Apparently, he’s the only person in the world unaware that the @rogers network is down and you can’t reach people by phone.

Although I couldn’t even get coverage in Regina so I’m wondering if my phone was having a hard time connecting to the network for some reason.

Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
