Day-2 of #RogersOutage and still waiting for internet service to come back. Too bad @Rogers wastes money on exorbitant and unearned management bonuses instead of investing in a robust and well-maintained network.

Anyone else wonder why @Rogers ; that made $1.56 Bln profit last yr, went down? You'd think they'd have 3X backup to switch to, in case 1 goes down? Lame! #rogersoutage #rogerssucks

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers But it shouldn’t happen, people couldn’t contact 911 and Interac was down. We need more competition in this country to prevent more disasters like yesterday

@birgitomo @Rogers Our elevator emergency line was comnected to Rogers phone lines, imagine if someone was stuck in a elevator, they couldn't call for help due to the emergency button not working in the elevator as well as call for help on there phone because there was no signal

@RogersHelps So what caused it? This would be key in preventing it from happening and again and rebuilding customer confidence would it not?

@cibc please refund our interac transfer cancelation fee, we are customers and we don't control @INTERAC network through @RogersHelps. Why charging us fee for canceling hanging transfers sent more than 24hrs ago? Refund the $3, we will use it to buy milk.
