    @Lumeena @RogersHelps I used to work customer service/billing for Rogers (for cell service) An the hold times were a nightmare. Too many calls and not enough agents to answer them. They also pretty much took away all of our options for helping a customer. Have you been able to talk to them yet?

    @RogersHelps That’s pretty lame to ask me to direct message you when I directly stood in front of your Rogers employees in a Rogers store and flat out refused to help out a Rogers customer with receipts of services I PAY FOR and you provide. The manager was hiding in the back. Fairview mall

    @RogersHelps You can go on the app and print your bills. No how about you print receipts for things I pay for as a paying customer. No reason not to. Why hide in the back as the manager. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful way of treating your customers. The worst experience ever

    @AndrewLawton @RogersHelps Ummm. The case could be made to enact the Emergency Measures Act to assist a Canadian dumb enough to stay on hold with Rogers Help for hours when they have a call back option and nearly immediate online chat.
