@RogersHelps is probably the absolute WORST website to ever have to deal with for customer support since “Anna” is their live agent and don’t bother calling it takes well over 30 minutes on hold. **** you #rogers can’t ask customers to contact you and then have no contact info!

@kabalguy @RogersHelps My iPhone and iPad both have issues. When I log in from an android device it’s sticky. Assuming it’s a bug in the iOS build that not letting the cookie be sticky. An update will likely fix it.

@shburchill @Rogers From LTE+ OR LTE. We have the same phone, and when it drops to 4G it runs slow. If it drops to 3G or 2G, it'll be useless. This way they'll want everyone to buy the added GB at full strength.

@legalsolutions @Rogers @cityofcalgary 4036182655 4034304665 911 emergency call did not Roger's network my 911 call did not work. I have only had 2 pieces of bread with peanut butter, I thought there were nut allergies in Hospitals so not sure why I had peanut butter in the ED.

Worse customer experience ever in any capacity after being at @Rogers , I'm still in shock we were treating with absolutely no sense of customer service. And when confronted about it, there was no desire on their end to rectify it.

@Rogers Needed new phones so tested Rogers customer service after leaving internet service when we had 5day outage with no explanation in May. Have fun with your used dusty equipment. Never use Rogers. Rogers is the most awful company with the worst customer service.

@marmalade @Rogers Yup. I had canceled my Ignite service as soon as I could. Had them for both cell and internet. Nice bundle, right? A bundled failure. Meanwhile, their analogue, old school tech, worked fine. Dad’s TV was fine. I was in the dark ages
