@RogersHelps Soooooo. L4A. Still no internet. Can we get any details to set expectations? I appreciate what it takes to run a major incident such as this so appreciate the technicians and major incident leaders. lack of transparency and communication of mgmt and execs is appalling.

@RogersHelps @AboutRogers Ignite Wifi is still down in Kitchener, nearly 2 days later. Router goes between blinking orange and solid red. I’ve reset it over a dozen times over the course of the day to no avail. How can you talk about “vast majority” when so many are still w/o service? Despicable.

  • creativegal2 Creativegal2 (@creativegal2) reported

  • Stigma_Hurts I’M Troubled!! (@Stigma_Hurts) reported

@doubledouble416 @Rogers @Bell The gov is partially to blame - both in #canada & the USA… cable providers were told YEARS ago that they need to convert over to an all digital service - so the tech was created to do just that

  • 99gecko 99gecko (@99gecko) reported

@RogersHelps You may have restored enough services to enough areas to justify a one-size-fits-all blanket approach to responding to your customers, yet the quality of service (internet) is currently unusable. Please consider that customers are depending upon reliable consistent service.con't
