@RogersHelps, I had an issue with your service last night. I got on chat with a person who couldn't fix the issue, only provide a stop gap solution. He escalated the file up the chain and this morning I find out you have closed my file because you can't pinpoint the cause. 1/2

@Rogers TV and Internet down AGAIN work in our area AGAIN and AGAIN no communication from Rogers to tell us..this is complete BS!!! You demand we pay our bills but how can I pay your expensive bill if I’m being docked on my pay chew. I want a year free or at least 500 CREDIT!!!

Interesting flex @Rogers Received internet outage rebate on latest bill, but you made the bill due on the 28th (Sunday) not 31st (end of the month). So you are giving and taking at the same time.
