@PatSaitoWard9 @Rogers Ignite TV is also periodically spotty for me after the outage on Friday. Either I get black screens or cutting out sound. This is affecting everyone I've spoken to so you're definitely not alone.

Currently paying full price to watch a slideshow on my TV. Are you planning to compensate all Ignite TV users for this garbage service? Because 2 days compensation isn't cutting it. This is ridiculous @RogersHelps. And don't tell me to unplug my modem. That's not the problem.

@CP24 Thanks for your report @CP24. Ignite has had issues since the outage but it has now been down all across Southern Ontario for the last 3-4 hours. This looks more like a new widespread Ignite Outage or crash and not the small intermittent challenge that @rogers is referencing.

1/ Day FOUR of no @Rogers internet now. After calling them and staying on the line for 3+ hours i was told a service crew will be dispatched at some point, with no ETA and told it may take upwards of 48 hours. I work from home, i take online classes, this is astounding negligance

Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers @RogersMediaPR you guys are lost. It is Monday night. Half my streaming services are Still garbage performance, my live tv loses volume and freezes up constantly, it’s been 4 days since you’re last debacle and the service is still goofy. #pathetic #bye
