Getting an error XRE03090 I was on hold for over 2hrs only to find out I was transferred to the wrong dept! I have turned on/off my equipment twice and still have a black screen and the same error. Help!

Since I have my home & cell phones with you, why wouldn’t the rep call me back rather than me having to start over? That would be true service.
