    @JimJohannsson @RogersHelps So if they don't show or call it is on teksavvy then? That is wrong and even defending this company who allowed their tech to not show or communicate he couldn't come being he had my phone number is just as bad. Rogers needs to be better period

    @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to contact your support which has been absolute hell, I’m trying to watch the nhl app, it freezes reverses the game and crashes, I pay 30$ a month to watch 1 team play THATS IT and when I contact support through chat I’m greeted very unprofessionally

    @dwancherry @RogersHelps Whenever I try to mail something or call my mom on her cell, or try to FaceTime her in Mt Pearl I have a terrible time. I've started referring to back home as Narnia for all its accessibility. Telecommunications dinosaurs.

    @UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps I don’t work at Rogers, never have. But it’s fair to say I’m not a fan of resellers. They profit off the price difference between what you pay them and the wholesale price they pay to Rogers. They try to confuse good folks like you when things go wrong. Hold them to account.

    @UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps You chose to buy your services through a reseller so you have to live with the complications. If you want more accountability then subscribe directly with a network provider. They might still screw up the appt but at least they know who you are and will take your call.
