    I swear @Rogers executives huff paint thinner before making the rules you can't upgrade if you change your address within the last 30 days however you can buy and add a new phone to your line no problem

    @RogersHelps Internet has been down in Richmond Hill since a little after 7:00pm with no eta for return. I have papers to grade online and this outage is impacting me and my work greatly. Unacceptable!!

    @RogersHelps Got an email offering Blue Jays tickets. I would rather you put the money for that and fake commercials about service concerns towards better service. I shouldn't even be charged at all this month after what you put me through for 5 weeks so far.

    @Rogers - Internet has been completely offline, no signal from the box, since Tues and all the first 3 support agents wanted to do was upsell me to Ignite. Earliest appointment is Friday after escalating to a manager, 5 workdays. #rogers how did things get so bad? #rogersoutage

    @WalkMarkham @RogersHelps Hey are you based in Markham? Online tech support told me they've been having some issues and they're working to get resolved. They couldn't provide a eta but I imagine it'll be resolved with the number of hours

    @altNOAA @comcast Internet/wifi/TV with @Rogers went down in Canada for almost 48hrs. No 911, banking govt...anything on their service was impacted. Gave every customer a 2 day credit. PLUS govt legislation now that carriers must be able to share their vital services in case of an outage.
