    @RogersHelps @Rogers please put out a notice to customer when you go down, and please your customers know an ETA. Everyone relies heavily on your service, and pays top dollar for reliability. We can do better. Customer service matters.

    Wonder wat compensation @Rogers wil do 4 us now.Last wk. I had 2 fight just 2 reverse a 1 day late charge worth $2. Paid it on time but it was processed a day late. They wer willing to lose a customer paying monthly over $2. Only until I went on Twitter that they reversed it 🤦🏻

    @RogersHelps @phil_jacobson Hi I called 3 hours ago and was told service would be restored in 10 to 15 minutes, why give a timeline when you have zero clue?

    @RogersHelps soo it takes almost 11 hours to fix? At this point if it takes over 24 hours ill be switching my plan over to Bell cause i always seem to have issues with yall. I call bullshit on trying to have your systems asap lime 10+ hours fr!?
