@RogersHelps asap is not good enough for the amount Canadians pay telecoms. We need a solid ETA and reason such a massive outage happened. The link which is supposed to give continued updates has no actual updates or information and this has been ongoing since 1 am last night...

@kabalguy @DustinMorris13 @RogersHelps When I have traveled thru the States, including 7 weeks one year and 8 weeks another summer and up till covid at least 1 week for the past 7 yrs, their service is much better than ours!

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I heard that is effecting the LIFELINE SERVICES to people who require emergency assistance, I can't imagine what @phillipslifeline is dealing with, what was the "ROOT CAUSE" of the outage??
