@RogersHelps fix the issues please. Why does it say I have no linked accounts, and it’s signed me out of facial recognition? Not annoying at all

  • MacRedacted MachRedacted, a small, fringe minority (@MacRedacted) reported

@RogersHelps Rogers has by far the most useless, incompetent technical support I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Six hours on the phone dealing with them last week. Now we're into hour two of the exact same issue this morning. It's literally about an email account

  • qwaller4 Quinn Waller (@qwaller4) reported

Worst customer experience with @TELUS @TELUSsupport . They don’t tell you about roaming charges until you are already roaming, whereas their biggest competitor @Rogers offers a flat rate roaming option automatically. Now they say they won’t help but appreciate my business?!?

  • BibbsTheGuy Minority (@BibbsTheGuy) reported

@Rogers This company is disgustingly offering $5 as compensation for service distruption when working from home you loose $255/- as your company says to take the day off without pay. Time to set social media alight globallt with their compensation amount of ca$5

@CorpusLandon @RogersBiz I’m so sorry. I hate that companies can basically legally scam and steal from their customers with no consequences. What a ****** business. If they need money so bad that they will steal hundreds from their customer, then they should just shut down.
