    @RogersHelps The Rogers Web site is less than helpful on showing where outages are, and for providing an ETA on service restoration. I've been a long-time Rogers customer, and as other have mentioned, with the money we pay each month am also seriously wondering if it's time for a change.

    @PeelPolice @Rogers People shouldn't be calling 911 because their service is down in the first place. While you're bitching you dont have internet, someone in a health crisis cant get through.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps This is not acceptable!!!! So many affected and yet it takes forever to resolve the issue???? How is it that you are not able to deal with outages on this scale in a timely manner ie...within minutes not hours????

    @RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ this has been going on way too long. Hours for me. Not only is having a working phone a necessity, it is also unsafe to not have a working phone. Please ensure we get a discount for this as your outage is affecting so many people right now.

    Read about the @Rogers service outage in Ont. this morning thought ugh that sucks but as #yeg resident wasn’t affected, 3 hours later have no service & need phone for work & am waiting for a call! @RogersHelps how long does it take to fix the issue??
