@mrmikeMTL @Rogers lol I get it, my plan was actually twofold because I know accidents happen so I got the new one as my emergency fix when my last phone crapped out, with the intention of also getting a used/refurb phone to buy some time on this plan and reduce the chances I destroy the new one

I told them this they don’t care not paying for something I never paid for once or used broken phone Fido sux
