@Rogers We have been without internet at home for over 2 days now (the only ones in the whole neighborhood) and we still have to wait 2 more days until a technician would be free to grace us with his presence to attempt to resolve the issue (no guarantee there).

@RogersHelps The bottom of the issue is that the entire service went down, again. Just do a search for “sportsnet now” on here and you’ll notice it was a nationwide event, not specific to me.

@RogersHelps No I am sick and tired of sending DMs about the crap service from #SportsnetNow on @Sportsnet It never changes anything. You charge way to much and include commercials and put out a terrible service.

@RogersHelps @LongLeaps The service was down across Canada. You don’t need our help to troubleshoot a mass outage. Take accountability already.

@Sportsnet hands down you are the worst sports provider in North America, constant crashing of streaming services. You would thing a multi billion dollar company like @Rogers could figure out a simple IT problem. You owe thousands of Canadians money, absolute embarrassment

@Rogers It’s not about how unpleasant it is, it’s about how much we pay to have a service that doesn’t work

@RogersHelps It cancel the recording on its own a lot of hours before it start recording, and it does not affect all recording, because today the morning one where still recording.

@RogersHelps Are you for real? A stock response to complaint doesn’t help anything. Your sub company @sportsnet doesn’t know how to run a simple sports streaming app. The issue is it’s not working, it’s that simple, fix it

I cannot call @Rogers again this week. Please just fix SportsnetNow.
