@Rogers Thanks, I’ve done the reboots, removing SIM card, and even contacting my IT. No luck as it appears that the @rogers network is still down in my area. I understand that it was a massive coast to coast outage, if you are able please let me know when you expect service to resume.

@Rogers Rogers and Ignite was literally the worst experience I’ve had w ANY service provider. Didn’t work, zero customer service and still tried to get $ from me when I left claiming I kept their equipment when they literally picked it up from my house!

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps Seriously, now cable , wifi , internet is down. Two days in a row? The next time your agent calls us to switch to ignite TV, I’ll remind you of the unreliability your service offers fir the $$$$$$. Perhaps you competitors will make us a better deal.

@Rogers. You suck. I still have phone issues. I had ONE question. Waited 5 minutes on phone, got thru, got tranferred got bumped back to rear of wait queue. Online waited 15 minutes for agent. Gave up. Bad enough no service yesterday, but no support today. Ya finally lost me.
