@RogersHelps @Forrza Luckily a family member on another cell service was able to find out which hospital the ambulance took my mother to!! She apparently tried calling me all day. Not impressed @Rogers

@RogersHelps Quite embarrassing for Rogers & poorly handled today. Haven't had many issues over the years but I'm still expecting at least a form of rebate for the downtime.
