@RogersHelps I gave it 1 last call another 45 min later it was on. We were promised a lot, even a confirmation call when you had it done but that never happened turns out the ticket was closed about 30 minutes before my tweet storm. So about a week of unacceptable delays before i blew up here

@Rogers your technical department is a disgrace! My internet has been out since DECEMBER 22ND! My wife and I have spent nearly 24 hours on the phone trying to get you to fix it but they keep passing is off to other departments and back again. A tech came to the house and said it.

@RogersHelps Set up my new gift: @Apple Watch Series 6 today. Greatly dismayed to see a $10/month fee for cellular plans PLUS $45 setup fee! Why can't I use existing iPhone/iPad data plan. Why the setup fee? I did most of the work? 2 decades + customer here.😡 #AppleWatch #Rogers
