@kate1woods @Rogers Just waited 2 hours to have Yassine misunderstand my issue and when I tried to correct her say it was outside her scope and end the chat. Good to know tech support is so caring and useful.

@RogersHelps A small square box,,, "XiOne-SC (B)" unsure what it is (modem or repeater or TV?). Residential. Service is cancelled, resident/account holder has passed away.

@alancross @Rogers I think their consistently long waits and poor customer service, are intentional. That way, customers simply don’t call. @Rogers is a communication company. If they wanted to provide better service, they would.

@RogersHelps The problem is, this is not a isolated incident, this happens constantly, and my Internet is giving me 20% of what it’s supposed to be in the way of speed. I had a technician at my home this morning who could not fix anything. But am I getting a discount on my service?

@RogersHelps If you can definitively state it is or isn't a scam, that is the problem.. your processes should give clients a clear way of determimimg why @Rogers is calling. Or a log on our online account that shows When, How, and Why a rep tried to contact the customer.

@AdemirCosta8 @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m really disappointed that they think it’s okay to treat their clients this way. Not a company I want to do business with.

@alancross @Rogers the only time they want to talk is when you cancel service, then they’ll call you 3 or 4 times a day….

@RogersHelps @ChrisKnightfilm Just stupid canned AI slop.

@Rogers your customer service is broken. I have spent hours trying to get hold of someone on a call to set up an internet move request but nothing — every call disconnected. Filled your callback form after a chat. Nothing. Do customers have to tweet at you to get help?

@RogersHelps Yes every Rogers customer knows this phone number. I’ve been on this phone number for over four hours, trust me. I know what I’m doing.
