@RogersHelps Yes there has been an issue since November 9th, the various tickets logged with Rogers since then. Most recent 6 calls with customer service today with the outage / on and off internet / being down since 10am. How does one work from home?

Ive been on hold with @Rogers for 1 hr & 20 mins & i havent even spoken to a damn human being yet this dumb robot keeps repeating the same ****..the worst provider EVER! I keep paying **** load of $$ for absolute garbage service😣

@Rogers is the worst company. I called 2x today and wait times were 3hors plus. 1st time the line dropped after 1 hour and a half and the second time the agent transferred me whe she said give me one moment! I've never been so angry!!!

@RogersHelps You treat your loyal customers like garbage!I had to call you out twitter to get a response. After spending 3 hours on the phone with support today I was promised that my issue, created by you, will get fixed within 48hours. If that doesn’t happen you will hear from me again!
