GrandmaSavage (@h81418541) reported@RogersHelps I have tried speaking to a live person for last two days. I can't stay on hold for 40 mins at a time. They don't go over my concerns properly. I am filing complaint with CCTS about this illegal charge on my bill. I suggest you have them call me directly.

fuhago (@fuhago) reported@Rogers what a ****** service, I got an email about my new order in back order for 3 to 5 weeks, but i got the package to return my current phone or I will have to pay the remaining balance. And your customer service line is an AI Agent.

SHANNON (@1CanadianPilot) reported@AtomicSh0cker @GunGnome @Rogers Also there is the storm factor but crazy how it never keeps snow on it. Like... witchcraft. Lol
-
Pietro Cammalleri (@PCAMMALL) reported1 of 2. @RogersHelps I'd like to discuss with an agent Rogers' poor execution today of the Rogers Yankee Offer. There's no way for a user to know to take a screenshot of the code or write it down first before tapping on the Rogers mobile in-app notification...

Julie (@JulieLynnBH) reportedSo @Rogers I followed this instruction & was looped through automated services that will not connect me to a person bc I'm not the customer. I'd like an actual call telling me when you'll remove the cable running across the front of my home. Unbelievable you didn't ask permission

Michele Abdon (@ItsMikaReal) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps My internet has been down all afternoon, and I’ve been on hold for 1.5 HOURS trying to get support. This is completely unacceptable. How long are customers supposed to wait just to speak to someone? I need this fixed ASAP.
-
B Rachel (@b_rachel18) reported@RogersHelps I was given a link to the site. But I wanted to speak to someone directly so I tried calling. Right at 9 am. Nearly 2 hrs later and still waiting to be connected to someone who can help me.

lightmuns ✧₊⁺✧ (@lightmuns) reported@Rogers why do i have to press buttons around for 6 minutes on the phone to get thru all the automated and ai assistance so i can speak to a real person?? and somehow after all this trouble there's "nobody to answer my call" so I gotta try again later?? ********???
-
fuhago (@fuhago) reported@RogersHelps I prefer to cancel the request, and the e-mail I received the phone on it is no longer valid. I know the credit you do. And I will end paying the total.

PattyD_fore (@bigweeels) reported@RogersHelps Your new AI virtual assistant is absolutely terrible. It took me three phone calls and at least four if not, five times as long to simply pay a bill today than it used to take me when I used to just go through the phone prompts using my keypad. What are we doing here
