    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

    @RogersHelps Didn't cancel, just asked to update my address and was told your company cannot provide service at my new location. They were informed about this planned move at the time we subscribed and ur staff told us they had service there!

    Hey @Rogers, stop calling me to move my cellphone over to you, I am happy with my provider. I will say this again, remove me from your calling list as all the customer service calls still have not removed me.

    @RogersHelps I called over 100 times,and We're busier than usual. The chat support is just as useless. How am I supposed to understand my bill or get help without speaking to an agent? @RogersHelps @Rogers This is unacceptable, unbelievable, unreasonable, and worse than every other provider.

    @Smileyyeg @Rogers no longer has humans answering the phone :/. I recently upgraded my phone with a save & return option, and mailed them my mint condition used device. I was suppose to get 360$ back. Instead, they rejected my return for water damage, and let me know I would be charged $1,800 for my old device. Iโ€™ve disconnected my credit card from Rogers while I try and get in contact with them; itโ€™s so frustrating.

    @RogersHelps @MerileeToo When you call there is no option for email support and the AI cant figure ot out, then just keeps repeating. Then I just selected internet and then get told there are higher then normal call volumes and to call back and then it hangs up
