Been having terrible ping issues over the past week. Contacted @Rogers and was assured it would be solved within 1-2 days. Contacted them again and was basically told I need to upgrade my plan and that is all the help they can offer. @Bell hit my line.

  • culverbot theChalkMan (@culverbot) reported

How can there be ANOTHER @Rogers outage in Toronto? Pushing ten hours now. Phoned and rep told me “we don’t know what caused it and we don’t have an ETA of when it’ll be fixed”. Appreciate her honesty but not really acceptable so soon after the last one @RogersHelps

  • SnaggleJ Kris Jardine (@SnaggleJ) reported

My @RogersHelps just hasnt been the same since the outage. Daily modem resets, dropping randomly, speed throttled. The level of service for someone working from home is just unacceptable @Bell_Aliant ill help with the costs to put in a FiberOp line. PLEASE HELP ME

  • JohnnyDispatch Johnny (@JohnnyDispatch) reported

@NonnaL10 @RogersHelps They’ll never admit there’s a problem even though a large urban area has been affected. Toronto, Beaches. #rogersoutage

  • ManishS91621538 Manish Singh (@ManishS91621538) reported

@RogersHelps @NonnaL10 There is an outage in most of areas in Toronto. #rogersoutage #rogers

  • BarrhavenGuy Barrhaven Guy (@BarrhavenGuy) reported

@CBCOttawa If @RogersHelps or @Fidomobile dare ask me for my ID, which is not a legally enforced requirement, they had better be ready to come outside and cancel my account on the spot. They have no power to ask to see any of my ID unless I'm signing up for something.

  • Accelerante AXEL (@Accelerante) reported

Yo @RogersHelps been getting bounced around ur support team all morning and no one is actually helping me.

  • Bun_Eevee2021 Bun_Eevee (@Bun_Eevee2021) reported

Companies on Twitter telling people to dm them if they have a problem meanwhile ignoring your dm in their inbox about the exact same problem. @RogersHelps @Rogers

  • Locutus1958 Keith (@Locutus1958) reported

@RogersHelps So Rogers tells us they're spending 20 bazillion dollars on a "resilient network" due to their last maintenance screw-up that hobbled millions of users. And from 6pm until just now, they've done it again. You're doing a bad job Rogers. $260/mth for this?
