@RogersHelps You actually gonna fix this internet **** or am I gonna have to find another company who can provide basic hassle free service and not charge me out the *** for it.

  • ThunderMan3008 RealThunderman3008 (@ThunderMan3008) reported

@VERIFIEDSUB @Rogers @AhmedIrtesam I have to agree the way I see it everything's been restored except PlayStation Network and I already know that won't be the only problem we have to deal with.

  • mazizcfa mazizcfa@gmail.com (@mazizcfa) reported

@RogersHelps Hey @rogers. Still no internet and you throttled down my cell phone data. Thanks

  • olgadupuis Olga G (@olgadupuis) reported

@birgitomo @Rogers I am furious that the companies we already have do not appear to have backup plans. More companies does not guarantee we will not have this problem again in the future... it would give us more choice, yes, but unless the companies have a backup plan, this will happen again.

@vote4robgill @Rogers It is NEVER ENOUGH WITH YOU GUYS

  • LukeOceanss Luke Rivers (@LukeOceanss) reported

@adrenaline_x @vote4robgill @Rogers As someone who has ever service with Roger's I'm beginning to agree with you. I see no advantages and no benefits of having all my services possibly cut out at once or over charging me for average contents

  • rjrhausauer Richard Hausauer (@rjrhausauer) reported

@RogersHelps You know...system update issue was the same reason you gave when the same thing happened last year. Your competitors do system updates at least as often, yet don't have as many issues like this. As an IT person I'd say you guys need to seriously improve your upgrade process.

@MarieTattersall @RogersBiz @RogersMediaPR What is that? Anyone can sends texts like that to Rogers and the AI will reply. I’m still waiting on evidence. Rogers is in damage control right now, so not sure how truthful they’re going to be with the public.

  • riboflaven81 100%pancakes (@riboflaven81) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Lol, “take full responsibility” by giving himself a raise I’m sure. Also, it wasn’t just your own customers you rich idiot, what about everyone that wasn’t able to use Interac?

  • HellCatRedux HellCat 🐾 (@HellCatRedux) reported

@RogersHelps @cestlavee_tv 100% packet loss is not "back online". It's causing errors, timeouts, crashes etc. This is literally like my dial-up in the 90's. I don't mind if you say Rogers is aware, but I'm very frustrated when I keep seeing "customers are back online" like everything is normal now.
