@kusanjosh @RogersHelps @Rogers They promised me a credit for 2 weeks without tv because of an equipment issue. That was Nov 27 and there’s been no credit and I have been unable to get in touch with anyone. It’s so frustrating

@RogersBiz how do we get in touch with someone competent enough to handle customer billing for my very old mother in law? Hours and hours on hold followed by “we’ve fixed your problem” but they haven’t just isn’t the customer experience we expect.

@REWoman @blindpig1966 @Rogers Just change. It's easier than arguing the incentives and offers are usually better at least initially. Cell service is becoming a game like regular job type employment. In order to maximize your gains you need to at least investigate other options and move when they're better.
