    So, @rogershelps told me to go to the shop in Deerfoot Centre to be able to activate my Apple Watch and when I got here, they refused to help me and told me to phone tech support. I’m angry they had me go out for nothing. Y’all need to be on the same page, Rogers.

    So Canadians have some of the most expensive phone plans in the world yet @RogersHelps can't maintain service... American plans range around 25 bucks a month for true unlimited data etc.

    @RogersHelps It was happening in phone + iPad. It’s not a device issue. 10 minutes south and everything is gravy. You’ve got equipment acting up is my suspicion.

    @RogersHelps I'm in Calgary and unable to make any phonecalls all day. Getting nothing but vague info about a possible outage. Need my phone for work. This lack of communication is unacceptable.

    @steffanwatkins @Rogers @hydroottawa Shaw aren't cheap out here in the west, but at least their service is good and they're decent to deal with when there's a problem. I am not looking forward to Rogers taking them over if it's allowed to go ahead.

    @Rogers At what cost? Rogers once told me that I was being charged extra bc NWT being part of Canada was a “grey area”. Will you simply geographically excise these groups needing service, or charge so much that it’s not practical? We need competition, NOT more Rogers.😐

    Best part of my day? Eight calls to @TELUSsupport because my Telus tech showed up this morning to do an install and left without getting in the building. Apparently, he’s the only person in the world unaware that the @rogers network is down and you can’t reach people by phone.

    @RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ No cell service in Calgary Alberta for me now. Can't make any calls. Hope you compensate people for the service interruptions that have a big impact on personal and business interactions. We are paying plenty for the monopoly on cell services already

    @Rogers two hours of waiting for online support. When I got to front of line, the chat was abruptly ended. Customer since 2000 and fed up. Last call I waited 2.5 hours on hold for an agent and he didn’t resolve problem even though he said he did. Please help or I’m done!

    Had to stop watching #Bluejays50 pregame when they discuss who goes down when Barger is activated and the @Rogers employees, @sportsnet planting the seed, giving silly reasons to demote the kid batting .400 over the guy batting .130. Ridiculous
