    @CarryTelecom seems you have an outage in the #GTA and based on the @RogersHelps Twitter feed it is yet again another Rogers issue, ETA for issue to be resolved would be nice.

    @RogersHelps It is an account setting issue. I need to split my account from my father's account. Apparently that is an impossible task.

    So @Rogers shows up Tuesday to replace and bury their cable. Then afterward their whole system craps out for my house-internet/wifi, tv, phone, 911, alarm. Best they can do is come back on Sunday. Great customer service. So glad I switched over.
