Almost six years as a @Rogers customer. I've never had a single positive interaction. Different prices and offers in different channels, billing issues, no transparency. Folks, if you need an internet provider, avoid Rogers. Any suggestions to which provider I should switch to?

Anyone thinking of getting a cellphone or anything with @Rogers, DON'T. Fraud will be committed on your account and you will be punished for it by having your service cutoff, even though you continue to pay for your service. This is what has happened to my bf.

@Rogers I just want the service i had booked? Why is this so hard? One would think you have no idea what you’re doing. BTW Anna sucks. Stop with automated garbage and hire people. Hire lots of people, cause if this hold is indicative your customer service is lacking.
