telecommunications. I have @Rogers business, and not only is it EXTREMELY expensive, but the service is the worst I experienced in my life ( lived in many countries ). THE WORST My only hope is that the government fixes it.

@RogersHelps this is all not the end of the world BUT the inconveniences you make your clients suffer through are not excusable. The money you are charging surely allows for better customer satisfaction strategies.
