@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Two days before the outage in July my internet went off. 11:21 PM I called Rogers and booked a installation for a new modem, but the Technician never show up because it was the day when the major outage was happening.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps If these charges continue and my credit score is damaged because the mismanagement of Rogers you all can expect a big fight. Also, soon this account gets remove rest assured that I will call Bell and cancel my second account. I had enough of you guys.

Just got my @Rogers bill for July. They must be too busy calculating executive bonuses (for minimising customer rebates) to have given customers the minuscule rebates they promised.

So @rogers just got my bill after the outage. No discount. Bill is higher. Even after the outage my internet was out on and off for 3 days. Care to explain.

@RogersHelps no internet service and not TV in Barrie (Silver Maple Crescent). Services provided by Rogers are terrible, but the bill always comes on time. When can I expect internet service and TV restored?
