    Hey @RogersHelps, tell your people to stop throttling TPIA’s just because you can’t keep your own service up to par. Absolute garbage. You get paid a ton to provide a service, do it properly.

    @RogersHelps So let's say I wasn't home, and @rogers my dependable ISP called me and informs me my issue is fixed - I shouldn't believe it. This is a PSA for all rogers customers, since it doesn't account for unique circumstances, got it. #rogersignite

    So glad to have unlimited data to pair to my iPad cuz @RogersHelps says we don’t have an outage but we don’t have internet access and neither do a few neighbours but there is no outage seemed we didn’t have an outage at 10am today either but no internet #ThingsThatNeverHappened

    @RogersHelps I did and they said they can't help me because I added the account without pressing on the link, the rep in store didn't tell me any suck process they just told me to call customer care
