    Aaaaaand my @RogersHelps is NOW down like everyone else. If @telus had cheaper plans than Rogers, I’d switch over today but there’s no real competition in Canada, all the plans are the same

    @RogersHelps Chrome on MacOS Catalina. Seems like the webmasters are going through a complete redesign as I visit so you won’t be able to help..

    @RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for 17 yrs and I'll be switching to Bell or Telus once my contract is up. TWO outages in just over a year?! That's not reliable at all, also if 5G is supposed to be the "next great thing", the latency is always over 100ms, that's bad service in modern times

    @RogersHelps its been almost two weeks with almost no internet service at my house!! The whole neighbourhood is suffering from this outage in Mississauga. @RogersHelps this is not acceptable. Some of us work from home, take online classes, and can’t even FaceTime our loved ones!

    @RogersHelps My parents have been Rogers customers for decades. Their condo received notices that the service is moving to Ignite. Why is their SIN and passport info needed for a credit check ? Switching to the new service is not optional.

    @Rogers it's now been 4+ months, you still haven't fixed my issues. After your nation wide outage you talk all about winning back customers trust🙄. Yet you won't be rebuilding a tower damaged by a tornado until next year. Still waiting for the supervisor callback I was promised
