So no update on @Rogers fraud situation. Finally remembered to call the person with my file today. Says his office hours are 2pm-midnight today. Left a voicemail with name, number and situation. Rogers has also never tried to contact me to resolve issue. Not great service.

Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers I spent an hour and a half ‘chatting’ with one of your help specialists. everything was almost resolved & the chat unexpectedly disconnected. Now I can’t reach anyone. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Beyond frustrating.

@RogersHelps is an account set up to avoid helping. 4 days of the same problem, and no fix. Promises of phone calls unfulfilled, promises of escalation unfulfilled. Rogers is the worst.

This is after being told that the "area is fixed" a few days ago but still seeing issues with my house. This is after not receiving text messages since last SUNDAY (the 14th) which said "there's been a delay in fixing the problem." It's downright annoying. @RogersHelps
