    @Rogers your customer service is getting worse. This issue was escalated. Since then 3 people have “taken over” and I’ve had to repeat things each time. Disgusting. Who is the highest person I can speak to?

    @RogersHelps i was away for a few months, was still paying my bills but now that I am back, I have no cable at my house. I never cancelled never did any changes so I have no idea why I don’t have cable
