@CRTCeng And yet, in Canada, both @Bell and @Rogers can one, charge way over the true market value for a phone, then put in place a "Device return Policy" which leaves the customer with nothing? T-mobile for an example. Unlimited everything and four lines for $140 a month.

@RogersHelps continuing problems with streaming shows. “we’re having trouble playing this title now” or the sound cuts off then the show stops. This has continued through December & we’ve started using Apple TV. We’d rather use the smart tv but no shows can be completely viewed.

@RogersHelps If i cannot get my Internet services up and running tomorrow, Rogers will need to compensate me for my missed hours of pay and/or having to use my cellular data. Infrastructure still not in the ground...time to switch Telco. @RogersHelps you DON’T help! Just line your pockets$$$$
