Bun (@dogsaremyjam) reportedHey @Rogers I’ve been on hold with CS for 45 mins, after waiting on hold 30 mins to finally get through to someone and have them hang up on me (by accident) and not call me back. Can someone help me?! I have next to no service/reception constantly and don’t know what to do

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reportedHi @Grok, Did a Rogers technician, Keith White, die after falling from a ladder while replacing an aerial cable at a customer's home. Did a federal safety officer later find that @Rogers had failed to implement and monitor its preventive-maintenance program for workplace hazards?

LifestyleDigs (@TheLifestyleDig) reportedTried to do an online purchase with my @Rogers Mastercard and they sent me a text security code to complete the sale. Waited and waited. It never came. Used a different form of payment. Nearly 2 hours later Rogers finally texts me the code LOL! Talk about timely - NOT!

A Nir (@Zeuxis00) reported@Rogers I have been a Rogers customer for 20 years, and I am extremely frustrated. You have been charging me the wrong amount on two internet accounts even after I changed the plans three times through phone and chat. I have the chat logs where your own agent apologized and admitted the previous changes were not properly applied. I agreed to pay the first 2 incorrect bill trusting it would be fixed, but two months later I am getting the same wrong charges again. This is extremely disappointing. I have been patient long enough. Please fix this properly and make the necessary adjustments. I just want this sorted out once and for all.

Sean McIntyre (@SM_GMC) reported@RogersHelps my daughter’s phone was stolen. I bought the premium device protection plan. I keep getting sent to Chatbots that don’t work, phone lines that keep hanging up on me, or partner websites likewize that don’t actually work. How on earth can I get a human being to help?
-
quaffer (@quaffer) reportedI have not been able to get to @rogers for tec support in 4 days. I hang on the phone for almost two hours on two occasions and then the call hangs up. Why should any paying customer wait 2 hours for a call to he answered? Obviously not enough people working there. 1/

Jd (@ProfesorRefer) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers I refuse to ever deal with them, the worst company ever.
