    @RogersHelps Roger workers on neighboura property to bury a cable, end up cutting off our service. Now told by a customer service representative it will be June 6 to repair their negligence? Outrageous. We rely on the internet for work!

    @vajayjay___ @Rogers Intermittent all day and down now in M5R. Keep trying to call or chat. If only Rogers would admit there's an outage on their side instead of wasting our time but eh, they wouldn't want to have to refund millions of customers 🤔

    @RogersHelps Internet is down since last two days. Every time i talk to a support person i get a different response. A technician was supposed to visit today between 4-6pm and the support person said that the appointment is cancelled without giving any reason. Please help

    @RogersHelps somebody will come morning to fix, technician will come evening and on evening … no response … it’s end of day … technician will come tomorrow end of day… that’s how support work? Really worst experience

    @Rogers Smart Home Monitoring has serious connectivity issues...7 out of 10 times you need to resign and resign most of the time doesnt work....horrible connectivity standard...wondering how many others paying customers have the same problem...need to shop around ??

    @RogersHelps Sure. Sales rep sold me, service started Saturday just gone, turn on the telly, nope, the channels sold are not here! Call support, 30mins on hold hung up 1hour 20mins on a chat no one can fix this It's simple Rogers sold me something they arent providing.

    It's ridiculous that the major phone providers still don't have cell reception in Toronto's subway, other cities have it for decades. That is unacceptable, it's 2022, not 1992! You're ignoring the needs of millions of people. @Rogers @Bell @TELUS get your **** together.
