Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • tprofenna Traci Profenna (@tprofenna) reported

@RogersHelps internet is down in central Etobicoke since 7:30 am.

  • JohnnyPR John Settino (@JohnnyPR) reported

@RogersHelps 1 to 2 hour wait for phone help is awful. No response to text request for help pretty annoying. No way to update credit card online. Seriously.

  • MollyMiksa Molly Miksa (@MollyMiksa) reported

@JDintheskies @Rogers Rogers did help me, and gave me a substantial price reduction, after I publicly complained here. Their customer service reps have always been pretty great in my experience, but this system is terrible. (I shudder to think of Bell.) It's a systemic issue. Gov't policy could help?

  • otosalex alexotos (@otosalex) reported

so uh, @RogersHelps when are you going to sort out the terrible customer service and even more pathetic service you all provide? The last two weeks have been a nightmare to do anything on your service.

  • robintaub Robin Taub CPA, CA (@robintaub) reported

@Rogers is there an outage in toronto midtown?

  • suchawayst · 𝚜𝚎𝚟𝚢𝚗. ☾ (@suchawayst) reported

Hey @RogersHelps what the hell is going on? Your service has been down for 18 hours now, and we can’t even get an update or an ETA from you guys. Am I going to have internet at some point today or what? Ffs.

  • needmycaffeine Graeme (@needmycaffeine) reported

@RogersHelps I have ignite only. Why when I call in for support and go through the options and wait.. people answer and then tell me that they can't help with ignite and need to transfer me to ignite.. and I wait all over again Why don't you route ignite customers properly?

  • cottagescape Christopher Walsh (@cottagescape) reported

@RogersHelps Yes I get that now. Seems totally wrong that Rogers is stopping me from viewing my content on my PVR ! The rep that I talked to should have told me that when I called in to cancel! Typical bad service from #ROGERS

  • dowantmakeup Angela C (@dowantmakeup) reported

Fun fact: @RogersHelps will say the setup fee will be credited back in the next bill cycle, then say they can't help you and tell you to go to their retail store to sort it out, to no avail (twice, in a pandemic) 🙃

  • dowantmakeup Angela C (@dowantmakeup) reported

@RogersHelps So what should I do when the store is insisting I have to call to get help on this?
