I have waited patiently! Still, my @Rogers Ignite TV is not working properly. Agents first said,we are unsure of what's going on, then it's fix but it will take 24 hours to resolve! It's been more than 24 and still nothing! Unacceptable!

Hi @RogersHelps what’s the best way to follow up on a service call form Mom. I sent a chat message. No reply. No cable or phone service for customer, 84 years of age, since Wednesday at noon, now Friday at 6pm. Please advise best communication path to get status?
