    What a waste of customer & service time, your automated systems don’t work, support workers have wrong info or can’t do anything. Major fail after being a customer for 15+ years @Rogers

    @GeesDubb @Rogers I have spent the last 5 days trying to get through!!! Over 7 hours of waiting on the phone with no one coming on! I just don't know what is going on. I need to talk to someone with an issue I'm having!! As soon as my plan is up I'm leaving Rogers! I've had enough!!

    @RogersHelps Tried several times calling given contact number but they do not pick call even after waiting 3 to 4 hours. Waited for them to pick 2 to 3 times since last week. Do you have any concrete solution?
