    @Rogers @RogersHelps Would someone like to give the public - and their paying clients - an update as to what exactly the issue is? It would also help if you gave a time line for repair, or atleast say, 'we have no idea'. Giving us some information on whats going on would help.

    @gardenbabyIon @harv8704 @RogersHelps I recevied my rogers bill and noticed a chared for a service I dont even have in house. I was told by the reps it is my fault and there service and accounts are safe *eye roll*

    @RogersHelps my employer has tried contacting me on multiple occasions to get into work on an urgent basis. My service has been out for 12 hours, what is the ETA? This is getting to be quite ridiculous for the amount I pay monthly.
