@Rogers what is the number for customer care to actually get help? We have been passed around to every department and every person we speak to says it’s someone else’s department and to call “this” number. Total 3hrs spent... COME ON! 😤

@RogersHelps I spoke to five different agents from three departments, including the credit department. Apparently, Rogers is entirely controlled by computers and no one can connect me to the network manually. That's what I gathered from what the agent from the credit department said anyway.

@Rogers is the worst. When is this not on their recordings or website? "We are currently experiencing longer than normal wait times. Thank you for continuing to hold." Took 53 min today to reach a "specialist". Unfortunately,it's like Canadian airlines. No provider is much better

@RogersHelps we were forced to switch to IGNITE and now nothing works reliably - I work from home and my internet is turtle pace. And what does your support team say? This is the best you can get!! Great way to start the new year…. Not! Now I go to Starbucks to get work done!
