    @adolwyn @RogersHelps As someone who works at a call centre now, I feel really bad for people who aren't givent enough (or up to date) information to do their jobs. This sucks. They're real people who have no control.

    @Rogers #rogersdown Maybe if the CRTC made it easier to allow more competition in the telecommunications industry in Canada instead of conceding every time the Big 3 go crying to Daddy, allowing more completion will allow better service for customers it’s called a free market
