@lukeincanada @Rogers Would recommend escalating the issue with tech support as high as you can, and then make sure they compensate you with some credit. Keep taking pics of the error screens that appear

@MattKhamis @Rogers Credit to @Rogers help. They contacted me after that tweet. Kimberly asked me a few questions and created a service ticket. This morning I got a text message at 7:30am that the problem was solved. So far so good. Thank you!

@RogersHelps Longterm issue with a lot of excuses ... only solution that has been offered by @RogersHelps is to turn to HSPA only. $300/mo for what are essentially 4 wi-fi only devices when used in my area. Basesd on my travels, the whole HWY15 corridor seems to be impacted.

One would think a company w/Communications in its name would know to warn ppl when planned upgrades may impact service. Been mostly down for over 12 hours, @Rogers, & have work to do that I can't accomplish. Thanks a ton.

Of course @Rogers Ignite is down again. For the love of all the 3000 gods worshipped throughout history of humanity, do yourselves a favour and don't get this service. Rogers Ignite is just garbage. Constantly down
