Dealing with @RogersHelps is like banging your head against a wall. 4 agents over 3 days, all with contradicting info + I'm told I STILL have to call again once my incorrect bill arrives to have it corrected. They KNOW it's wrong but won't fix it until I'm billed and call again🤯

@RogersHelps Happy to help how? There is charging a fee for data over use yes I get that. There is also price gouging and taking advantage of a client base which is exactly what you are doing by charging 50$ for less than 2g of data. Robbery 🙃

@RogersHelps I have been losing Ignite internet connection since Sep 22, 2022. I made more than a dozen of calls to tech support and they said the issue would be fixed within 2,3 hours. Today, Oct 09, 2022, I still don't have the connectivity! What should I do now?
