@RogersHelps I have yet to hear back from you after providing proof (images). Also, rogers is no longer taking calls due to call volume. Please don't tell me this is a localized problem when it isn't. I also want my lost productivity time compensated

@Rogers customer service is the worst. Even worse than Telus and that’s saying a lot. Time to switch services.

@RogersHelps Not surprisingly, #Rogers has screwed up my Internet account with incompetent staff who could not do their jobs, are rude and would not let me speak with a supervisor. How can I find someone who has the know how to fix the billing? #Toronto Call #BBB?

@RogersHelps Hi, the picture was going the same as Todd's screenshot was as I was watching the Montreal game last night, hopefully it will be resolved by the Saturday night hockey game. I went on X to see if anyone else was having the same issues.

Why is @Rogers home internet service so horrible. Might have to switch back to @Bell. Internet service drops out every few hours. What am I paying you guys for? Hours on hold on the phone for zero help. #dobetter

@tobi @Rogers Had home internet issue yesterday, went to tether on AT&T on iOS 26.5 and it was stuck at 128kbps. AT&T customer service couldn't figure out reason why.
