    @RogersHelps so I only got about half way through my month and the max-speed portion of my “unlimited” data plan. About a week ago I went down to the slow data and now I’m wondering if that’s one slow speed or if it is supposed to get continually slower each day like mine does?

    @RogersHelps That’s ok thanks… I can use my phone most of the time. Trouble really starts when I need to hotspot my laptop… that just won’t work until max speed returns… or until hi speed service comes to all of #Oshawa

    I am beyond disgusted with the service I have received @RogersHelps. A simple wifi move request I was told would take 15 minutes turned into 15 days, 10 useless hours on the phone with support, and still no wifi! Then they tell me to switch to Bell! #InAHeartBeat #DoBetter
