@RogersHelps So again, the responsibility for your technology not working is on the customer and then you have the nerve to suggest I purchase it again!

And the kicker is always that once you think you've got through to the cancellations dept, you find out you're actually talking to the wrong department and need to be transferred again. Also, Anna is never able to help. @Rogers

How is @Rogers still using “Canada’s largest and most reliable network” in its advertising? Clearly a false claim being made.

It's telling how the wait time to add services for @Rogers is 1 min, tech support is 15 mins, and reporting issues/cancelling services is over 45 minutes.

@Rogers you’re service is absolutely atrocious. Been on hold 4 times since yesterday trying to make a simple change to my account, which btw, your terrible ‘self service website’ won’t let me complete. #brutalservice

@nxrthluvsyou @Bell_Support @Rogers That sucks. Is it at least on radio? I’m lucky one of my TV’s still works, but paying for Bell means I can’t afford to go anywhere. I would rather not be confined to one room to watch CTV Primetime.

@RogersBiz @caliber_comms Which is awesome, until your next major network outage... It is incomprehensible to me how you guys so utterly and completely fell flat on your face. No software change control, no network redundancy or even resiliency, no back-out plan, no back-up plan. No plan what-so-ever. F-!
