@Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers has been down in Ontario since 1:00am and it is now 1:00pm. We should all get a credit for this inconvinience. Many of us work from home and rely on our cells for communication. We should also get an update on approximate time our services should be up.

@RogersHelps **** off with this "some" and "intermittent" bullshit...its been a continuous outage for over 12 hours...this **** might be more tolerable if there were some transparency in what is happening and without your bullshit lying statements

Dear @Rogers I’ve now been without cell & internet service for 14 hours. I fully believe you will be providing some kind of credit for my inconvenience as I can’t reach anyone unless I’m on WIFI. PS that’s x two as my wife is a nurse at work on a 12 hours shift and can’t contact

  • Zinaa003 Zina 💐🦋 (@Zinaa003) reported

@HEMIvik @Rogers You’re lucky & IMO both companies have ****** customer service but at least with Rogers, I’m still able to speak to someone in Canada. Cable is with Bell but like I said, I take my business to whoever gives me the best deal with cellphone plan. So far I haven’t had any issues

  • changeyabumlife u know who (@changeyabumlife) reported

@RogersHelps hello r u guys done *************** out of us? How much more does a guy have to pay per month to get a few bars of service???

  • Butterflyshade Hannah (@Butterflyshade) reported

@RogersHelps Could the outage Wireless customers are experiencing also affect Home Internet service???? My upload speed 4.69 Mbps.

  • mlgenttner Michelle Genttner (@mlgenttner) reported

@missmelpayne @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps I’m going to miss a doctor’s appointment in a few minutes because I can’t receive any calls. Also can’t call my doc to advise of the issue. Trying to book healthcare appointments during Covid is difficult enough. Not being able to use my very expensive cell phone plan = worse.

  • jkiervin Joe Kiervin (@jkiervin) reported

@RogersHelps any updates? Any forecasted time for service resumption?
