@Rogers when can we expect an ETA on cellular and data services to be up and running. This is taking way too long and is unacceptable for the length of time it’s been down and very bad customer service. At the least you should be updating your customers on the status.

  • DaeRave Michael Bielaski (@DaeRave) reported

@parrykumar21 @Rogers @RogersHelps Is there a cell phone company out there that's infallible and never has interrupted service? If you find it let me know please. I'll be down here on planet Earth waiting with bated breath.

@CRTCeng @Rogers customers are negatively impacted by the lack of service today. What are @rogers obligations to their customers according to the CRTC? #cdnpoli #onpoli #rogersoutage

  • cheekeman David (@cheekeman) reported

So I knew Rogers was out at 1am before they even knew? Took a while for them to finally admit they had "some" issues. Understatement of the year. Really messed a lot of people up today. #rogersoutage @Rogers

  • HeyItsMaher Maher (@HeyItsMaher) reported

Spoke for 1hr+ yesterday with @Rogers and received less than satisfactory service...today’s outage compounds on this negative experience. Calling on @Canada’s leaders to investigate into more affordable telecommunications and consumer rights to a fair price-plan

  • Hollysaysrawrr Holls 👻 (@Hollysaysrawrr) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps As a Freedom customer, I'm so looking forward to these problems when Rogers buys Freedom. /s Canadians pay some of the highest phone bills in the world. This should not be happening. Time for the government to open it's doors to other phone companies instead us only having 3.
