ziya yildirim (@ziya_yildirim) reported@RogersHelps I have already spent months trying to resolve this via phone. The account is sent to collections despite a formal CCTS resolution (#COMP-01368301) and equipment return. I will not spend more time on hold. I expect @Rogers to fix their internal error and withdraw the account from collections IMMEDIATELY. My next update will be to @CCTS_CPRST that Rogers is failing to follow the process.

Joan Lucy Picard (@PicardLucy) reportedWaited 7 minutes for my @Rogers to come back. Saw about 30 seconds of the American national Anthem & it went out again. Didn't even get to see the Canadian national anthem. Stupid Rogers connection.
