@RogersHelps Saying this plainly, after dozens of calls/hours/tickets w/you folks talking specifically about my account; end result = non-descriptive ‘there is an ongoing issue & we have people working on it’ & none of you are able to tell me what that issue is. Even from managers!

@Rogers STAY AWAY If you have a Bell Telus or Shaw cell phone and are offered a deal through Rogers you will forced to buy a new cell phone as Rogers is on a complete network or frequency than the carriers mentioned above. How many plans or cell phones does Rogers think we need.

Hi @Rogers @RogersHelps In Scarborough, my high speed 1GB internet has been disaster for more than 4hours. No matter how many times I call it has not been fixed! Same problem with multiple neighbours. Please fix the issue.

@RogersHelps - I’ve Spoken to a dozen tech support employees, managers and in person service techs. You’ve had constant outages in Brampton for a good 10 days. Very constant, unusable. When are you going to get your stuff straightened out? Give us a definitive timeline.
