@RogersHelps I’ve done this, I’ve dealt with the live chat to try and resolve the issue. I have an nhl live account that was setup through the app that I purchased the subscription to. Every time I log in to a different device, it asks me what subscription I want to purchase.
@RogersHelps I subscribed to nhl live through the Apple iPhone app. I created an nhl live account to link it to my ps4 app, laptop, and iPad. None of these devices will work. When I log in, it will only ask me what subscription I want to purchase. Please help!

@gingerhat @RogersHelps seems these current 4K PVRs are kind of crap, I have about six of them I've gotten as ewaste as people just toss them
