    @RogersHelps .. so to get my plan down to affordable reasonable ethical rate with @Rogers i may end up with no connection for a week or so while the equipment switch (by mail) occurs? if i need to do that, i might as well just sign with another carrier.

    @RogersHelps The first time I reached out I was told it was an outage in our area. The other two times the service restored before I could connect to an agent.

    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam

    @RogersHelps All I need is the wifi calling isn’t working. When I turn it on I get a message to call your number (which I won’t do again). I have tried Anna but it’s useless. This should have been a simple solution not requiring me to spend hours waiting for an agent.
