    @halo_nothing @RogersHelps I’m K2S, have your outages been 1/2hr here, 15 min there, 1hr every once in a while? I’ve been going through that kind of outage for, day 3, now. A few times 1st day, yesterday 5 times, woke up this morning to it again, down 10min

    @RogersBiz I called the customer service and they kept me redirecting to different departments and after an hour the call was automatically cut. I have just seen your message. Please find the earliest and easiest way of communicating.

    @RogersHelps hi, I'm having some trouble adding my Rogers Mastercard to my apple wallet. I tried adding directly through the wallet app and don't receive the activation code by email, or through the app, and it says that the service is unavailable at the moment. Any help?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers It’s just about noon and the internet has already kicked off 3 times this morning! No info on planned outage or interruptions anywhere to be found. It’s getting ridiculous

    Wow @RogersBiz! After all the over charging on bills, service disruptions, and 20 years off loyalty. I ask for a plan with LESS data, and with a new phone and all you can offer me is a plan around $200 a month! 1/2

    @RogersHelps both our TVs in different locations are completely pixelated on some channels, black on others. Since last night. This suggests a feed problem. Do we need a technician? Chats groups I’ve looked at suggest yes.
