@RogersHelps why is my data down again? I hope you guys are will to give free service to everyone this month or you will lose many customers. This is ridiculous.

  • jsellens John Sellens (@jsellens) reported

@RogersHelps Yes @RogersHelps you told me what I already found out, and mentioned in my first tweet, but you did not answer the question: why do you now limit what Rogers store staff is able to help customers with? Is it because they aren’t actually Rogers staff any more?

  • mikeseeno m.s (@mikeseeno) reported

@JaneBrownNews @Rogers Quick to take money, slow to give it back.

  • mikaylastokman ★mikey★ (@mikaylastokman) reported

@rogers wtf is going on. I except to not be charged this month or I’m leaving Rogers. Jesus.

  • BeRealLets Let’sBeReal (@BeRealLets) reported

@CBCToronto BS @Rogers I don’t believe for one minute that your network update took down BOTH your cell phone network and your internet network. They are independent from one another and use different technology.

  • JDSONDA1 JDSONDA (@JDSONDA1) reported

@CP24 Got better rate offer and Reliable network from somewhere else. Good Fu**king bye @Rogers

  • waddling Dave Waddling (@waddling) reported

After the @Rogers outage I thought I'd check out @Bell Their BOYD mobility plans start at $85/month Have they been smoking crack?

  • BarryRGreene Barry Greene (@BarryRGreene) reported

@atoonk @Rogers The core problem - they did not have an out-of-band network. Problems happen on a network where you cannot get to the router. The 101 for any carrier, ISP, cloud, or large network design is to have a way to get to the devices when the "network" goes down.

  • iambimia Lady Mary ♥ (@iambimia) reported

Ever since the @Rogers outage about two weeks ago wifi has still been so epileptic in my house. I think Bell would be a better option at this point cuz I’m tired.
