    @RogersHelps This outage isn’t “intermittent”, and by the comments it may not even be “some” customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE 101: * Don’t lie to the people paying you. * Give paying customers useful info re: a problem & how you’re fixing it. * Prove that you value & appreciate your customers.

    @RogersHelps I need to know when this outage is going to be dealt with, I am a disabled person who relies on communication to keep me cared for and safe. I don’t think Rogers is going to want the bad publicity due to harm coming to people because of your shortfalls.

    so @QuickBooksCA , when @Rogers goes down, so does my 2 factor auth. so, the internet and my cel provider conspire to bring down my business until its all fixed. hmm.....
