But general telco services have gotten very affordable and high quality in Canada. For example, plans are now in the $30-50 range for unlimited talk, text, and 100 GB of data. I’m not sure why you’re complaining. Where are you getting better service?

I have been a customer since 2001. This has never happened, unless I'm calling at like 7pm when people were adding Crave so they could watch GoT.

Rogers used to send me advertising txts every day or so, and was charging me data charges for them to send me ads. Soon as I noticed I got more than $120 refunded from being nickled and dimed by their shiester fraud, then cancelled service and never looked back (20 years ago).

The wait time goes more than an hour then the CSR (mostly from India) finally attends and takes about another 40 minutes, putting me on hold in between multiple times and finally hangs up, without resolution.fyR
