@RogersHelps I've called 5x in the past month regarding 3-5% packet loss all day long. I can't get any support by phone, because your support staffer has no grasp of what packet loss is. Apparently speaking to anyone above her is > 30 minute wait. What's actually going on here?

@RogersHelps @JohnBon11764970 Which of your links do you think offered more in site to the issue at hand. The chat with no information or the outage page that says TBD. Keep running people in circles for the same none answers.

@RogersHelps Being surrounded by Bell customers who have full service while receiving no updates as to the extent of when services will be restored is more than frustrating. While receiving text messages through out the day asking if I would like to "upgrade" my service is infuriating. SMH

@RogersHelps So my mother, who lives in same area as me, went into Rogers store and was told Hydro cut power to Rogers tower to reroute electricity to customers who did not have so at least all have power (which I get) and could be up to 72 hours before service restored. Which story true?

@RogersHelps @Kbartlett09 Where is the problem? Glen Carnin now has power, but the modem says no RF signal over the cable. Almost all of the areas around us have power so where ever the signal comes from should have power.

@Rogers @D_Ebling Wondering how long it takes to resolve tickets from Saturday mid till now at Charleswood circle, Brampton (Fletchers Meadows). Was told after holding call for over 1 hr that tickets were closed for all zonings and for further complaints there is no ETA on service restorations!

@fizz_ca Time to switch to @Rogers where real-time support would have restored my cellphone service instantly. This is truly embarrassing and unacceptable. Do better. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years.
