    @RogersHelps @GrouchyMoose And you are from Rogers? Some Help! Rogers overhauled their system to Xfinity, which does noti work on old ZTE Hubs. Hours were wasted when I called in, and after 2 hours, wait, I was transferred to 4 different departments, technology included, they too knew nothing about it. It couldn't come at a worst time for me for I am trying to settle my brother's estate in ON. I found out when I played his messages. Some lady from Rogers left him a message about the above info and that to call in, for Rogers was going to replace those old Hubs, free of charge.

    @Rogers I would like to file a complaint against a Call Centre Agent (Sales Department) Please reference call with Agent: Cheryl on March 12, 2026 around 09:08-09:19. Very poor customer service skills.

    @Rogers internet goes out. Checked all cables, rebooted the modem, WPS reset. Still not working This stupid Rogers/Shaw merger has caused quite a few problems. AND I DON’T GET A TECH FOR DAYS. When it was just Shaw, I was able to get a tech the very next day. Switch to Telus?

    @aupetitcoquin @Rogers The government should require that the telecommunications companies have a “cancel service” option in their app. That one single feature would change how these companies respond to their customers.

    @RogersHelps I did try to get an earlier time. I was told nothing was available. Quite honestly, technical support wasn’t much help. Again, when it was just Shaw and not some conglomerate telecom company, things were better.

    Rogers be the worst ever! Going through the pain again. Why did I do this to myself. Being charged for not using service lol! @Rogers monopoly at its best.

    @Rogers the equipment at tower C8689 seems to be malfunctioning. RF signal has been erratic last few weeks

    @pieceofjuno Now when you say “MLSE” what people need to realize is this is actually 100% caused by @EdwardSRogers and @Rogers. I predicted this as soon as Bell sold their stake in MLSE. Just look at how the Blue Jays are run. Other than last season they have been terrible.
