Mum, westie Annie, Oakley (cat and boss); (@TbiglowTricia) reported from Georgina, Ontario@Rogers Shame on you….to add to our anger at the outage, someone on your team thought it would be good to reach out to me to see how I liked my services & tell me what “offers” you have for me. Interesting that the only “offer” you had would cost me $10 more!! Despicable 🤬

Tori Myles (@torimyles) reported from Georgina, Ontario@RogersHelps what a joke. I’m on hold an hour now. Called to cancel services & they said I have to do it thru customer retention. Obviously they don’t need or want my $600 a month. As they still have me on hold. Always zero customer service with Rogers.

𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙖 𝙍𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩🇨🇦 (@ThisIsMeCassie) reported@Rogers — As one of Canada’s dominant telecom providers, it’s disappointing that there’s no meaningful recognition or support for the very people who serve and protect this country. Our military members deserve more than silence from companies that benefit from the nation they defend. @coreyhoganyyc is this something that’s on your radar?? My son is stationed in Edmonton and will be going to Latvia I’m looking for a better deal for him and thought that the government might have negotiated something like this when they allow this takeover of Shaw
-
logan (@loosenedspirit) reportedSo @RogersHelps can’t do a callback for support escalation. They’re a phone company. Are we all suckers or something?
-

-
Scammer Defence (@ScammerDefence) reported@Paul__Walsh @TELUS @Rogers What banks do with forwarded smishing texts: feed them to threat-intel sharing groups like APWG and CAFC so the lookalike domain ends up on consumer blocklists. A free DNS-level iOS app installs that blocklist on the phone so the page never loads.
-
Cosmochyck (@ninjachyck) reported@RogersHelps Given it was never printed in the first place, so there should be no fee. You want everyone to go paperless and then don't have the information required. I'll just send CRA to you.
