@RogersHelps Yes. It has been sporadic. It could be that four of us are on all at the same time - 2 work from home and two high school in two different boards. It is just because it has been happening all week just all of a sudden at, let's say, 2 pm. Today has been especially bad

@RogersHelps Already tried. Also called in. Supposed to monitor my signals for 5 days, but a couple hours later got an email that the problem was fixed, so nothings been done! The community forum posts show the *massive* problems. Experts suggest solutions. But Rogers ignores.

@RogersHelps is the issue with the pods also the same issue with not being able to log into the Ignite app on my phone?

@RogersHelps @Rogers my @rogers #Ignite remote stopped working. Brand new batteries and still broken. It's been less than 2 years. With the amount you charge, can't we get remotes that last? How do I get it replaced? Can you send me a new one? Or is that another arm and leg price

@RogersHelps Hi. Noticed some increases in my bill lately. Looks like the deals I had in place have expired. Wondering if you can help me find ways to decrease it again.

@RogersHelps Twitter agents found nothing. The phone tech not doing what she said she would do is infuriating. My problems are the same as described in the multiple forum posts & on Twitter. It’s a hardware issue that Rogers needs to fix as all the other “solutions” don’t work.
