@RogersHelps your business account reps transferred me to ignite after they couldn’t help over an hour ago… I’m trying to change my package and sort out a billing issue but this seems wildly long to be on hold? But I don’t want to hang up and lose my spot if it’s just busy…

Anthony Chien (@anthonychien) reported from Markham, Ontario

@REWoman @One_Percent1 @Rogers Left #Rogers after their big internet outage last year. I am getting much better and more reliable internet service at Bell. The only regret is I should have done it sooner.

  • kazZtr_
kasun (@kazZtr_) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@chamaraind @Rogers Should be damn fast, but Machan in here it’s very expensive, I’ve used my 20GB in the phone this month and for additional 1gb I have to pay $25 😬

  • sometimeslola
Jessica Edwards (@sometimeslola) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Another day of no internet courtesy of @RogersHelps @RogersBiz. If you’re “doing work” or “updating the systems” why not text to inform your customers. Just terrible service. The worst.

  • PerryS33
Perry Schwartz (@PerryS33) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

What is going on with @TSN_Sports live sports on @rogers ignite. Choppy. Blurry. Audio issues. Glitches. It’s been like this for weeks for Leafs and Raptors games. Help!!!

  • MarkOrlan
Mark Orlan (@MarkOrlan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps @brettjjohnn Same issues we keep having with @Rogers. Internet has been down so many times over the past week, I sound like a broken record. Sadly, when you’re a monopoly your customers are taken for granted; even your most loyal ones.

I didn't think there was such a thing worse than @RogersHelps #customerservice until I had an issue with @Fidomobile . Its much worse. Oh wait, Fido is Rogers. SMH.

  • SusyCampos19
    Susy Campos (@SusyCampos19) reported

Wow @Rogers. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks to move my service to a new address. I was being put in hold the last time I waited for 1 hour on hold. Now it just says they are experiencing higher calling volumes and it hangs up on me. Bell will have a new client I think.

  • cadencegrace
    Cadence Grace (@cadencegrace) reported

@RogersHelps She refused to accept my American Express as one of the credit cards for my credit check she refused to accept my expired health card even with an email from service Canada showing its renewal because it wasn’t printed and made the entire disaster feel like it was my fault

  • BobPickard
    Bob Pickard (@BobPickard) reported

@UniforTheUnion @Rogers The abrupt way Rogers turned off these stations was needlessly disrespectful to the employees let go and to the people in the communities affected whose listenership over decades supported the company with advertising dollars. You just don’t deal with staff and consumers so callously – no notice and crappy communication like they mean nothing. But this is the culture of Rogers under Edward Rogers and his beancounter CEO who don’t have the character and class to treat their stakeholders right.

  • amsinthenorth
    ams🍉 (@amsinthenorth) reported

@Rogers whats up with dead zones all over Sudbury? I have ZERO service in way too many areas. WTF am I paying for?? Rumor has it that you've stopped maintaining your towers... maintain the damn towers or charge ppl 10$/mo. Thats what its worth rn, max.

  • CoryNass
    Cory C. (@CoryNass) reported

Shame on @Rogers @Sportsnet for shutting down CKNW and Sportsnet Radio in Vancouver. Not many radio stations left and these were two of the last good ones on AM.

  • SaidricChams
    Said A Chams (@SaidricChams) reported

@RogersHelps I do not want to chat with a computer that has no idea what the issue is.

  • ResearchChat
    Chris Conley (@ResearchChat) reported

@Yuvrajsv1rk @Rogers When I go in person to a @Rogers store, they won't deal with issues (including cancelling contracts), only sales.

  • callmeaskayra
    Kay (@callmeaskayra) reported

@RogersHelps please connect me to an agent. It’s really frustrating when I moved 11 days ago to my new address and still don’t have home internet. I’m trying to keep calling and I’m holding for at least 45 minutes but nobody is connecting. Am I paying for this service?

  • MichelleRempel
    Michelle Rempel Garner (@MichelleRempel) reported

My colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.
