@stephwilliamz @Rogers I switched over to Bell. Call them and tell them that you are fed up with Rogers and they will give a great deal. They will handle the migration completely and cancel with Rogers as well

@RogersHelps UPDATE: no one ever called me back.. seems like Roger's only takes you seriously if you tell them you're going to submit a CRTC complaint. So if you are struggling to get support...say the magic words: CRTC

@RogersHelps I use a third party for internet. Why in God's name am I required to have a stupid MyRogers account just to check if the service is out? Goddamn hopefully with multiple companies offering FO you are forced to start making sense
