    @dbhoops_ @RogersHelps @Rogers Don’t waste your time. Rogers has become useless after they contracted out to useless 3rd world countries their customer service. I cancelled all my services after 47 years with them.

    @RogersHelps finally got ahold of someone to cancel the ph line I dont need 45 mins later, by todays standards that is not long....unfortunately

    @Rogers And he/she was still insisting to do the diapute with anna- So im connected to an agent to could or could not help me at all and sends me to a robot - and the robot could not help me at all.

    I see a new line item on my Rogers cell phone bill. “Wireless rate adjustment “ $5. I call Rogers. They are experiencing higher than normal call volume and to call back later and they hang up on me. Nice. Well you just lost a customer @Rogers. I’m now with Freedom
