That’s over 100 HOURS and still you dolts can’t fix it AND you cut off access both online & on the phone due to high volume of calls. Guess what? There’s a cure that - FIX THE SERVICE! Sandi (@Sandi_Mc) reported@RogersHelps I know Rogers is telling people they will be giving everyone a refund for the outage time… but current download speeds are under 15 mbps. That is not the service that I am paying for, so I don’t believe the problem has really been resolved.
