    @Firthguy @RogersHelps 3 of 4 ignite boxes were down. The one in my room (and internet) were fine. I rebooted the 3 ignite boxes to no avail. Rebooted modem and now nothing works.

    @rogers. #rogersoutage. Tv finally came back on but switching channels takes forever. What’s the problem. Don’t want to change channels because I keep getting the “channel is temporarily unavailable” message.

    @lawsylvie @christinamakar @Rogers I had same issue,went to Rogers app into my account-in tv section there is -refresh your ignite box. Clicked it -after few minutes cable is working!

    @RogersHelps Oh ya I’m back online. Only after a half hour of waiting for NOONE to respond in the chat after being “transferred”. So happy my $200 monthly bill gets me support. You want to help? Reimburse my bill for the support portion I’m supposed to get
