@RogersHelps Well, that tweet didn’t age well. Asked me to fill in an online form AFTER being told we had weak and sporadic connectivity. Then attempted to refer me BACK to FIDO despite it being a Rogers network issue. That they have multiple open tickets on.

Rogers gave me an L by upgrading my upload speed to 160mbps on ignite gigabit untill today when I renewed my Promo. My Upload speed are back to 30 mbps. Customer support is useless as usual. This company only has a few technically competent employees.@RogersHelps #rogers @Rogers

@RogersHelps I'd be sitting at my desk making money instead of being worried about losing my job if I had a reliable service that I can expect because I'm paying a lot of money for it.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps And that it’s a known network issue. But there is no estimate on when will be fixed. This has been going on FOR 3 YEARS. Multiple open tickets for over a MONTH. Am told will be kept updated. Doesn’t happen. This is foul and repugnant treatment.

@RogersHelps this is a joke, internet not working for 4 hours. This is how you lose customers. Cannot rely on you. Poor company.

@Rogers Never take Rogers Internet connection. They are biggest chitter, when you will take connection they will say there is no contract, but when you will disconnect they will say there was verbal contract and you need to pay cancelation charges. biggest chitter company

@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions Nonsense. FIdo referred the issue to Rogers AS IT IS A ROGERS NETWORK ISSUE. You have open tickets on this issue. I have spoken with OVER 30 different people in the past mth. U just don’t want to fix this issue and very obviously do not care about customers.

@Rogers Here's an idea. Don't bill your customers until your Ignite services are stable and fully available for at least 60 consecutive days. I don't think that we've had 1 day since the big outage where thinks didn't keep going up and down #unreliable #badcustomerservice
