    @AboutRogers @Rogers My internet is still down…Haven’t been able to do any work since the outage.

  • bigchalupa damirX (@bigchalupa) reported

    @Jbrennydozer @RogersHelps They do not owe anyone an explanation. Detailing what went catastrophically wrong can and will compromise their network in the future. It is up to their clients to provide a backup plan for connectivity. A single point of failure never works

  • kira__mj kira (@kira__mj) reported

    I’ve been with @RogersHelps for over 10 years, a couple times I’ve tried to cancel and they always reel me back in but at this point idk if I’ll be renewing next year. Like don’t lie to your customers saying you’ve fixed service when it obviously isn’t?

  • kira__mj kira (@kira__mj) reported

    @ColinDMello Still no service here in London Ontario despite @RogersHelps saying service is up. I’m guessing they’re saying it so they can make the refund credit as small as possible.

  • Arturo_JAlvarez Arturo J Alvarez G 🇻🇪🇨🇦 (@Arturo_JAlvarez) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

    @Rogers we still have problems with WiFi in my area For the absurd amount of money we pay for service these disruptions should never happens. Do you think one day credit will suffice for all the problems this is causing? Get your act together and fix this #rogersoutage still on!!

  • Growzy4 big pav🐸 (@Growzy4) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers My internet is not working but tv is?

  • Firehorseday Christine Day (@Firehorseday) reported

    @TheChrisCoburn @Rogers $80/month for service divided by 31 days = $2.58/day so… $2.58? That’s my guess.

  • frank_marrella wow99 (@frank_marrella) reported

    @the_jandashow @Rogers the problems are due to an upgrade on their routers that went wrong. it's always human error.
