    @RogersHelps why is pvr % going up when nothing was recorded please? Jumped from 30% to 80% and then 88% overnight? Gonna get to 100% and crash :( don't wanna lose recordings. Please help.

    @RogersHelps I have been trying to contact support for issues in my bill and plan, but I cannot find any way of contacting a support team. There is no email ID mentioned on the website, the live chat feature does not work. Due to this, I am not able to pay my bill.

    @RogersHelps is there a problem with channel 3 global TV? All week the picture has gone black for a second, or the sound cuts out, or the picture pixelates. Keeps happening on different shows at different times on different days but always on global.

    I have been contacting fido for 3 times straight and no loyalty bouns has been provided for new purchase. @Rogers has even better deals, still chosing to stay with fido was my priority. I have been disappointed alot by the service as well the offers provided @Fidomobile
