    I swear @Rogers executives huff paint thinner before making the rules you can't upgrade if you change your address within the last 30 days however you can buy and add a new phone to your line no problem

    @Rogers It’s sept and I finally got the fiasco July outage credit. 1 day ! I was told 5 days ! They gave me 1 day ! I lost business that’s day ! Every step of the way has been painful with Rogers.

    @RogersHelps I have been on hold for 85 mins and have been transferred to at least 3 different reps who "aren't able to help". I would love an internet connection that is reliable.

    @DanielVyner @Rogers The old Trudeau magic at getting us reduced cell phone rates, working like a charm I see. If Canadians are STUPID enough to pay those obscene rates the so be it. What is the ACTUAL cost of "text"? A: Whatever they say it is.
