@Rogers your customer service is the worst. I waited 30 mins on the phone only to have it hung up. I then tried using the virtual assistant and after 30 mins of waiting it timed out and cut me off. I’m glad I quit my services

How utterly & completely unsurprising that @Rogers is now trying to pass the blame to my ISP instead of on their technician for causing my wifi to go out. Can't even file a formal complaint against the technician because I'm not a Rogers customer.
