I expect you give people accomodations if leaving your services can't be helped, but there should be a set migration path without having to talk to your customer retention department..

I have all the text from the sales Rep showing the contract amounts. How 2 fix?

If it weren’t for having the opportunity to sell my current phone for the price I wanted it wouldn’t be such an issue. :( @DSFraser
