Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

@CBCToronto BS @Rogers I don’t believe for one minute that your network update took down BOTH your cell phone network and your internet network. They are independent from one another and use different technology.

@atoonk @Rogers The core problem - they did not have an out-of-band network. Problems happen on a network where you cannot get to the router. The 101 for any carrier, ISP, cloud, or large network design is to have a way to get to the devices when the "network" goes down.

Ever since the @Rogers outage about two weeks ago wifi has still been so epileptic in my house. I think Bell would be a better option at this point cuz I’m tired.
