Called @Rogers 4 times in the last 12 hrs. Had a tech out to “fix” the internet. The internet STILL doesn’t work (how am I supposed to do my job?!) and NOW the cable hasn’t been working since the tech was here. The best part? They won’t be here until THURSDAY 🙄 Do better @Rogers

@RhondaWarnerTM @AboutRogers @RogersHelps 2$ that’s what they think of all of us. Can’t take money away from a billion dollar company. This is how they treat us average folks who pays there bill

@AmandaRisser1 @RogersHelps Generally, missed calls do not show on the phone if it was turned off. The only way for calls to show on a phone (missed or otherwise) is if the calls actually reach the phone. If the phone is off or without service, the calls never reached the phone

LOL @Rogers credits $2.30 for "1 day's service fee" 🙄 when some people lost a whole day's work, or a day of remote learning

@AmandaRisser1 @RogersHelps However, those missed calls would still not be in your missed call log because the calls never reached the phone

@RogersHelps I understand that. I feel though that you should send an email alerting a “valued customer” that said promotion is ending rather than just a small link within the bill.
