@Rogers your service is pathetic! Our entire street has been having issues with their internet since Friday. We have opened several tickets to have the issue resolved, you have done nothing to fix this. When will this get resolved??

@RogersHelps You don't require customer-level account info to do this. You can totally see the status of node connectivity in a given area just by looking at the postal code prefix (M5V). I've gone through this with techs before. There's probably just noise on the line or something.
