@RogersHelps and phoned died and call never went through .. tomorrow I will be looking into transferring my number to another carrier .. before your offer I did not even consider the thought.. after tonight I now will move it all to another vendor.. 3+ hours is not acceptable

@RogersHelps I’m in Toronto midtown and they said it’s a big outage, I am really done with this terrible service. At first they said you need to upgrade to ignite and everything will be great, I did ..and guess what? nothing changed! I am changing my service provider!

@RogersHelps Every time we log in it wants us to enable it. When I disable it after logging back in wants to re enable it. Email address incorrect won’t allow me to change it. Ready to cancel useless for our family if we get locked out
