@RogersHelps TV channels have been intermittent at best all afternoon. Have reset the modems several times. Can’t reach you by phone, app or through your website. Really poor customer service!

@rogershelps Hi there. I got services restored, but Ignite TV throughout the house is still giving me issues. I’m experiencing intermittent issues of video loss (black screen), video freezing with no audio, or full video with periods of no audio. Is this an outage issue still?

@WCoaster77 @thevivafrei @Rogers More is better. But that is not the argument you made. You made the argument this outage was caused by lack of competition. Lack of competition is a problem, but it is wholly unrelated to this outage.
