    @RogersHelps I just wish we had another choice for internet. Why can't we have more ISP instead of just one? Bell is not an option. You guys are not just horrible service, you are also very expensive. I would dump you instantly if we had a choice.

    @RogersHelps I purchased a phone instore and was sent a email copy of the warranty with all my personal information including phone model, HOWEVER they listed they wrong number . now rogers won't honor my warranty, ive called customer care , and they had said there is no warranty

    @canadiancal30 @Rogers Phones are VIRGIN so Bell network. We just have Rogers for home internet as all other options out here are to damn slow. Bell hasn't upgraded the wires to fibe around here so slow internet from them too.

    Ever since the Canada wide outage Rogers cellular sucks! @RogersHelps 😡 Data doesn’t work properly for me or my wife. We use to get 3 or 4 bars now 1 or 2 bars. I’ve called Technical support 4 times. No help. Use to have the best service now it’s ****!

    @RogersHelps Weird, Internet has been down since last night in Haldimand county as well. It's been 13 hours down and counting. All this from a Hamilton fire? I'm over 35 minutes away from that fire.
