So frustrating. 3 weeks ago we had issues, decided to upgrade to Ignite as they promised it was far superior. Why did I believe them? Ohhh, I requested copy of chat from 3 calls..ZERO copies arrived

If I were @RogersHelps I simply wouldn't call 3x in a day trying to collect on a bill after potentially costing that customer 1 or 2 days work through no fault of their own. In fact, I'm pretty sure 3 calls in a day isn't even legal. But here we are.

@Rogers Internet has been down in East Brampton for the last hour. Are you ******* serious? Since last week Friday, it is going on and off in Brampton. People literally unfortunately need it to work nowadays. WTF is going on? 🤬

If you need another reason to leave @rogers @RogersHelps they won’t help@m me get my phone fixed despite paying for coverage. Remember Rogers doesn’t support healthcare workers.

Dear @Rogers @RogersHelps, I have decided to pay only 2/3 of my monthly bill from now on. I don’t use your service between midnight & 8am, so please schedule your outages for those times, since I won’t be paying for them. These are my terms. DM me if this is not satisfactory.

@RogersHelps I find it fascinating that I discover I was charged a $50 setup fee for my 🍎 Watch today & it’s not even setup, waiting on an engineer to fix YOUR issue on your end. Almost 2 hrs with a lovely tech guy (thankfully) Honestly. I cannot wait for my contract to be up.

During the recent @Rogers national outage the only thing came to rescue was the physical cash money. Yet, the 1% elite are trying to implement the digital currency. As they say don’t put all the eggs in the same basket. #digitalcurrency #control #technology
