@michaelbolton @RogersHelps Latest issue was, waiting 30 mins for live chat to connect to a human, I get a call, literally step away for 2 mins, and they cut off the chat while I was away. Gave up the phone after 30 mins before because the hold sound was too annoying, no f/b on progress in queue.
