-
Prithviraj Kar (@KarPrithviraj) reported@Rogers even if I have an active Asia roaming pass still not able to make and receive calls. Not even customer care. Also no data . Your chat support is pathetic.
-
Stuart (@BlueAndWhiteGuy) reported@RogersHelps The issue is getting through and landing with the right person. The only time you guys are interested in putting an outbound call to a customer is when they leave. I got three of them last week after I left, one of them promised that I would not be getting a bill for anything.

Pixxsta (@Pix_xtar) reportedI hate you @rogers you are terrible a tornado comes by for the first time in 30 years and you shutdown for 6 hours giving me automated phone call responses and than one of you’re employees cal me to ask if I wanna upgrade my plan or whatsoever
-
s_hughes815 (@s_hughes815) reported@RogersHelps after your Cyberpolygon exercise participation service outage in 2022 (we know the truth), it is best for Canadians to have internet & phone through different carriers.
-
jc (@JMCInformation) reported@RogersHelps Not surprisingly, #Rogers has screwed up my Internet account with incompetent staff who could not do their jobs, are rude and would not let me speak with a supervisor. How can I find someone who has the know how to fix the billing? #Toronto Call #BBB?
-
Andy Potter (@aap53) reported@RogersHelps I have spoken to them on more than one occasion and there has been no resolution.
-
Generic Guy™️ (@GenericGuy97) reported@Sportsnet @Rogers Please fix the audio for the Canadiens game. The crowd sounds so muffled. Can’t even hear the crowd.
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@aangelic491 @Rogers Nope. The only solution is to call them and go through the whole ordeal. They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.
-
Sanka Jayasundera (@Zenblime) reported@RogersHelps Its a 44mm samsung watch8. Im on a call with tech support now and they telling me to go to the store which I already did and they told me to talk to tech support so you guys have no idea what you doing and giving me the run around and wasting my time

s_hughes815 (@s_hughes815) reported@RogersHelps .. so to get my plan down to affordable reasonable ethical rate with @Rogers i may end up with no connection for a week or so while the equipment switch (by mail) occurs? if i need to do that, i might as well just sign with another carrier.
