@Rogers shame on you! Your rep Himanshu kept me on the line for 34 min! Hang up on me while I was trying to cancel an account with you which I NEVER used. It’s one thing to overcharge somebody, it’s another to charge for no use.

@RogersHelps Stephen Colbert is on Global and CBS right now. CBS has no sound. This is a Rogers issue that evolved from the distorted Global sound issue in my area. Nothing is wrong on my end and I'm exhausted from calling you about it. DMing you will accomplish nothing... open ticket.
