@RogersHelps @Rogers @RogersHelps no solution presented. Apparently loyal customers must pay an additional $200+ a year for a less than reliable service. Raising the price for loyal customers is not how you retain or appreciate customers. #ihaterogers

@Rogers tec support told me my service was not working right because of my modem. She then upsells me to ignite. Tec will install tomorrow. 30 min later tec is outside, and tells me entire neighborhood is affected. #rogers #ignite why did she lie to me?

Any guesses on the worst customer service? Did you guess @Rogers @RogersHelps? You’re right! Over 4 hours cumulative on hold. Kept getting disconnected. Now they are closed. I guess retaining your customers is not priority. #ihaterogers #rogers

@RogersHelps @taghollah i’ve been having issues with phone calls… i have 4 bars of service and my phone calls keep glitching out, i’ve tried taking my sim card out and restarting my phone and nothing has helped… it is getting quite frustrating
