@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for 17 yrs and I'll be switching to Bell or Telus once my contract is up. TWO outages in just over a year?! That's not reliable at all, also if 5G is supposed to be the "next great thing", the latency is always over 100ms, that's bad service in modern times

Aaaaaand my @RogersHelps is NOW down like everyone else. If @telus had cheaper plans than Rogers, I’d switch over today but there’s no real competition in Canada, all the plans are the same

@Rogers on God...my internet connection is so bad. Ive called so many times. no one listens to me. I hav a severe disconnection problem & they sent a guy to "fix the internet" & he bounced when he came it was working. The problem isn't it not working. It disconnects every 50 mins

@NascarWeeWee @Rogers Us too. However bell fiber seems like the most reliable option. We were with bell for years but decided to go with virgin until it got unstable too. Went to rogers was all good but prices skyrocketed and quality declined. We are in a basement so finding good wifi is hard lol

@RogersHelps So, sat down to look into a few things Nice rep pointed out I could FINALLY get rid of my Eeros fee which I would never have had if cust serv had properly probed my needs. Everything worked fine on VIP w/out Ignite. Anyhow, waited 30mins on transfer 2 tech-gave up

@RogersHelps I organized my move 2 months ago and paid for a service tech to set everything up the day of my move. No services. 4 phone calls, 8 customer service reps, 5 departments, a manager and 30+ hours of waiting, still no service. Refused meaningful data option as a bridge.
