Landed in #Portugal and grabbed a Vodafone SIM card with 60gb of data, unlimited calls and even some international call minutes for $25 Euros. Meanwhile plans from many of Canada’s telecom providers would be well over $75 dollars for the same service. @Rogers @Bell

@RogersHelps To be perfectly honest, I'd rather not call because I have yet to find a front line agent to whom I'd give a passing QA score. Your call centre reps are HORRIBLE in my opinion.

@itsWozzz @Rogers @Sportsnet would never show something negative going on in one of their facilities.

@RogersHelps does Rogers still have a retention department or do these Customer service reps take care of that?

  • stitchlady

@Rogers is laying off half its employees. Does that mean that we’ll be on hold for 2-3 hours to speak to customer service or technical support, since it takes over an hour now! They don’t properly service their customers now? #really

@RogersHelps I have done that twice. I have waited hours on the phone. You removed in store help. You removed Sunday calling (the biggest lol - it’s the only time people have time). There is literally no appeal of a bad “rogers helps”

@d1veNAS @Rogers Is it Rogers fiber or cable internet cause their cable internet sucks, got it once for a good deal reverted back to bell within a week

  • BillCooney

@RogersHelps Correct. And Rogers support somehow transferred me to 4 different non-business technical support staffers who were unable to help. I’m now on hold on 1-866-727-2141
