    @blogTO Yey! I’m getting a 4$ credit on my account because of this ridiculous issue! I had family on hospital that I was not able to reach in any way possible! Do @Rogers have any serious idea how hard my day was? 4$ is the amount I’m getting from them! #stupidity

    @hamburgluer @Rogers Ummmm I'm not a customer of Rogers. I WAS using a computer. When I contacted my bank (using my NON ROGERS PHONE) they informed me that the Rogers issues were affecting their systems. So.. yeah. Their fault.

    @jdvorkin @yeti2yeti @Rogers A system upgrade problem is not incompetence. Nobody can know, despite extensive testing, how the whole system will respond. Many cases.

    @RogersHelps @matt0126matt @heathavoid I am hoping you will be doing that as well for my bill. My work was not able to get a hold of me after one of my employees had a family emergency. Fortunately it turned out ok.
