@RogersHelps @gmarie55 I gotta say, Rogers has always responded to my social media messages and tried to fix and assist. Im not with them now because of price/promotion they could not beat. But always had decent service. My experience of course.

@feedgator @RogersHelps Updated 2 minutes ago: The latest reports from users having issues in Waterloo come from postal codes N2T, N2K, N2V, N2L and N2J. But when I called they saw NO ISSUES in N2V area - where I am located.
