I go outside for 3 minutes. @Rogers @Sportsnet NOW randomly signs me out, and makes me reactivate but I can't enter the new code. You guys really now how to **** over your customers.

@RogersHelps "regrettably" suggests that this issue is something you will rectify in the future. Yet, your cleaning of transaction history from the web app is really just a ploy to generate an admin fee on MY personal service data that SHOULD be free.

@Bell or anyone really. If @Rogers isn't willing to help households with premium packages, I doubt they would help anyone. 1 month of calling and supposed escalations. They have not deigned to call me back once.

@rogershelps our internet is down. Again. This is the THIRD TIME in less than two weeks we have lost our internet. My husband and son both work from home. It’s unacceptable.

@Rogers As a former injured employee of that company, I'll never support their lies. Do what you want, but after having Bell Aliant for the last few years. I can say with certainty, far better internet and real service. Want to know more about their actions, look up Eco Guards IES.

I think I'm going to look for a new ISP. I'm with @Rogers and I'm very happy with the quality, this is just the second time this week and like the 10th time in 8 months that service in my area just died. No explanation, just "service outage." I can't stream or work if it's out...
