@RogersHelps I’m getting very frustrated with my service interruption. A month ago I had a technician over who reported a disruption in the area and I was told it would be worked on within a week. A month later the problem still persists. Not impressed at all!

@celeryjacket @Rogers THANK YOU! I called twice cause the first guy was so unprofessional and I couldn’t understand his English. Second person is switching me to tech support and says service isn’t down. She also didn’t speak proper English. Sounds like they’re offshore employees @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps hey Rogers is there some cable issues in barrhaven tonight? Some of my channels are not working and I tried rebooting and our second box and the same issue is still there?

@RogersHelps I tried rebooting several times and it didn't help. It's working now, nothing to do with rebooting. It was not just my phone. My son, who is also using Rogers, had the same issue.
