@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

@RogersHelps It doesnt make sense as to how you're casually saying this as if its no biggy. I am paying exuberant amounts of money for the highest tier internet service with Rogers and I have to deal with this crap.

@aitsfni @Rogers Same thing happening with a lot of TV channels. Apparently, a fibre cable was cut. A few of my channels have been restored since they went off at 8:45 last night, but there's a long way to go, and TVO is making a horrible sound. It's affecting other Rogers services too.

@RogersHelps @alankcwong I mean .. you ARE the provider, who happens to be taking a whole lot of money from us hard working Canadians. We pay YOU, and in return, you do your BEST to serve US. But as the years go by, your profits grow and grow, but your customer service levels go down even faster.
