@RogersHelps Not sure I'd say it's much better. I've tried all the monitor settings to see if that's the issue. Seems to look ok on mobile, but not on Xbox Series X. Looks better, but still not 1080p, I wouldn't say.

@rogerstv @RogersHelps so, your tech shows up, only to tell me that @SamsungTV isn’t compatible with ignite tv? But it was for over a year on the same tv. Nothing but garbage from Rogers like usual. So, my option is to buy a new tv, to use the Rogers box I’m paying for! Bullshit!

So finally a customer service agent answers my call @Rogers @rogershelp , advises me that “ Sarah” will join us on the call as she is new, asks me if it’s ok, and silly me, I agree. Well that was 5 minutes ago. Still on hold. Ridiculous
