@RogersHelps Literally cost me over a thousand dollars that day and you are giving me 5 days of credit……thank you very much, this will be the last time I deal with your bs, from bs charges, to bogus service, across the board I can’t believe I put up with you for 15 years. Thanks for nothing

  • Lordlo88 Lorraine Lord🌻 (@Lordlo88) reported

@David_Moscrop @RogersHelps I'm still waiting for all of my tv channels to turn up and not drop out? How much compensation do I get? Also, if I spend 3 hours on hold waiting for tech support (???) can they fix my problem?

  • PaulineRMilner Pauline Milner (@PaulineRMilner) reported

@Rogers This question has been asked of myself several times and I think it is a fair one. How could you send #Tweets on @Twitter on 07/08/2022? Data was not working for Rogers customers. I think this deserves an answer, please, and not a routine canned reply. #RogersOutage2022

@RogersHelps You’ve caused billions in economic damage and you think a five day credit is going to solve everything? What is wrong with you people?

  • graciapinwyk Gracia (@graciapinwyk) reported

@Rogers why are you down again......seriously????

  • Scase_15 Scase (@Scase_15) reported

@RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 Your **** service cost my wife and I over 600$ in lost wages. How in the hell do you think 2 days credit will mean jack ****.

  • coolfactor LifeIsRuff 🇨🇦 (@coolfactor) reported

@Kilani_Family @RogersHelps How were you affected? Internet outage? Mobile outage? Debit (Interac) outage? If it was Interac, then you should be going after @INTERAC, as they are responsible for a seriously flawed setup, and have learned the hard way how that was a mistake.

  • KeystonePRIME B. Dean Berry - The Keystone PRIME (@KeystonePRIME) reported

@RogersHelps That type of bone up should be a month comped, in the clear, including a month of any device fee. Prorating is for Bean counters, not client service retention.

  • KLRobbins01 Kelly (@KLRobbins01) reported

@RogersHelps When will it be fixed? You want to earn the trust of Canadian's, then fix the issue. Forget the credit - we want service that is uninterrupted. I have ignite TV and the cable freezes up, goes silent and jumps STILL - 5 days in.

  • PatriciaHitchon Patricia Hitchon (@PatriciaHitchon) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps We are still having problems w/ ignite TV freezing & volume cut out. This is Wednesday - Are we ever going to get our service back? I agree 5 day refund isn’t enough.
