Despite the @Rogers outages yesterday, @PCFinancial still holds the record for worst customer service for me.... once again on hold for nearly an hour (like literally every other call I have ever had with them). It is almost impressive

@RogersHelps Anymore recent updates? Minimal service restored here in east GTA. Shoddy TV service, no Netflix, Disney + or Prime. Still no home phone. This is seriously over the top and unacceptable, Rogers.

@carollou72 @RogersHelps @Rogers I also find the lack of response news service gave on this or the govt, they almost downplayed how many people had reported outage as some people but reality was most of us had any service to report it down.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Your service is a joke. I am tired of $500 monthly bill for spotty service and a yearly service crash. You continue to **** Canadians because of the few options we have. I’m done with you. I’ll be canceling my account as soon as my services start working.
