@MediaMercenary @sammie_toscani @Rogers Ok there quip queen I was staying a point. Pound sand. No need for the largest telecom company to be down that long.

  • Garp_roy Yvon (@Garp_roy) reported

@Rogers so sad to see that with this storm we really see that Rogers network is not able to handle all the traffic on their network.

  • yayvey 🏃🏻💨👰🏻 (@yayvey) reported

@Rogers yes my account is in that region. an ETA or a public article stating the issue would be nice, because i went 3 days where i thought my network was compromised due to a lack of transparency on your part. btw, in 3 hours i will officially be on my 24th hour waiting for my internet.

Was told to DM @RogersHelps 4 hours later, still no response. It's really something that the people running rogers don't lose sleep with how terrible their service is/how much they charge for it. You don't have to worry when you're part of a monopoly, right?

  • RamblingMoth Meg (@RamblingMoth) reported

@ChristineHems10 @Rogers But did you restart your modem tho 🤔 (God I hate the uselessness of robot support) I'm sure everyone is calling, getting through will be a nightmare all weekend. I'll wait until the week to call and get a credit for the days I haven't been able to work.

  • rayissap rayissa palmer (@rayissap) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@RogersHelps Our Rogers line got knocked down by a tree yesterday, that runs to our house. I cannot get thru via phone nor with Anna. I just want someone to add us to their list to get it fixed. It’s also a hazard lying low across the road. Pls advise.
