    @RogersHelps I have two Fire sticks with the same problem. I have two TV boxes that are fine. All other apps on the fire sticks are ok.

    @RogersHelps No - despite talking to IT four times. Also, I have been told I must return old equipment and would be sent a return label 3 times but never received the return label despite having the correct email address - and yes, I have checked spam and junk

    Between @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.
