    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

    For a "communications" company you are very bad at communications.I need to have my services moved to a new address.I have called 12 times this week and can't get through.I can't contact anyone through the web site and when I called the closest store he was very rude. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; their/your offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow home phone service; if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need/want)

    @RogersHelps This is email from my phone. Works on browsers. All my other emails work. I just canโ€™t send from Shaw says out going server repair. I even reset my password thinking it would help. I do not want to have to delete my account and re add I have a Shaw email - customer & mobile

    @RogersHelps My term doesnโ€™t end for 90 days, it seems a bit early for these emails?? Especially repetitive ones? I called the help number and they also said thereโ€™s no way to turn them off

    @Tialuna1993 @Rogers @Rogers yes why was it not delivered to her house yesterday? I get itโ€™s Sunday but are you saying your representative lied to a customer? She said the representative said by August 23 and she doesnโ€™t have her box. Why is your representative not telling her the truth?

    @RogersHelps Your frontline support team already wasted 5 hours 35 minutes of my day. I have tallied all calls and AI chats and there are such long queues that end with being cut off. It is despicable disrespect for your clientsโ€™ time and lives. Your CEO made $15.45 Million last yr. HIRE MORE
