    @peggy_blair Texts, interrnet and cable TV are holding, so far🤞still no phone service. After 22 years with @Rogers, I am beyond furious. Even during the ice storm I had my phone!

    @blazin_errl @matt0126matt @RogersHelps Are you on ignite though? Ignite spreads the bandwidth for internet across all your devices including your tv- which can never actually be turned off. There are only 2 hardwire ports and the modem resets itself about 4 or 5 times a day… I’ve had it for a year now and it’s horrid

    @RogersHelps Fix it already!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable on so many levels!!! 😡😡😡 you charge us so freaking much!! We expect to be connected and if issue pop up expect them to be resolves FAST with the amount you charge us!! Completely unprofessional.

    @ZoomJer @RogersHelps My voicemail doesn't work properly either. I used to be able to reply directly to VM messages by hitting 8 and 1 and that doesn't work anymore.

    @Canadian_mom73 @RogersHelps If they declare a chronic outage, does that start the clock on reimbursements/credits? Just speculating on why they are using this language...maybe they're buying time.
