Marie (@marietonav) reportedSometimes I feel like @RogersBiz call centres likes to get abused. Like Rogers genuinely likes it low key. I mean, if Rogers CARED to reach an agreement with customer more, maybe they won’t have problem. Only difference is I don’t like being abusive, both we both are.

They get one or two chances to help you before you will just choose a new service provider who you don't have to phone for a while.
