    @RogersHelps Customer service is abyssimal non existence, I went to the Rogers store to get the answer the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They refused to let the customers in the store. You need to train your staff

    @sugg_liz @CheriDiNovo @Rogers That’s terrible. I’m still not sure what the solution is (all telecom companies are susceptible to unplanned outages). Do you have any suggestions? The only one I have is have a basic pay as you go cell from another company for emergency purposes.

    @Rogers what would I have done if this happened and my hubby had his HA and I could not call for help he would have died and I would be suing you so your going to credit my account very nicely after 30 years with u I should not need to call fix this NOW

    @Maple_Leaf_Fan @CP24 @Rogers Settle down juice head. I’ve multiple accounts personal and business set up it’s not as simple as calling and switching in the blink of an eye. Millions of people are upset and got impacted by this. Lots of money lost.
