So @Rogers is refunding customers due to the #RogersOutage2022 that started on Friday. As a former customer, how confident are customers that Rogers will refund them in a timely manner if they can't even refund a former customer's credit in a timely manner? #RogersProblem

@RogersHelps It happened twice in 14 months for sure I am looking another provider. I have cable TV, internet and 4 cell phones. I look 4 different companies for each phone in case one goes down other is working.
