@AboutRogers @Rogers I feel bad for the mobile drivers, Uber, couriers, etc. who lost a full day of wages because of this, not to mention the businesses that rely on them. I'm not sure if refunding them a full month goes far enough to make it up to them but it would be a good start

@maej43 @RogersHelps @Rogers Was in physio today and one of the patients said he couldn't process any deliveries today because he couldn't take calls/texts on his mobile device because of this outage. If this was caused by a bad network change, more testing should've been done before going to production.

@RogersHelps @WhydoesOwenLift 1/ So let’s get this straight. Due to problems at Rogers and through no fault of your paying customers, said customers were nonetheless deprived for an ENTIRE DAY of services they‘ve already paid for. For some, that means a full working day of income lost, at the least ...

People say Canadian cellular is stagnant, have you seen?! @Rogers just launched “Cloud Based Airplane Mode as a Service!”

  • AlejandroHorton Alejandro Horton (@AlejandroHorton) reported

Dear @Rogers, I hope that some compensation is in place after a whole day of no wireless service. When charging some of the most expensive fees in the world, customers do not accept any room for errors like this

  • Pine_Martin Marty Pinnes (@Pine_Martin) reported

@RogersHelps If we were down to two networks and one failed, we'd still be fine am I right @CompBureau ? The cutthroat competition in our market has left these guys with no profits to put into their networks - @FreedomMobile must go.

  • LustarTV wannabe cute kid (@LustarTV) reported

Was Stranded on the side of the road for 5 hours because @Rogers is down so I couldn’t call a tow truck, would still be stranded if it wasn’t for sheer luck of a friend driving down the same stretch of road. Thanks a lot @RogersHelps

@AboutRogers @Rogers Nah **** all that we need a month free ,y’all couldn’t even send out like an email or broadcast to your users ,that’s messed up .

  • roli0011 Roland Tobiasz (@roli0011) reported

@RogersHelps FYI to all: If you are at home or in the office and have wifi, then turn on wifi calling on your phone, and you can make and receive calls and txt messages. It's not a solution, but at least it will mitigate some of the headaches while Rogers fixes this mess.
