    @alancross @Rogers That’s what’s happens when you lay off your staff and hire 3rd world countries to run your customer service. After 45 years as a customer I cancelled all my services with Roger’s over their “new” customer service

    @RogersHelps you never have any live agents available calling. You’ve raised my bill twice in the past year while providing horrible customer support and calls not getting through constantly.

    @rogershelps @rogers you guys have actually broken me. After being on hold for hours, speaking to 5 different customer agents & 2 managers I’m no closer to resolving my issue than I was when I started. Every call was a start from scratch. I have no more strength for you.

    @RogersHelps If you can definitively state it is or isn't a scam, that is the problem.. your processes should give clients a clear way of determimimg why @Rogers is calling. Or a log on our online account that shows When, How, and Why a rep tried to contact the customer.
