Finally, I called @Bell to cancel service on 1st May and requested @Rogers for a new connection. They were kind enough to understand that we need to work & they sent us modem in a day & on Monday before noon we got wifi working. Hassle free process and great service by @Rogers.

@RogersHelps It’s all good - I called this morning at 9am when your service degraded and have been waiting since for it to return. Already confirmed by your team you’re experiencing an issue.
