@RogersHelps Thanks for your hard work to restore services !!! For one year during pandemic the service never went down, people didn’t appreciate that. And today the service went down, look at the people venting🙄

@sadlon11 @RogersHelps @Rogers I do agree that going this long without updates and knowing what’s going on can frustrating. But the way I see it is that there’s really not much I can do about it but let them work and fix it. Still think a months credit for one day of no service is a little much, no?

@xHarveyKiddx @RogersHelps @Rogers A pandemic, not to mention this outtage was so bad people weren't able to call emergency services if needed. That's not good customer service whatsoever especially for what they charge.
