@RogersHelps Is there an intermittent outage in Woodbridge area (L4h). Both tv and internet are up and down all day ... Up 10 minutes, down for two .,. After long outage around 0200 hrs. Please advise.

So this is very shocking and surprising of the turnaround time for the new phone I was quoted was 1 to 2 weeks. Shocked it arrived TODAY!!!!! WOW @Rogers and @RogersHelps have REALLY cleaned up there customer service act.

@RogersHelps @CRTCHearings please tell your senior management that when customer buying phone without SIM card ....for hardware upgrade .....customer MUST not charged one time activation fees 50$ , unless meaning of activation is different in ROGERS company

@RogersHelps This doesn’t even seem like a real response. It seems like a bot. Yes I am “frustrated”. The status of the outage isn’t my problem. I KNOW the status of the outage since IM EXPERIENCING IT. The issue is you guys not doing ANYTHING about it.

@RogersHelps @CP24 4 days with no internet here in the GTA. Trying to be patient, stuff happens but at least an ETA or an update would help. Sites like downdetector clearly show an internet outage in this area. Rebooting my hardware every morning but no change.
