    @Rogers At what cost? Rogers once told me that I was being charged extra bc NWT being part of Canada was a “grey area”. Will you simply geographically excise these groups needing service, or charge so much that it’s not practical? We need competition, NOT more Rogers.😐

    So, @rogershelps told me to go to the shop in Deerfoot Centre to be able to activate my Apple Watch and when I got here, they refused to help me and told me to phone tech support. I’m angry they had me go out for nothing. Y’all need to be on the same page, Rogers.

    @RogersHelps is probably the absolute WORST website to ever have to deal with for customer support since “Anna” is their live agent and don’t bother calling it takes well over 30 minutes on hold. **** you #rogers can’t ask customers to contact you and then have no contact info!

    @cityofcalgary need footage of ctrain video, walked from CHINA town to bridgeland, no shoes on C train to plc. I called 911 twice from both phones and could not get help, decided to limp without shoes because of pain, that's Your Alberta Health. @YourAlberta @Rogers Friday 12:30

    @Rogers absolutely horrendous customer service. On the phone with a loyalty dept rep and waiting to be connected to a manager for the past 15 mins. Every year Rogers increase the price for the services for no reason. Unethical business practice
