    @RogersHelps customer service needs help! Sitting on hold 1 hour 20 min just to speak to someone. Problem isnโ€™t fixed. Sending a tech, but you guys canโ€™t accommodate work hours? Who works until 4 pm? You charge if tech comes early part of the window? CS hangs up on me.

    dear, @Rogers ,@Sportsnet A long-time user of your streaming services. noticing canceling the Fan 960 and increasing prices AGAIN with no visible improvement in the streaming APP. Will it be as good as Prime this year? if no answer from either of you I do not think I will renew. as a NHL fan Rogers service for the app is(share and tag rogers)

    @SteveD29 @RogersHelps Keep fighting. They tried charging me for a service I never received and I kept calling and refusing. Eventually they gave up.

    Anyone else on @Rogers experiencing a full outage in downtown Vancouver? Approximate area: Davie-Nelson and Cambie-Seymour. No signal, no data, calls fail for ~3 hours. Donโ€™t have patience to wait 2 hrs for tech support to answer my call @RogersHelps

    @CanadasLeafs @RogersHelps Iโ€™m not defending them, but itโ€™s a bad time to call. Lots are now home from work for the day and canโ€™t call until then. Jams them the f up. 10 am-ish til 2-ish works good. Weekends after 1 as well.

    @RogersHelps your wireless service in Inveremere BC is absolute trash. I pay way too much for Iโ€™m getting.
