@RogersHelps that’s apprec. just curious how they would evaluate an individuals needs on a daily basis specially during this pandemic ? If I’m paying $100 a month for high end ehthernet service, it equates to $3.50 a day and unfortunately I missed 2 apts. that day by phone. 1 VIP medical !

  • TheTrueShine Ronak (@TheTrueShine) reported

@RogersHelps I'm getting 0.9 MBPS Download with a connection that is supposed to give me 150 MBPS. Well done. Customer care told me, "get a better plan". The epitome of genuine garbage service.

  • denncrocker D Crocker (@denncrocker) reported

@RogersHelps My point is through the years I wanted some new customer deals but it wasn't available to existing customers. Now, because I've been a customer for so long in order to change my plan I have to start my account from scratch so does that mean I will be considered a new customer?

  • Zakman200 Zak Kroft (@Zakman200) reported

@mattybing For people in an "extended service area", the @Rogers outage is still a thing. No Data, no 4g or LTE. "We are working with our partners", they say.
