@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for 17 yrs and I'll be switching to Bell or Telus once my contract is up. TWO outages in just over a year?! That's not reliable at all, also if 5G is supposed to be the "next great thing", the latency is always over 100ms, that's bad service in modern times

Aaaaaand my @RogersHelps is NOW down like everyone else. If @telus had cheaper plans than Rogers, I’d switch over today but there’s no real competition in Canada, all the plans are the same

@PunchyfHale @Rogers Telus and Bell combined have more customers than Rogers. Telus and Bell operate on the same network. Rogers is on a different network. Telus and Bell does not work on Rogers. And same with Rogers does not work on Telus and Bell towers. Way more towers with Telus and Bell.

@RogersHelps does NHL Live not stream in 1080 or 4K on PC? The quality is very poor. It's not my internet because I tried some 3rd party streams and they are crystal clear.

It's a bloody shame, as I drove through the garbage dump, and saw the private security, paid for by local business, smoking a ciggy, keeping these poor folks from leaving #2s in the fenced yard... then in the looming distance, @Rogers - subsidized with millions! I'm sick.

@RogersHelps I have had technicians out 3 times to fix a connection issue. The issue remains. The last 2 have said maintenance has to fix it. Its coming up a month since the first advisement. It's disruptive to my ISP your related company. Who can I speak too?
