@RogersHelps hey there, internet seems to be down in Calgary's Sunalta and at least one surrounding community. Has been since approx. 2:30 am. Any news regarding this?

@Rogers Are you owned by the shame poor management that owns @WestJet and @TimHortons ? Same crap different industries.

@plkampe @Rogers Put yourself on the do not call list. You no longer have a relationship with Rogers and if they continue to call, you can file a complaint.

@GunGnome @resolutepest @Rogers Same in Ontario with Bell. 5 bars of LTE or 5G and not reception or internet. No service middle of town and even within sight of a cell tower. Not all the time but alot of the time

  • LoisKRoper
    Lois Roper (@LoisKRoper) reported

It is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers

@Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

25+ minutes on hold with @RogersHelps @Rogers After they NEVER cancelled a phone upgrade months ago when told to. ****** way to do business. 😑

@RogersHelps @andyshen_ca I'm not sure why you keep suggesting Live Chat. Last time I tried that there were 52 people ahead of me in the queue - its just as bad as being on hold on the phone. Rogers needs more customer service people who are available! @andyshen_ca
