@HomieYak @RogersHelps @Rogers Waited over 1 hr - Ended up using chat support- which was equally as frustrating- Rogers loved collecting our money and working as little as possible for it

@LeafsandJays97 @MapleLeafs @Rogers Is your last name “Rogers”? How the hell are you defending owners who don’t give a **** about being the laughing stock of the league?

@RogersHelps Rogers may want to reevaluate how those cases are being handled. Maybe reconsider treating that department as the final escalation point, because from a customer perspective the process was very disappointing.

@RogersHelps Calling again. I did end my account with Roger's last August... an account I had since 1987 when I got my first mobile phone. After 38 years of being a loyal Roger's customer I finally had enough and have transferred my number to a new service provider.

@RogersHelps I have, on a iPhone 15 it works fine, on a windows computer its fine so it appears to be a compatibility issue between the app and TCL

@Garnet_2203 @Rogers What's your point here. They were full time jobs yo dumb ***. Whereas the US gained 115K. Keep those elbows up you idiot.

@Rogers hey **** tards, where’s the Colts game? How do you **** this up when there’s nothing else to watch on your garbage channels.

@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years and just got charged $745.80 to cancel. That’s far above industry norms. Looking for a fair resolution here—can someone from your team reach out?

@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.
