@RogersHelps No that's okay because all your support does is reduce the issue to user error. Until we're promised discounts and actual proper support I refuse to play the same song and dance that is interacting with your support. Fourteen months. No fixes. All user error blame. No thanks.

@RogersHelps you fixed the area outage 4 days ago but wifi goes from either poor connection or not there at all several times a day. Resetting the router doesn't help. Have to take all my virtual meetings via phone apps so i can switch to data when the wifi inevitably goes 😒

@rawatrocks2008 @Videotron @Rogers Videotron is having a major outage at the moment. Their DNS servers are DOWN. If you are tech savy enough, change your DNS servers in your router to Google. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

So has anybody switched away from using @bell services due to their BS cuts after taking a 100m+ federal bailout? They don’t give a **** about anyone!! We have switched all of our businesses and home service to @shaw and cell phones to @rogers #BellLetsCut

@DaytonRobblee @RogersHelps Rogers has approximately 10 times the customer base of SaskTel, not including flanker brands and other providers using the networks. Bandwidth is finite. The more people using data, the more that bandwidth needs to be shared

Absolutely horrendous service @RogersHelps. Had a technician come here and claim that the issues are "fixed" for your basic services just to crash when I need them most. Streaming has become so stressful this past week because of this. Switching internet providers ASAP!
