    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

    @Darth_Pingu @Rogers It all comes down to money. Its costs more to have everything canada based. Which means Mr. CEO and senior executives would get less money / bonuses and we cant have that now can we?

    Hey @Rogers , i just wasted an hour on hold trying to get some assistance with my service, finally hung up as i can't spend all day on hold. I wonder how customer service is with @starlink?

    @RogersHelps I finally got a human being in tech support on the line - then he did something on his end and we got cut off. He never called back. I think this is my fifth cutoff in two weeks, my fault for being insane - doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

    @RogersHelps Oh I spent an hour on the phone and was told yes even though you didnโ€™t use the service you could have so we will charge you 210 bucks still

    @Darth_Pingu @Rogers Labour (customer service staff included) is not cheap in Canada. They also require benefits, pensions, and so on and so on. A lot of costs to have employees in Canada. A business needs to make money beyond what their costs are.

    As is usually the case with @Rogers @RogersHelps, I was on the phone trying to get through to technical support for close to an hour and, while on hold, used their Online Chat and arranged in just a couple of minutes to get a service appointment all while still on hold. Their telephone help line is useless. Donโ€™t even bother. Use their online chat.

    @momluvsfood @RogersHelps @Rogers What annoys me is the "longer than expected". It's always the same. 2 hrs yesterday, no one. Chat today transferred me 3x and the agent was beyond rude.. I've worked in chat for a major bank and could never chat like that. I'm still not satisfied. Likely cancelling all products.
