    Hi @RogersHelps Jasan in support was fantastic in helping me provide feedback on the technician I just ordered out of my home. She was able to rebook another service call and to ensure he was not assigned to it. She needs a raise!

    @RogersHelps You give the same reply to everyone. Just fix the ongoing issues. If they continue I will leave for your competition, and I suggest everyone else who is frustrated with Rogers do the same. Fix the issues though and we are all good.

    @G_Gallant @RogersHelps Yep us too. Had no issues for 6 months, but signal has been sporadic these last 2 months. They keep sending out technicians yet it doesn’t seem to improve consistently.

    @RogersHelps @jaysleafspats With the level of reported outage tonight, including my own internet coming up and down, why hasn't their been an official statement? The modem has been restarted more than once on this end, outage maps are reporting issues across Ontario. What is going on?
