@Rogers do you have a location online where I can find outage information? I had to authenticate, then deal with a bot, to eventually get a human, to tell me what I already know - My Internet is down. There must be a better way that doesn’t cost me 30 minutes.

@LJDEM @RogersHelps I also had same issues of my account hacked, but after texting voltcr4ck on Instagram and chatting him up on Whatsapp +1 (304) 371‑7487 my account was recovered 🔑

@RogersHelps Have someone call me to provision 5G fairly based on being a long standing customer and paying thro the nose for decades. Like I said, I got a BlackBerry decommissioning letter and wasted 20 mins calling about that. Was assured someone would call back. Nothing.

..the wrong number. They were kind enough to transfer me and give me the new number. I waited another 20 minutes for a response. Then finally, someone answered. Their connection was terrible. Broken static. This is @RogersHelps .. A COMMUNICATION COMPANY! They can’t even../

@RogersHelps Why is the game in Winnipeg, Manitoba blacked out to me when I am in Edmonton, Alberta.... This service is a rip off, works about 3/8 games I've tried to watch this season.. well worth my money please respond since your customer support chat or number won't.

So another lesson that it is not possible to watch live sports on a PVR. The @rogers PVRs don’t let you pick up from mid-way through, you can only go live. Who designed this **** hardware? And I pay for it. What garbage.
