    @RogersHelps pls help me. Your phone system has disconnected me twice. I've been w/o internet for 2 days. I do not have time to confirm my account with another 2 ppl who refuse to transfer me to the correct department unless they know all my info, only to be disconnected again.

    Day 4 of no @rogers wifi at the house. You know it's going bad when I'm using my tv to actually watch cable instead of streams.

    I rag on @RogersHelps a ton, so something positive. Thanks to Jason (the Twitter support) for helping us get reset and back online! Guess I can get back to work. Ugh.

    @RogersHelps Why does "Anna the Assistant" keep telling me there are no issues in my area? That's confusing. I know people less than a km from me that have no issues but I have confirmed with my close neighbours that their Rogers is also down. Wonder if this is even related to storm?

    @Rogers Also, lets not negate the fact the thousands of customers had rogers service until well after midnight AFTER the storm rolled through at 4pm. So it was working after the storm and then out of no where its cut for thousands. #dobetter

    @RogersHelps No service in K2S 0R3. Wireless data is spotty and won’t load most pages.
