@wchay3 @G_l_i_t_c_h_e_d @Rogers They told me I can return everything but I'll be charged & I won't get my credit for the phone that they took from me. If I want my credit then I have to stay with them & pay for the plan from my old phone until they issue the credit even though I won't have a phone with them.

@Rogers @RogersHelps 24 hrs since my last tweet. Day 4 and I just got the most upbeat message telling me there will be a further delay in setting up my internet/TV service and you appreciate my patience Tech in my house for hrs on Sunday, I've lost track of the hrs on the phone.

@Rogers Hi,i have updated my plan and store person removed the discount coupon without informing(which was for 24 months).Now am following up with the rogers they’re saying that we cant do anything now the coupon is expired.its been loss of almost $220 for me. Please help me ASAP
