DWIT 3D & Laser (@Dwit3d) reported@Rogers I have been on the phone now for over 3 hours trying to fix an issue that YOU caused. Transferred from one department to another, then back to the original department and still waiting. You make me want to cancel ALL of my services with you. This is not right!

iVu (@WhoCntrl) reported@RogersHelps This does not help. I am the account holder who visited the store myself with all the identification still, the store executive was telling me that the so called system is saying verification declined without even verifying anything.

Don Bradshaw (@RealDonBradshaw) reportedIn any other market, the media would be all over the ‘Homer’ #Hoffman story until he was chased out of town. But, when the #BlueJays TV and radio analysts are getting paid by the Jays’ parent company @Rogers, they will never harshly criticize him. #BlueJays50

CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

Peter 🇨🇦🇮🇹 (@PistolP50122591) reported@RogersHelps I was hoping to watch both Jays game and hockey playoffs. I can’t! Guess why? No service!!! Have no choice, this has been going on for a month now!!! Bell fiber time! See you, bye 👋 bye 👋

D (@OllKorrect_eh) reported@RogersHelps So you guys are acknowledging that you don’t hire Canadians? When most of your branding has always been that you guys hire Canadians - you’re looking at one small portion of the problem. When companies aren’t even hiring within the country itself, it makes citizens lose faith.

the peoples champ (@uncut_jurist) reported@RogersHelps Currently without service and cellular data in Ottawa, and the telephone service number is disconnecting me due to “extreme” levels of calls. Assistance?
-
Rick's (@RixRixx) reported@RogersHelps On live TV. What you're seeing is CNBC WORLD, and not the regular CNBC closing bell. Others I know have the same issue.
-
Dman (@mcmanus17) reported@RogersHelps Yeah our house isn’t getting signal. The phone modem is down too.
