    Aaaaaand my @RogersHelps is NOW down like everyone else. If @telus had cheaper plans than Rogers, I’d switch over today but there’s no real competition in Canada, all the plans are the same

    @RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for 17 yrs and I'll be switching to Bell or Telus once my contract is up. TWO outages in just over a year?! That's not reliable at all, also if 5G is supposed to be the "next great thing", the latency is always over 100ms, that's bad service in modern times

    @RogersHelps Chrome on MacOS Catalina. Seems like the webmasters are going through a complete redesign as I visit so you won’t be able to help..

    Nationwide @RogersHelps outage last week .... nationwide @WestJet outage today. Are we supposed to believe that routine IT maintenance being done just before everyone wakes up is the reason? If so, what is happening to IT discipline?

    @RogersHelps Its been 7 days and my service (call/text/data) is still not working since the outage. I am told by your customer service that my services will be restored within 24 - 48hrs! I don't know what clock you follow! PLEASE HELP

    Dear @Rogers @RogersHelps, I have decided to pay only 2/3 of my monthly bill from now on. I don’t use your service between midnight & 8am, so please schedule your outages for those times, since I won’t be paying for them. These are my terms. DM me if this is not satisfactory.

    @Andora81 @andreamcrae @Rogers One can only assume that when you insult without even using your name that can be best explained as a confused or cowardly user.If you are happy with Rogers then hang in there but many are not & are saying so. I am an MD and use a computer not a smart phone and I am quite happy.

    @RogersHelps Almonte intermittent (mostly down completely). Call center starting to see area wise issues (this afternoon and evening). Techs dispatched report nothing they can do.
