@RogersHelps sitting here in Brampton and Canada’s Most Reliable network is anything but Reliable. The network is going up and down like a toilet seat in a truck stop! Geez!

@vote4robgill @Rogers Lessons learned. Hope for the best and plan for the worst! Always have a plan B. Keep cash on hand and think about having an old style land line. If your a business, keep a manual credit card machine on site. Technology can fail, being prepared can minimize the the problems.

1 day credit won't work this time, 2 major outages in 15 months...time for everyone to split services...bundling causes chaos @RogersMediaPR @RogersBiz @RogersHelps going on line to for help is useless...oh and I did the first thing...unplugged modem for 5 minutes...
