    @RogersHelps my internet has been impossibly slow since yesterday and now my modem/gateway has been restarting for the last 4 hours and now it’s down, what’s going on?! Great timing since I got a “we sped up your wifi” email yesterday 😒

    @RogersHelps And the fact that I, the customer, have to drive around to your store, then to the Post Office. I wasn’t going to drive home to package it up, then drive back to the Post Office. Why does the consumer have to do all the running around??? Wasting both their time and money??

    @Rogers Is rogers having issues yet again? my upload speed is literally 0 and has been really bad the last few days but off and on for over a month. The company I am through says its not them and likely isnt on my end either... Whats going? on I cant even use what I pay for...

    @RogersHelps my contract ends in a month. I have two questions: 1) Where can I return my phone that does not involve me sending it away? There are a number of reasons why I want this option. 2) Why should I remain a Rogers customer after two outages in two years? Thank you.
