@RogersHelps Hello Rogers, 1 hour and 56 minutes trying to cancel a service. Is this quality? Or lack o respect for clients. I guess it would very quickly if I were buying something! #rogersbadservice

  • pa1g3m Paige (@pa1g3m) reported

@maddismithh @Rogers Those ******* scammed Gpa, they will NEVER get my service

  • steve_gardiner Steve Gardiner (@steve_gardiner) reported

@RogersHelps my internet sucks. Every time I call, I have a hard time understanding the person I reach. I’ve called 3 times, my internet still sucks. Can anyone help me? I’m using data from my LTE that is costing me money while I pay your very expensive bills

  • hayes_phd Dave J Hayes PhD (@hayes_phd) reported

@Rogers After being passed around for over 3 hours today, the call was dropped (not on my side). This is funny-not-funny, as it was to dispute my 85-year-old grandma's $1000 bill, because while she was trying to cancel her service (you claim) the call was dropped. Unreal.

  • Nikeegyal Vibezmeh (@Nikeegyal) reported

Live in the Etobicoke area and there seems to be an issue with @Rogers services. An extremely rude Technical Support agent informed me that it could take anywhere from 6 to 8 hours to fix or worse case, it could take a week. Ridiculous rates, horrible customer service!!!!!

  • Matteolopezeh Matteo (@Matteolopezeh) reported

Just remember @Rogers internet is absolutely terrible, and never works properly👍

  • hayes_phd Dave J Hayes PhD (@hayes_phd) reported

After this treatment, I can't imagine why ANYONE would choose to be a @Rogers customer. Don't even get me started on what they were charging her monthly...

@RogersHelps Sorry, but help is not an appointment five days after our original one when we are dependent on internet for work. Do better @RogersHelps.
