4 nights without power and we’re doing alright. The little is pissed about the internet outage (your data is still hot garbage 4 days in @Rogers - like fully out most of the time 😡🗑) but that’s the biggest drama over here.

@Rogers I went on a date with a telepath Ned Roger once. He screamed at me telepathically WHERE IS THE CAR??? as he gave me a peck good night. I never saw him again. We dined at The Diplomat in Fredericton that night. That was six years ago. Wonder if he remembers me.

@RogersHelps The issue wasn’t the stock, it was the misinformation on how I could get the phone, I’ve been waiting for info that was never coming. Based on your tweet, im guessing I will be waiting a long time. Can we discuss this via DM?

After this whole @Rogers outage today did anyone in Canadian government stop to think that maybe if three companies *didn't* have a monopoly over telecommunications a huge chunk of the country would've had a better chance at staying connected? @JustinTrudeau @theJagmeetSingh

@RogersHelps cell is finally working but still can’t text. Would be nice if @Rogers would just break down and tell what is wrong with an actual time of repair.

@komgryphkru @FrontRowBrad @RogersHelps Disagree, all of them over charge you and all of them have issues. If you think you're getting a credit, keep dreaming

@RogersHelps Stop passing the buck. You need to own this and take accountability for it. I hope every customer like myself calls you out for what this is, unacceptable. Both with the outage and how you handled it. No updates at all. You are the worst. I will be leaving.

@RogersHelps @Rogers So, am I getting a credit for being without service the entire day and not being able to do my job as I work from home? I literally had to take my entire day tech, and therefore lost $300 from my paycheque. So are you guys replacing that, or?

@RogersHelps You did an awful job keeping your customers updated. Nothing, all morning and day. We deserve something for this

@komgryphkru @RogersHelps In my 10+ years with them, they have never once volunteered a credit when theres been a major outage. So be prepared to pursue them for it... you'll eventually get one. Probably wont be fully happy with it, but you'll get it.
