I swear @Rogers executives huff paint thinner before making the rules you can't upgrade if you change your address within the last 30 days however you can buy and add a new phone to your line no problem

Been on the phone w @Rogers for 38 minutes & counting. They cannot explain charges on my account. Horrible customer service. Rep told me that very often when a credit is applied, their "back office" rejects the credit which is why you often never see it. This is fraud. @CRTCeng
