    @RogersHelps Yes, I have to reboot the modem at least once a day to resolve the cable box issue. Everything else on Wifi in the house works except the Roger’s TV issues.

    Shaw by @RogersHelps have by far the worst most unreliable apps on the planet Got a $500 bill because they sent me a new router and I can’t return the old one because the app is ALWAYS DOWN so I can’t install the new one. Absolute crooks. The old Shaw was WAY better

    @RogersHelps But it's not a new service and it literally says I can get it via live chat at the link I shared. I'm keeping the same sim card and putting it into a new device and changing my plan, much like if I bought a new phone and wanted a new plan. This is so frustrating.
