4 nights without power and we’re doing alright. The little is pissed about the internet outage (your data is still hot garbage 4 days in @Rogers - like fully out most of the time 😡🗑) but that’s the biggest drama over here.

@Rogers I went on a date with a telepath Ned Roger once. He screamed at me telepathically WHERE IS THE CAR??? as he gave me a peck good night. I never saw him again. We dined at The Diplomat in Fredericton that night. That was six years ago. Wonder if he remembers me.

@Rogers Rogers tech support is a disaster. Half the time you can’t understand them and they can’t understand you due to heavy accents. If you and they do understand, they give you unhelpful misleading information. They don’t understand how their own systems work. Insufficient training.

This allows your past bill to be retroactively assigned the rate of the new plan IF you change your plan to the appropriate level for your actual usage. 10:1 odds this is a customer who wanted to have the bill waived,
