    @RogersHelps Your company is the worst. You upsold me a tablet on my plan and then sent me wrong hardware. Charged me more per month and then say I can't return tablet even though you sent me the wrong one... bunch of criminals and hope to swap when term ends. More reasons everyday it seems.

    @RogersHelps Working quickly to restore services? Sounds nice but my cell services are down since this morning and it's already 4pm. No updates provided and no ETA on the resolution. Excellent service. Definitely time to switch to a different provider.

    @RogersHelps It is every single Rogers and Fido customer that does not have cell service. I have not been able to receive or call out from my cell since at least 9:00 am MT and it is now 2:00 pm MT! When is this going to be fixed as it is really inconvenient! 😡

    @680NEWS I don’t think that @Rogers should be using the word ‘quickly’ when referring to this all day outage. I feel so bad for those living all alone who might require assistance. Check on your peeps please.
