Sooooo basically DO NOT get device protection with @Rogers because you WILL get frauded and your service taken away for a week and no one will have any idea what happened!!! Even the FRAUD dept!!!

@5omethingbluee @Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers is down in the Port Credit area. Seem to go out daily now at random hours of the day. When u call them, they r not aware of any issues. They don’t have a clue of anything. Meanwhile I work from home! The most unreliable service ever. And the dumbest customer service reps!!

@RogersHelps Rogers service became horrible. I've had internet issues since October 18 and not a single credit was issued. They subcontracted their billing to a company in Alberta and it is a disaster to say the least.
