    @Rogers @RogersHelps has the worst customer service of all time. Imagine not caring to restore internet service during a lockdown for over a week and having 5 hour wait times on the phone. Time to cancel my account.

    I spoke with a rep from @Rogers Customer **Retention** Services today who was rude, laughed & treated me like I was dumb, & at one point said, “I let you talk, now it’s your turn to let me talk.” I’ve been with Rogers for 13 yrs with MANY issues. Switching to @TELUS this week 👋

    @RogersHelps the fact that people work/study from home & Rogers can get away with bad service is unacceptable I was not able to access Wi-Fi all day! I called customer support they said someone won’t come until TUESDAY to “try” to fix the issue. I WORK FROM HOME THIS ISN’T RIGHT

    @RogersHelps Worst provider. I have an issue for a month and all I got promises. I’ve been following with them for almost 10 days on daily basis. Although, they confirmed that 4 accounts in the building having the same, no maintenance crew has deployed at the location to resolve the issue.

    Dear @rogers, can you explain why I can’t reach ANYONE from your customer service to make changes to my account and your terrible web platform will not let me make the changes myself? Called 3 times and had my call either dropped or transferred to closed dept. Terrible!!!
