    @RogersHelps It is an awfully long time. It is also awful customer service for a long time loyal customer to experience, especially from your higher ups. I guess there is a long queue of people before me who have been scammed by @Rogers.

    @RogersHelps I’m not getting help in the DM I sent them the issue since December and I told them I’m using my phone data at home while the wifi is here but not working, the sent a technician he couldn’t do nothing another technician came he drew holes on the walls but still...

    @RogersHelps with so many low income people out of work why don’t you add as live agents so those with issues don’t have to wait nearly an hour to talk with someone. Or modernize and call us back when an agent is available? @RogersNoHelp

    Has @rogers been hacked? Internet is weird and warnings are popping up that look like scammers. All phones so it’s not a one machine problem.

    @Bell_Support 3 months and you still cant fix my 4K signal. Never mind you can only support 1 tv 4K and still can’t deliver a consistent stream. @Rogers please send me offers.

    @RogersHelps The message does not interrupt the programming — the program doesn’t get stuck — but the message appears at the top of the screen while the program plays. Will unplugging both the power and coax cable, and then plugging back in, actually help? Why does this resolve the issue?

    @RogersHelps tryin to reach customer care fr problem 3 hours for 3 days no answer. Decided to cancel, ur showroom doesn accept cancellation, returned the modem 3 days ago again waiting everyday fr 2 hours to cancel. I’ve been paying w/o using ur service. Is this right in any way?

    Hi @RogersHelps Jasan in support was fantastic in helping me provide feedback on the technician I just ordered out of my home. She was able to rebook another service call and to ensure he was not assigned to it. She needs a raise!

    Just Tweeting to let everyone know that @Rogers has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Moved into a new home that has no coaxial cable and can't get a tech till next Thursday. Gf works from home and can't use internet and our livelihood is at risk.

    @JPintheLDOT @Rogers I went thru it was Bell a few years ago. I finally gave up after about 6 or so repair tix. Rogers came in, still had issues then one of the repair guys noticed the modem was too close to the fuse panel. Moved the modem, that helped. But still choppy

    @Rogers my sister was on the phone with a sales rep of yours and he hung up on her. your sales rep was extremely rude, difficult and unprofessional. you’re losing another customer to @Bell. you need to train your employees better.
