    @RogersHelps Got your email with all the apologies but you are only crediting for Fridays? I only got service back today. We are literally having to reset all of our connected devices so they actually work. We deserve more compensation than that. #rogersoutage

    @jeffhendrick @Rogers For sure. I call usually once a year to “cancel” my cell (3 of them) with bell. We buy our phones outright every 3 years or so right from apple. Do the same with our internet provider (we are rural).

    @stitchlady @RogersHelps Am in queue rite now, with Tech Support .. 1 1/2hr - 2 hr wait time. I'm gonna suggest we both give up, and try to enjoy the day... [It's exhausting dealing with Rogers IMO, at the best to times] #RogersPayMoreGetLess #rogersoutage #rogersoutrage

    Sooooo... I called TV Tech Support "your estimated wait time is: between 1 1/2hrs and 2hrs" EXCELLENT! Customer Service - ONCE AGAIN - demonstrated AT. IT'S. BEST! #RogersHelps > "I'll be the judge of that!" *Imma already exhausted. "Verbal abuse of the Tech Team NOT Tolerated!
