    @RogersHelps just waited over an hour to speak to customer care who did absolutely nothing to keep me as a customer. I am charged every month for Internet, Smart home monitoring and Ignite TV all services are HORRENDOUS and without fail I’m rebooting my modem at least once a day!

    @mrmikeMTL @mrmikeMTLGaming @Rogers I use to work customer service at Fido. Ask to speak with the retention department. Say you'll cancel because another provider has a better deal (do your homework first!)

    @RogersHelps on the chat for 5.5 hours trying to upgrade my internet since it doesn't work. in 5.5 hours i've received almost no actual help, but a lot of attempts to brush me off. this is beyond pathetic

    @RogersHelps are there known issues in northwest London? For the past several weeks I’ve had my internet drop completely and needed to reboot my modem multiple times a day to fix it. Now I can’t even get through one movie without rebooting multiple times.

    @RogersHelps on Rogers Ignite, the BBC Canada channel 87 states they stopped offering service. Do customers have an additional channel swap availability because of this situation as channel 87 is still on my swap listing to change ?

    Hey @RogersHelps ....why is it like pulling teeth to try and get any actual help? On hold on the phone for hours, live chat is idle for close to an hour. When I do get thru to order a 2nd TV box it just doesn't happen....so I have to call back.
