I'm not a @Rogers customer - I had to spend an hour on transit to get to a bank branch so I could go to the hospital for in-person therapy because my hospital based therapist had no access to internet or phone service 🙃

@Rogers this is getting a bit ridiculous, day 5 now and still internet and phone not working. Mother in-law is home alone with no phone to use in case of an emergency. I sent a DM with no response. Trying to call and it takes two hours to get someone in the phone. Please help

@RogersHelps Shove your 5 days! You did more damage to companies and people that’s worth WAY MORE then your pitiful offer! Can’t wait for that class action lawsuit to hit! Then you’ll be made to pay! I was pondering resigning with Rogers… Seeing this sad attempt to save face has made me!

@MjbOriginal @RogersHelps This is exactly the problem I am having with my TV. Unfortunately, this is not completly new with Rogers. I can stream and watch Netflix or Disney+ but not Rogers TV without all these glitches. What gives?

@Mystic_Gogeta @MsJLopez @RogersHelps So you're saying it's fine that this happened and we should just shrug it off when we not only pay for this service but it significantly impacted and crippled businesses and emergency, not just regular people with cell phones. 🙄 You just let people walk all over you don't you?
