    @Rogers Just shy of one year later & I still haven't gotten my SIM card from you. "Oh, it's on backorder; it'll be here within a month," is getting really old to hear. Now your support staff says that there's no record at all?? 1st no working internet for 10 months, now this.

    @RogersHelps so according to the 12th technician my outage is do to maintenance on damaged and old cables to the building. Why is this the first time I'm hearing about this after 3 days and 11 other agents? Why was I not notified of building maintainance?

    @Rogers I feel this way because the now 50+ collective hours on live chat from your website and conversations with calling your support has done nothing, but tweeting at you resolved our ten-month-long internet issues within a day.

    @RogersHelps 11 quants one of whom disconnected, one transfer to a closed department who got pissy with me and down during work hours. 3 days with down internet, why is it I'm paying full rate for this service? How can you not be able to send techs during building wide outage?

    @Rogers Our entire area has had a Rogers outage for almost 4 days now. Not acceptable, especially during covid times where working at home is required and public places are closed. I get that outages happen but what is going on and why can’t you fix it!?

    @RogersHelps Well our internet is down again after coming up four hours ago. Is it going to be stable tomorrow? My guess is not. Will Rogers be contacting my employers to explain why I can't do my job?
