@GowshiganS @Rogers @RogersHelps Mate I understand. I had to hunt them down for 3 days, call multiple people to complain and annoy them for them to do something about it

@Rogers You sent a guy here last week. He was angry that he was called here and then told us that "everyone" is having this problem. He did NOTHING to help. But sure, I'll DM you and go through this circus once again.

As if it's not bad enough to have your modem stop working while working from home, the technician also decides to come and leave without a phone call or knock on the door. Do better @Rogers

  • GowshiganS Gowsh Sri (@GowshiganS) reported

@Leaferbyblood @Rogers @RogersHelps Honestly I found it really interesting the changes they made to the ignite modem to make the other meshes have issues as well. I had a Tp Link mesh myself for a while and it does have its issues of interference with the ignite because there are certain things you can't disable

  • jeff_goldenberg Jeff Goldenberg (@jeff_goldenberg) reported

Cox media blackout was a cyberattack. Makes me think that’s what happened to @RogersHelps last month.

  • northtorontoguy Steve Fanning (@northtorontoguy) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps My digital cable is pretty wonky today, channels not working, or unwatchable. I have unplugged my cable box, no improvement.

You're fully aware ppl work from home bc of the pandy yet have done, what, exactly, to upgrade the infrastructure in south #Pickering? I've been a customer since 2003 but I'm done with this crap. You're LITERALLY RUINING MY CAREER AT THIS POINT @Rogers @rogershelps

  • Leaferbyblood Tony (@Leaferbyblood) reported

@GowshiganS @Rogers @RogersHelps If you're leaning on staying I suggest buying a decent router from best buy and trying it out. Imo Rogers biggest issue is the piece of **** they call their "top end" modem. I planned to do this but the guy got me so pissed I cancelled.
