    Hey @RogersHelps how about instead of blowing smoke with your generic "we are working on it" technical support response, you get your paying customers some actual updates. Seems you guys really don't give two shits, this outage has been all day, with zero actual details provided.

  • eddyAdonis Eddy (@eddyAdonis) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers It's not intermittent...I haven't had any service all day.

  • sidekickgirl OfKris (@sidekickgirl) reported

    @Rogers So it’s about 4 hours later.... no service and no official message from Rogers. I’ve seen people post ETAs of 5pm today (whoops guess not) or 2pm tomorrow. Do us all a favour and tell us today so we can plan for tomorrow.

  • swindy_ Sir Vicks Masher III (@swindy_) reported

    @RogersHelps @RobDitta You should be compensating all your customers , not just the ones who ask.....wtf

    @RogersHelps @RobDitta I've had no phone service now for over 10 hours. I'm with Fido which is owned by you. I want compensation for all the money and work I lost today, and likely tomorrow considering your ability to rectify this situation.

  • soulfullart Onelove (@soulfullart) reported

    @RogersHelps When will services be restored. This is unacceptable for such a large company. All day? Garbage!!!!

  • Ruth_AnneSeburn RARA (@Ruth_AnneSeburn) reported

    @RogersHelps @phil_jacobson Lol not intermittently. No service for 16+ hours. Wtf is happening

  • rinni_ Rinni Hart (@rinni_) reported

    @mor10 @Rogers Won't be working for another 24+hrs according to their rep on Down Detector

  • kreggly Smarter than a UCP Consultant (@kreggly) reported

    @Rogers mobile service back after being down all day. Let's see if they have a real explanation for what happened, and hopefully there's some compensation. We pay biggly for wireless in Canada, and expect reliability, especially when we rely so heavily during #wfh rules.
