@RogersHelps I was watching on my smart tv and suddenly the connection was lost and my Tv is connected through Ethernet cable so I assume it’s a network isssue and not my modem.

@RogersHelps The issue def started after i got the bank from the no name place. Sitting at Wimpy's diner & saw my screen was flashing & not charging like I was hoping for. The type C that came with it, im using it on the head attached to my wall

@Rogers once more we changes our service but you dont update the billing-well you add the new service but dont delete the older services till a month later-so now x2 billing and we the customer have to analyze bills to see what happened! Wonder how many others just pay! So wrong!
