A friendly PSA. If you are a @Rogers customer, don’t move to their #ignite service. Hang on to the @Cisco netbox. #rogersignite is beyond horrible!!! It’s not a simple install. More headaches than viewing time. It’s time for a switch.

@RogersHelps standard answers from Rogers, we don’t show any outages in your area, totally useless help desk support. Quick answer from them is it must be your router. Even when the modem will not sync up with the headend. Definite problem on the Rogers side
