Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Bdion99 Bryan Dion (@Bdion99) reported

@cattlemen1979 @TELUS @RogersHelps Tower is a mile from my house. Wife seems to have good luck with hers. Bell upgraded highbluff tower to 5g. Been horrible ever since. Telus gets there reception from bell. Telus told me to put my phone on 3 g to get better reception. 🤦

  • PRGalTDot Paula M. (@PRGalTDot) reported

@CanadaPIAC Not only higher prices but unstable & poor level of service. The @Rogers Ignite is not consistent nor reliable. The wifi is the single point of failure.

  • CornyButter Cornelius Butterworth (@CornyButter) reported

Incredibly disappointed by my experience with @Rogers customer service today. Can't think of a single good reason why I shouldn't switch providers first thing tomorrow.

  • Andrew_Dalgarno Andrew Dalgarno (@Andrew_Dalgarno) reported

@Bdion99 @TELUS @RogersHelps In our area, we are in the middle of a sea of Roger's towers. They're suppose to share towers aren't they? Sure doesn't seem like it. Maybe preference given to Roger's phones? Jenn has Roger's and always has better signal. My telus got switched to Roger's. Kids' phones - Roger's.

  • _nekojima_ nekojima (@_nekojima_) reported

@RogersHelps No close friends live where Rogers is available. Anyway, would they be limited to 5 email accounts incl ours? Concerned they cancel Rogers without any notice and we suddenly lose our email. Rogers used to offer an option to pay to keep the email, no longer available?

  • bedrockbabe2009 Mary T (@bedrockbabe2009) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers strikes again. The office internet is down for the umpteenth time and no one responding to direct messages. When will this issue be fixed permanently??

  • AureliaCotta Aurelia Cotta (@AureliaCotta) reported

@RogersHelps No, I like having a separate cable vs internet provider. That way when one of you goes out, (and you all do) the other one works. I already waste 200+/month on this, and I am about to cancel

  • DobberHockey Dobber (@DobberHockey) reported

@FantasyUndercov @NHL @Rogers Why do you think it's an issue with "understanding"? Odd first step to go to.

  • Real_dan_deal Dan Deal (@Real_dan_deal) reported

@DobberHockey @NHL @Rogers I’m out west (bc) and can never watch the Alberta teams unless it’s national. Always blacked out on sportsnet. 6 channels to pay for in most ridiculous tv channel bundles and 1/2 time they are blacked out. So frustrating

  • AndyAkeko Andy Bruinewoud (@AndyAkeko) reported

God @Rogers sucks. Preseason Blue Jays over Canada qualifying for the World Cup? Are you kidding?
