Imagine you put your trust in a technology company to partner with your business. Then imagine they fail so completely that your phone lines are down for almost 12 hours now. Never mind that you have deadlines to meet in a time sensitive business. That’s @Rogers for you.

I pay @Rogers $120+/month. In my particular teaching role, I need access to phone calls, text & data to communicate with my students & their families when WiFi is not available. I am beyond frustrated with their service. The nationwide outage is the icing on the cake.
