@RogersHelps I have been facings lots of issues with the Rogers. I have just activated one number in July to postpaid. When I change it was not mentioned I have to pay for the service fees but in this month they have charged 24cad for this. Please help

Every weekend my Ignite services are not working. WIFI signal doesn't even exist. I am right next wireless modem. @Rogers likes to take your money but there outdated technology is going to be the death of them. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Yet again @Rogers has managed to anger and disappoint me. Waited for a technician who didn’t bother to show up. Rogers say they have no way of contacting the technician. What?? If you’re going to hire a third party, at least have some accountability for them. Horrible service

@ed_maste @Rogers I have IPv6 using Deutsche Telekom here in Germany. It is very stable but still based on DSL not Fibre. FTTH is still not available where I live at them moment, even this is a City. OPNsense and IPv6 works good for me. Full dual stack but no fix IPs or Prefixes, yet.

@RogersHelps Why would your company publicly announce that all customers would receive a bill credit for 5 days of service as a result of your outage when that was obviously a lie? Just got my bill and it's way less than 5 days. My services at the time were $356.77.
