@AboutRogers @Rogers I’ve never seen a life so bad in my life. Network isn’t working for almost everyone and you’re saying it’s restored but it is not nearly close

  • mhunter709 Mark C. Hunter (@mhunter709) reported

Got a nice email from @RogersHelps today about the outage. Honestly all I really want is. It to have the haggle in a year to keep paying the same amount a month for my internet.

  • BradMWilliams Brad (@BradMWilliams) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Service is patchy at best. When will the service actually be fully restored? Speedtest fails 50% of the time on wifi and wired connections. When will the service actually be repaired fully?

  • tobyelinor Toby Elinor (@tobyelinor) reported

@RogersHelps @jbrommet Still Nothing in Richmond Hill. You said you have restored most of your customers but I don’t think you have. My internet has been down for over 2 days now and seems like a lot of people are still down based on this message string

  • EvaLiu_ eva (@EvaLiu_) reported

@RogersHelps internet still down in Markham L3S area. Can we get an ETA please?

  • Countryzaitz Joanne Bobby (@Countryzaitz) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers If I have to fight that hard to get a refund for the outage then can you say ‘bye-bye Rogers’!!!

  • Jonavin Jonavin (@Jonavin) reported

From about after 3am @Rogers home internet was down again. It was unstable when it was working yesterday but nothing now. @RogersHelps #rogersoutage

  • aerom Jim Russell (@aerom) reported

@RogersHelps Nope! Still out in cambridge Ontario. Now 2 days +, no service, no communication. Terrible rogers customer service

  • HowardHuss68 Howard Huss (@HowardHuss68) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Going on 53 hours with no internet/cable service. No way to reach out to call centres or online chat. Rogers better not throttle back our cell data speeds for exceeding their monthly allowance.

  • ChuckCanuck3 Chuck Canuck (@ChuckCanuck3) reported

@RogersHelps @betty1954178 Still can't access most websites, was told to contact technical support for all the devices in my home after an hour wait for support and disconnected several times. Called back and was told another 24 hours. Good thing for data on telus so I can follow the link!
