In any other market, the media would be all over the ‘Homer’ #Hoffman story until he was chased out of town. But, when the #BlueJays TV and radio analysts are getting paid by the Jays’ parent company @Rogers, they will never harshly criticize him. #BlueJays50

@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.

@RogersHelps Calling again. I did end my account with Roger's last August... an account I had since 1987 when I got my first mobile phone. After 38 years of being a loyal Roger's customer I finally had enough and have transferred my number to a new service provider.

@tobi @Rogers This is a user-reported service disruption highlighting how carrier or network updates can sometimes unintentionally break common device features like hotspot tethering, which then directly impacts real-world usability @tobi

@Rogers ChatGPT has pointed out another available ISP that is cheaper than your ridiculous $145.50/month (150gb). to "keep me satisfied" & keep me as a customer, match $45/month (equipment included) for unlimited 120gb wifi & lock-in the rate for 5 years, or else i bolt 🏇
