@Rogers I just had to waste time talking to a Rogers service rep to ask when we're receiving the 5 day credit as promised. Turns out it'll be on the August bill. Can't your PR team write this update on the Rogers site, so that millions of Canadians aren't tweeting? Too logical?

@hockeyesque @Rogers IPTV is an embarrassment of riches when it works. We do mlbtv through an Apple box which isn’t without its own issues.

@Rogers where is my $400 credit I was told I would receive on or before July 22nd? You then took your word back and said, it will be on your august bill. My august bill is out, you never credit me for your outage after costing me $5000 in business that day!!!

  • paulsparalegal Paulsparalegal (@paulsparalegal) reported

@JohnHaleCrimLaw @Rogers I remember at Brampton courthouse a hole docket & likly all courtrooms were cancelled due to power outage. As judge said, no power no court reporter! I agree with adjournment. It is the responsible thing to do. Except in extremely rare cases involving habeous corpus matters.

  • hockeyesque @hockeyesque (@hockeyesque) reported

Please help me leave @rogers How do people get their cable, esp sports?

  • JohnHaleCrimLaw John Hale (@JohnHaleCrimLaw) reported

@paulsparalegal @Rogers True, there's always the risk of internet issues. On the other hand, I've had court cancelled several times because of dangerous driving conditions. During the pandemic I did a number of trials online that would have been cancelled in person because of snowstorms.

  • macdor_ump13 Rob Macdonald (@macdor_ump13) reported

.@Fidomobile @Rogers so it takes 5 full days to fix your outage and then 2 full months before the credit will be applied?
