    Why do big company’s like @Rogers @amazon have such ****** customer service… They take your $ no problem but when you have an issue or concern good luck having it resolved… Business don’t care about customers anymore it’s really sad.

    @dbhoops_ @RogersHelps @Rogers Don’t waste your time. Rogers has become useless after they contracted out to useless 3rd world countries their customer service. I cancelled all my services after 47 years with them.

    @RogersHelps Roger's offline stores are not able schedule the te h appointments for new device installation and are not even able to schedule appointment. The Roger's in square one mall said they cannot do any modifications for the home internet service.

    @RogersHelps It was down for 12 hours on Sunday. Now the middle of a Thursday. How can anyone depend on you? How can I schedule calls and trust I can even be there?
