@iamvabsie @AboutRogers @RogersHelps 2h+ ago south of ottawa the signal was up, the router could not establish a real connection without manually resetting it, and then going in the config settings once the thing actually booted to reset modules and the gateway.

@AirCanada sitting on a flight from Victoria BC to Toronto. Already delayed due to monopoly @Rogers outage. Delayed an add’tl hour because people can’t get their act together with bags. Crew running around w/no clue how to load a plane full of carryon bags.#breakupthemonopolies

Now much of the rest of Canada knows what I've been going through with @RogersHelps since December. Will admit swapping out the modem - which *I* suggested after 6 months - seems to have fixed the intermittent connection issue. Only had two major outages since the tech was in. 🙄

@BenGordon92 @RogersHelps @LeafsLindsay These cheap bastards will only credit you for the # of days that they are down! So if you pay $60 month for cell service and if it takes 2 days to fix this issue, you will GET A MEASLY CREDIT OF $4.00 +HST WHICH IS A ****** JOKE ESPECIALLY IF YOU LOST BUSINESS REVENUE ETC.

So @RogersHelps I'm thankful I have cell service back. However when am I going to get my 5G service that I'm paying for right now I'm at 4G
