@vote4robgill @Rogers That's what they said last time, but my account was never credited a month later. I tried calling but got agents who pretend to know nothing about the service outage credit promised. I gave up trying after 2 to 3 transfer to a different department and having to repeat myself.

@Rogers next time don't send your beautiful adds in my mobile as you are not capable of fixing issue..As a telecom company it's more important to have a good service line than sophisticated buildings. Nonsense..

@RogersHelps So I finally have internet (almost cried when it came back on), and my phone is now working as well. Now, what's wrong with IgniteTV? Broken signal freezes every 10 seconds, no access to recorded programs. Do I need to go back to cable?

People are wondering what happened with Canadian telecom operator @Rogers that remained down for 2 days affecting 12 million Canadians (myself included). My guess is they put something in **** on Friday. A typical mistake.

@RogersHelps Still no internet service in Stouffville. Yalls need an outage map to increase transparency because this “vast majority of customers” business is a straight up lie. DO BETTER.
