My home phone is still out. Any idea when service will come back? @RogersHelps

  • OnThatMatter On That Matter (@OnThatMatter) reported

Seems to me that if you're doing core switch maintenance, correlating that to an outage should take about 60 or 90 seconds. Are all your eggs in one basket? Is there no redundancy or fault tolerance in your system? This is not the "Best" Ted wanted. @AboutRogers @Rogers

  • followTrinity Trinity Daniels (@followTrinity) reported

@CarryTelecom I've been on hold for over 12 minutes; can you get someone over to the phones... My internet is still down since the @Rogers outage.

  • DavidDe51302623 David Desjardins (@DavidDe51302623) reported

@Rogers so, if i am to understand this, Roger's will only compensate its OWN customer while flipping off the rest of us who are not with them?! Its because of there ******* mistake that the interact became unsuable for over 24 hour...

  • wapisay Jamie Spence (@wapisay) reported

@CBCOntarioToday Didn’t @Rogers phase out landlines? Their home phone telephone service goes through the internet line now.

  • Peechykn LivUrLife (@Peechykn) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers WIFI just went down about 15 minutes ago! Rogers people, is there another WIFI outage in Brampton??!

  • brukneck 🍁🍀 Brukneck aka Don 🌻 (@brukneck) reported

@DossierCom @Rogers IF this is true it displays huge caps in thier (Emergency) Change Advisory Board (E)CAB, as well as fundamental flaws in overall network design. I don't believe either.... there is way more to this.

  • turniptruck77 Chris Glavin (@turniptruck77) reported

@Kirsten_Hume @Rogers charged me roaming in the US and I didn’t even use my phone. When I asked for my money back I was laughed at!! Terrible provider

  • reallycass_ Call me Cass (@reallycass_) reported

@Rogers should be finding a way to compensate it's customers because they're services have been inconsistent. This outage was just on a larger scale. Lower your fees! Monthly internet service shouldn't cost what it does.
