Remember when you used to be able to negotiate with @Rogers and call retentions and get them to give you a phone for free, or get a super reduced price for being a customer for 15+ years. Now.. they don't seem to give a ****.

@jen_beleafer @RogersHelps Our household is having issues with Rogers tv and internet on a daily basis which is just ridiculous for what you pay for. Definitely looking into switching to Bell. Rogers had more than enough time to make things right for our family. Feeling disgusted.

@Rogers Spam Call Detect is a total failure. Overriding my contacts, mislabeling regular callers & missing actual spam calls.🤦I'm running a business & can't have incoming calls this affected. Cus Service says its network wide & can't be turned off. Time to find a new provider🫤

@RogersHelps 2 hours and 4 minutes on hold for customer service. Add this to the 3 odd hours inspect on hold over the course of the last 3 days. How can you even claim to have customer service with wait times like this?

I asked Kevin at @RogersHelps three times about the phone plan that was available for the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and I never got an answer. I'd avoid signing up for @Rogers if you don't have to.

  • LinaMtlsw Lina (@LinaMtlsw) reported

@RogersHelps mobile internet down in Montreal

  • MichelleFaz1 MichelleFaz (@MichelleFaz1) reported

@Rogers Mr. Staffieri - corporate tax laws are less complicated than navigating what it takes to fix a broken phone screen, even though I've been paying insurance on that phone for years. Help.

@lookdumbass @RogersHelps My guess is because it’s a new system. Errors can happen right now and it’ll likely flag calls that aren’t actually spam sometimes. I’m hoping the system doesn’t mistaken No Caller ID as spam as a lot of hospitals use no caller ID!
