    @RogersHelps Internet down in Delaware, ON. Not sure for how long woke up at 6am and it was out. Cycled modem and no effect. Is this widespread?

    @Rogers Yes. My speeds are horrible. Up and down. I’ve had techs out here. New cable from box. Modem. I’m done. I’m going with Fibe.

    Need to add your apt. # to your Rogers address for a delivery? You need to know that you can’t do it online, the online chat person can’t do it, the @RogersHelps person can’t do it, the phone help line person can’t do it, but a manager can, after much trying. Good system there.
