@thejaytc @RogersHelps I am not with Rogers, we booted them a while ago for crappy service and shady technicians, but I was still impacted by the outage. I was unable to work yesterday.

@Rogers Your outage has cost and continues to cost people much needed income as they were unable to work. A lot of people are paycheck to paycheck and needed to work yesterday and today, but yeah, a little credit on their next bill is going to help them pay their rent, food etc

@mh1982_1982 @andreamcrae @Rogers Yet you are the one calling me names. Have you ever heard of a suggestion? You should look up its definition. Yikes. Not even 24 hours without a service and you behave like someone stabbed your cat.

@rogers is a tech company whose marketshare & lack of competition make it a utility. Why couldn’t you failover to a backup facility & instead remained down for 12+ hrs? Details need to be made public so we can hold them accountable. A 1 day credit to customers won’t cut it

I am over in the UK right now and pretty much everyone I have spoken to today has mentioned the @Rogers outage. I answer that I know because my Cell Phone was now just an expensive camera with solitaire on it. We made the world news, and not in a good way. (and for good reason)

@RogersHelps I had an interview scheduled yesterday but I never attended because the service I paid for didn’t give me service. It was a competitive electron apprenticeship and I have lost it due to my absence caused by my faulty data and wifi. Lost out on the start of my career. Thanks roger

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers That's right. the thing here is that we are paying for that day without service and I don't remember Rogers giving me 1 day of free service. They have to pay for the mistake.
