@JustMeJamie64 @CognizantBeing @Rogers I have Starlink for more than 3 years now. No idea how their customer service is because I never had to call them.

@Rogers I have never dealt with such horrible customer support. I have been trying to move my son's internet services from for the past two weeks and have been unable to get through at all times and through all of your channels. Even went to your store. This is ridiculous!!

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers outsources their help desk to someone else. It is not a Rogers employee you are talking to, but a call centre.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Totally agree with you! And unfortunately we can’t do much about. Big companies care about big profits, particularly these days! I’ve moved to small companies in telecom, internet, etc. as they provide more affordable services and better customer service.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Due to the poor performance of Canada it's very difficult to be 100% Canadian and be competitive. The over regulation and Government tax system the only way to survive never mind being profitable you need outside help. Our own PM doesn't invest in Canada. How can any one else?

@Rogers has been messing me around for a month. Hours on hold only to have them drop the calls. Payment arrangement made only for them to disregard it. How can I rectify these issues if I can't get through?!

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers The problem is not only the lengthy 90 minute “support” calls - but that your issue will not be properly resolved and you will need to repeat the process three or four times. You are lucky that you got an ‘agent’ that could speak english - I got one that could not spell.

We all feel her pain! @Rogers never takes ownership for their poor service. We have had nothing but problems on our street. There were 3 repair technicians on our street today. Still issues!!

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Interesting since @Rogers says none of its call centres are outside of Canada - Rogers Communications states that its customer service call centres are 100% based in Canada.
