    @RogersHelps the “Broadcast News” channel here in St. John’s currently has no audio. All other channels are working fine. This channel usually has audio from Stingray Hot Country (ignite ch. 401) which is working on my end. Appears to be a Rogers issue. Began last night.

    Like I know it’s difficult for @rogers to understand that other people have genuine things to do, as I imagine in their offices they all just smash their heads into their desks like the soulless, mindless ******** they are, but other people actually need to get **** done

    @RogersHelps It was a wide spread outage again in our area. There is no reliability with rogers and everytime i call you refund money but the service is still not what we need. No point in calling to discuss. You know there was an outage. Do somrthing proactive for your customers

    Reaching out to @Rogers w/today's @Bell_Support outage for a backup line… their business service only has 15up for 75down? When pressed, it's “because of copper lines…” yet they have gigabit down with 50up... why can't I order 75/50 or even 25/25? It's a redundancy for Bell...

    We just switched from @rogers, it’s 2022 your internet services are ******* pathetic. Legitimately pathetic. You cant just have your services stop working in its entirety and then say oh sorry we can’t help for over a week when people have **** to do
