@RogersBiz What happens to these services when your network gets knocked out again? Asking for Canada.

@RogersHelps Thanks. Just DM’d the details. The tech did wear a mask once it was supplied to them. The issue to me is, Rogers corp policy should have masks on the truck just like their tools and meters.

@RogersHelps When can we see the compensation for the outage in our bill? I have an internet connection with Rogers and a phone connection with Chatr.

So I hear @Rogers is getting $171,000,000 in corporate welfare. So let me get this straight. My taxes pay for this, then I pay Rogers a crap ton of money to use the service. Right.

@RogersHelps It’s my wireless home phone, I authorized on the phone to switch to other provider since July 25th but Rogers still don’t complete the transfer, why? Also they bill me another month except I don’t have any services since your outage. Thanks Rogers so much you are so good.

I had been with @RogersHelps since 2003. They value my loyalty at $15. Nice not to be charged for the couple of MBs that went through INT roaming after not being able to use it for 23h 55min that day. Outage I’m told was <1d. I know I had issues longer. Time for a change!

@RogersHelps Why Rogers still blocked my transfer to another provider? 2 weeks now. No excuse. I authorized everything, on phone , email, txt, etc. Since when Rogers service is so bad, but you can’t move to other provider even you requested everything. That really s*ck.
