    Spoke to TekSavvy about issues post @Rogers disaster. We don't have reliable internet since then, Rogers staff comes to our house and tells us it's the 'modem' and not their network yet TekSavvy says our lines are a disaster. they are telling many customers this. @CBCOttawa @CBC

    @adamlaporte17 @RogersHelps The day of the outage my phone very conveniently connected to AT&T for a nice $12 roam like home charge when I was sleeping. Add on that nice $5 credit we get and I’m at -$7 that day, Oh My !

    @RogersHelps hey there! I was under the impression that you’ll credit for the outage days at the least. You promised 5 days credit but looks like we’ve got none in this bill cycle. None for home and wireless whatsoever. Any heads-up?
