@lisaverdon @RogersHelps If your stupid enough to be on a contract with them with a ****** iphone they own, your hooped. You need to be smart and have a device you paid for and be on month to month, where you can leave whenever you please. Then they do anything to keep you. Be independent of the contract

@RogersHelps we've unplugged/plugged in the modem & the ignite boxes repeatedly & are still having problems with freezing/dropped dialogue/blank screens. if Better Call Saul is as choppy & difficult to watch as everything else has been today I won't be the only unhappy camper

@Rogers I was not happy about the outage but also I do not see the lawsuit as a solution. as QA specialist, find the main root cause, containment and long-term solution is a sustainable approach to this outage

@ont_rose @lakituthecloud @RogersHelps It's of the "high speed" data. Depending on your plan, after like 10gb or 20gb, the speed slows down.
