    @Rogers in Aurora, internet was to be back at 7pm, then it was chabged to 8 now 9? No update on what the issue is. Can't even call to speak to anyone. Had a branch fall on our line this afternoon. It seems intact after I removed the branch

    The way I just experienced the worst customer service experience with @Rogers . 3 hours of being placed on hold and being transferred three times for a total of one hour each transfer! DO BETTER

    @Rogers I have now been waiting for 1 hour 17 minutes just to look at changing my mobile plan and get a new phone for one of the numbers. If you don't fix this 100%, basically kiss my ***, then I am walking away form you and pray that you go under....

    @Rogers fix your network ASAP ! this is unacceptable first you guys had an outage now this is the 2nd time people have go thru this unfortunately.

    @RogersHelps Our cell phones are not working. Cannot make outgoing and I'm not getting incoming calls from people who have called me. Our home Internet has been on and off for the last week. Can someone please reach out to me and tell me what's happening to remedy this?

    @RogersHelps we have no service in Aurora. Is this due to a downed line from the storm? Site only says Eta is 7pm. I have branches fall on my rogers line into a house. The line still seems connected. I removed the branches from the line

    @RogersHelps It mostly happens at home, and in and around the area I live. I’ve never had this issue before using Roger’s services so it is very frustrating that my service is spotty in my own home. Unfortunately not everyone I text or call uses wifi for their messaging.

    @kaleemullah19 @Rogers Mine has been down since Friday. Made the call to bell after 8 attempts to have rogers fix the problem. Rogers is still down at my home and bell is now running perfectly allowing me to return to work.
