@RogersHelps Cable completely went off at 9:55 tonight. AGAIN. Now it's all the channels, digital AND analog boxes. North York. You just restored a bunch of my TV channels on Friday, three days after that problem started. What gives???

A system fault - tossed by 5 representatives, visited by one technician, more than 3 hours on call and still no solution. Not impressed @Rogers @RogersHelps. Here I am with no internet for 2 consecutive days. Struggling for a basic need! #CustomerService #CustomerExperience

@Rogers I have now calle twice for a return package for my cell phone. The original package had no suite number, 2nd I have been waiting more than week. No requesting another one. My last 2 calls I have been on hold for more than 30 mins combined. This absolutely horrible!!

@Rogers @RogersHelps it's getting ridiculous having the internet cut in and out every few minutes. It sucks!! Trying to watch the #BlueJays game. This has been going on since yesterday!!!!!!!
