@RogersHelps Great. Thanks. I think outages are worth more than pro-rated terms. The sudden nature of them, the inability to call for help, the loss to work productivity. I’m starting to wonder if Bell’s network is more reliable.

  • rkanwar109 Rajiv Kanwar (@rkanwar109) reported

@RogersHelps @JonsyMalhotra No nothing is resolved my cable is still down

  • JoeSwanson45678 Joe Swanson (@JoeSwanson45678) reported

@Rogers is wifi still not working?

@RogersHelps in Brantford, no home internet. Do you know how long until the outage is resolved ?

  • fusscaboob Gabe (@fusscaboob) reported

@RogersHelps What is Mondays wireless service fee? Dollar figure, don't play games Rogers. Tried looking online for Monday's service fee, couldn't find it. Use a dollar figure.

  • dkourt1976 Dimitri (@dkourt1976) reported

@Rogers Yeah that's not really satisfactory to me. You caused a serious inconvenience for everyone. Couldn't make calls for work or get in touch with family. One days service reimbursement is the least you should do.

  • beattit_ T. Beattie (@beattit_) reported

@RogersHelps Just an issue with your high rates for plans that include data. I mean other than that I have been a customer for years. What is there to keep me as a consumer of your product. Everyone else offers what I have as a plan for less than what you charge

  • kds862 Kurtis (@kds862) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks but no thanks. Decision was made Monday after the customer service treatment. Customer appreciation and loyalty is reason enough to stay or go.

  • jeffster1970 Jeff W (@jeffster1970) reported

@RogersHelps @InfraBiz_Inc Likely $3 but how much did business owners lose? It really should be more than a day credit. This is not your fault of course, you're just the messenger. BTW: Our landline internet is down, again.... :(

  • twittdaddy25 Prakash Tailor #ABEFTeam🇨🇦 (@twittdaddy25) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@Rogers @RogersBiz @RogersHelps I work for a delivery partner. Lost a whole day income on April 19th during network outage . How am I getting compensated?
