Adding a single line in their zone files would cost them millions I was told. yep. telecom firm doesn’t know about DNS

@Rogers nice time to rebuild the internet in my area. I only watch TV during the Olympics. No notice. Took 40 minutes with your help for them to figure it out. Really shoddy.

@RogersHelps why is the internet in my area CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY disconnecting? How many more times are you going to say “someone is in your area working on it”? Like seriously…I am about ready to switch to providers as your internet service has been nothing but issues
