    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

    @RogersHelps @FaheemBhanji @Blackstockc6 Rogers after chat it says send a transcript to these email but you don’t. Also no one answers phone it disconnects when you ask for change cable tv channels. click. What’s wrong with your service? Not everyone does my chat.

    @RogersHelps If I were to call your tech support about a recent increase in background static on my landline, would it be better if I called from the landline or from another phone? (It's still usable, there's just static where there was previously no static)

    @Rogers you're the worst. Give me more upload and reliability. Downloads are kind of pointless for me. You also have terrible customer service. It's not even just Rogers that does this. So does @Bell @TELUS . I hate you all

    @RogersHelps Like I said, west hill area. Scarborough. The virtual assistant says outage based on the address provided. It's been 54hrs since the internet has worked. Can you give any meaningful details? This long of an outage with no details is unacceptable!
