@JinqiangZhao @Rogers I’m having same issues. Have to get up frequently to unplug and replug boxes. Two technician and both said problem fixed now. Few days and it comes and goes. I’ll try one more time today and if not solved I’ll switch to BELL. Not like it’s cheap!!

@RogersHelps called week ago to setup services, I was to get a call back yet nothing. Called today, no record on file and they can’t find the Bulk Service we are trying to join. Because of the weekend there is no supervisor or manager in the office! Brutal Customer Service

@RogersHelps CTV2(channel 20 on digital adapter is also not broadcasting). No need for me to waste my time on DM. It's a Roger's problem. Cogeco is fine. Couldn't see Live from ABC while feed was to CTV. Then later saw Live on ABC when you disconnected the feed to CTV.

@RogersHelps Trying to cancel a service with rogers so I've been put on hold twice with 2 diff customer service reps in the last 40 mins Is there a record 4 the length of time & # of reps it takes to simply cancel one service? May be I should make it worthwhile & cancel more!
