@kelownagurl @Rogers No, and I just took a walk around the neighborhood and it’s a mess with trees and lines down everywhere.

  • gunsinger Cynthia Gunsinger (@gunsinger) reported from Cornwall, Prince Edward Island

4 nights without power and we’re doing alright. The little is pissed about the internet outage (your data is still hot garbage 4 days in @Rogers - like fully out most of the time 😡🗑) but that’s the biggest drama over here.

  • SEpicArmando S Epic Armando (@SEpicArmando) reported from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

@Rogers I went on a date with a telepath Ned Roger once. He screamed at me telepathically WHERE IS THE CAR??? as he gave me a peck good night. I never saw him again. We dined at The Diplomat in Fredericton that night. That was six years ago. Wonder if he remembers me.

  • Langille Brian Langille (@Langille) reported from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

@RogersHelps The issue wasn’t the stock, it was the misinformation on how I could get the phone, I’ve been waiting for info that was never coming. Based on your tweet, im guessing I will be waiting a long time. Can we discuss this via DM?

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Mcatlady54 SL McIntosh 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 #StandWithUkraine (@Mcatlady54) reported

@Anne_Winstanley @RogersHelps Having same issue all weekend and tonight. Class action lawsuit for Ignite customers for false advertising and non-provision of services? Anybody start one yet? Where do I sign up?

  • SkyHighKing Raju Brar (@SkyHighKing) reported

@BakerJaniceM @Rogers This is y I did not want to switch to ignite in the first place but they kept jacking up prices on the old stuff without any promos… I hate bell just as much but **** at least there ain’t outages likes this

  • 2fronttweets Welfare ***** (@2fronttweets) reported

@RogersHelps has resorted to not even replying. That’s fine. Been a customer over 20years. Selling my house and buying a new one. Rogers won’t be our provider after that. It’s either treat customers like we deserve or money goes elsewhere. Seems simple enough to me.

  • PylonsN To Pea or Not to Pea (@PylonsN) reported

@RogersHelps When will services be back to normal? Ever since the outage, my tv doesn't work properly and my internet is slower than dial up

  • SkyHighKing Raju Brar (@SkyHighKing) reported

@BakerJaniceM @Rogers Same here this is just bs at this point! I’ had the same outage on July 4 for half the day and a few times after until the big one last Friday!

  • StachSean Cap’n Canuck🇨🇦 (@StachSean) reported

Come on @RogersHelps @Rogers , I think 3 days is enough time to fix the issues from Friday, but our ignite TV is still unwatchable with all the freezing and audio issues. Why do I pay $200+ per month to you for again?

  • Roogsy Roogsy (@Roogsy) reported

@Rogers giving people under 4 bucks for losing their cell & internet services for an entire day making people lose access to emergency services, communication with jobs & clients and overall stress. $4 couldn't buy you a decent hamburger.

  • kfirkiki kfir ohayon (@kfirkiki) reported

@Rogers once again doesn’t work. They could spend 20 billion to buy Shaw but yet can’t even give us reliable services. It’s time people mass switch to another company and let them keep the $3credit they will give us.@Rogers garbage garbage garbage.

  • measuringlife Johnny S. (@measuringlife) reported

@SteveFoget @RogersHelps Yup not full service yet. Intermittent at best or non at all

  • molsin27 Jennifer McCarrel (@molsin27) reported

@how_and @RogersHelps Yup. I have nothing but bad words to say right now. I would like to watch my tv
