    @Rogers At what cost? Rogers once told me that I was being charged extra bc NWT being part of Canada was a โ€œgrey areaโ€. Will you simply geographically excise these groups needing service, or charge so much that itโ€™s not practical? We need competition, NOT more Rogers.๐Ÿ˜

    @RogersHelps It was happening in phone + iPad. Itโ€™s not a device issue. 10 minutes south and everything is gravy. Youโ€™ve got equipment acting up is my suspicion.

    @jeterfan28 @RogersHelps That's awful!!! Yeah I'm finding they do less and less to try and keep their current customers. Plus we pay the most expensive plans in the world in Canada.

    @RogersHelps Problem went away after I went into airplane mode and came back. I know what EXT is about, have just never seen it in a central area, only rural.

    So, @rogershelps told me to go to the shop in Deerfoot Centre to be able to activate my Apple Watch and when I got here, they refused to help me and told me to phone tech support. Iโ€™m angry they had me go out for nothing. Yโ€™all need to be on the same page, Rogers.

    So Canadians have some of the most expensive phone plans in the world yet @RogersHelps can't maintain service... American plans range around 25 bucks a month for true unlimited data etc.

    @legalsolutions @Rogers @cityofcalgary 4036182655 4034304665 911 emergency call did not Roger's network my 911 call did not work. I have only had 2 pieces of bread with peanut butter, I thought there were nut allergies in Hospitals so not sure why I had peanut butter in the ED.

    @ryangerritsen I am dealing with that right now. I just spoke with @Rogers an hour ago. They put my sonโ€˜s leased phone on my account instead of his. Now I cannot leave and cancel my plan even though i own my phone! I bought it from Apple! Plus they added another year on his plan!!!! Fraud!!!

    @brar_drs @MelissaLMRogers @Rogers Rogers has gone down the toiletโ€ฆ Whoever is in charge now should be fired immediately and whoever is in charge of Canadaโ€™s version of securities and exchange commission should be looking at press charges against the current management regime! They have lost me as a customer, when they used to be the best example of a good telecom company that put customers first! Now they are just as bad as Bell
