@stuhunter @TELUS @RogersHelps File a formal complaint to @CCTS_CPRST, they take stuff like this seriously

  • cdnbeer Cody Lobreau (@cdnbeer) reported from Brandon, Manitoba

Aaaaaand my @RogersHelps is NOW down like everyone else. If @telus had cheaper plans than Rogers, I’d switch over today but there’s no real competition in Canada, all the plans are the same

  • cdnbeer Cody Lobreau (@cdnbeer) reported from Brandon, Manitoba

@RogersHelps Chrome on MacOS Catalina. Seems like the webmasters are going through a complete redesign as I visit so you won’t be able to help..

  • cdnbeer Cody Lobreau - BeerCrank.ca (@cdnbeer) reported from Brandon, Manitoba

@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for 17 yrs and I'll be switching to Bell or Telus once my contract is up. TWO outages in just over a year?! That's not reliable at all, also if 5G is supposed to be the "next great thing", the latency is always over 100ms, that's bad service in modern times

@RogersHelps Is @Rogers going to tell customers WHY there was an outage? The lack of transparency is really frustrating...but I'm not really surprised nothing is being said.

  • JadumaniJena J Jena (@JadumaniJena) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Texts (otp messages) are still not working and can’t authenticate transactions

  • sashaboersma Sasha Boersma (she/her) (@sashaboersma) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@MrAlexBethke @Rogers Except Bell did an oops of their own a couple of months back when their internet was down for a day and flakey for weeks. Tech sometimes goes down when repaired. The problem in both cases - where was your back-up plan so you can take A down and have B still work…

  • j_dawdy J-Dawd (@j_dawdy) reported

@LilOldMee @RogersHelps Having same issue. Can't watch any recordings, and can't set any new ones

  • DavdGrcia David Garcia (@DavdGrcia) reported

@RogersHelps Well, it seems I also belong to a minority here, in this case a Rogers’ INVISIBLE minority? (Or maybe an IMBECILE minority, based on some Rogers supporters here?) Where’s my $200 bundle service? I can’t find it!!!

  • nattsdeh Keith Natts (@nattsdeh) reported

Nothing more annoying than the super slow @Rogers internet since they got the servers back up and running. It's ridiculous.

  • BeastPolitic Beast of Your Problems (@BeastPolitic) reported

@Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps Plenty of 2nd order effects of losing service.

  • bag_cats Habby (@bag_cats) reported

@SocMedGirlyyj @RogersHelps ....makes you wonder how the hell anyone got anything done 40 years ago! Today's society is baby **** soft. Cheers

  • ZebbyRajan Zebby rajan (@ZebbyRajan) reported

@RogersHelps Calls are still dropping constantly and we have no internet or TV services...so please help

  • DallasStarFan72 Dallas Fan 72 (@DallasStarFan72) reported

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers Are you for real? Yes we can do without internet service but phone service, absolutely not. For people who have elderly family members and can't just jump in a car to go see if they are alright, this is totally inexcusable for the amount of money we pay for these services.
