@Rogers Horrible plot, too much of a comic book movie, waste of 2.5 hours, glad I didn’t pay a penny for it.

@RogersHelps From experience, I always know that it's easier to ask to community for answers then it is to ask the company, so I ask you, has anyone been having a connected internet but it occasionally drops saying "connected, no internet available"? It goes down for hours and then comes back

  • sarahrouleau Sarah Rouleau (@sarahrouleau) reported

@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 20 years & I pay $450/mth & yet I’m not able to get a new phone for my son w/o my bill going up $30+ a month? And then to be told that there was a promotion but it expired last week? Is this how you treat loyal, paying customers?

  • ChrisLoganHomes Chris Logan (@ChrisLoganHomes) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps with so many low income people out of work why don’t you add as live agents so those with issues don’t have to wait nearly an hour to talk with someone. Or modernize and call us back when an agent is available? @RogersNoHelp
