@RogersHelps question. Why after upgrading my phone to a 5G device and upgrading my data plan can I now only get LTE service? I live in Surrey BC not out in the woods or on a mountain. My last phone was 4G all day and it was very outdated.

@RogersHelps day 2 no internet or cable services I just spoke to 3 different reps & they're playing dumb pretending there's no recorded outage after Rogers outgoing message & online confirmed there was an outage due to system upgrades & 2 reps from last night confirmed as well

.@Rogers continues to be the worst. can't offer me, a loyal customer of 18 years, the same rates as a brand new customer, oh and applied my employee preferred rate code to my mother's account accidentally and can't fix it, has to send another code NEXT MONTH.

@jeffster1970 @Rogers @Bell_Support Do not switch to Rogers. I was with them 8 or so years ago and left for bell. I’m back with Rogers because it’s all my condo can use and it’s still the same messed up Rogers. 8 years later and still the same issues with them

@Rogers Ok then how about a question that doesn't require access to information. I'm not the only customer who has had multiple issues since the large outtage a couple months ago with regular disconnections. Why is this still such a prevelant problem after all the commitments made?

@RogersHelps They are still working on the issue, fiddling around with the sound and this week the HGTV programs were automatically closed captioned with no way for customers to turn it off. Just because I pointed it out doesn't mean I'm the only case. Tweeting saves time and I can watch it.

Words can’t describe how absolutely garbage @RogersHelps service is One of Canada’s “BIG 3” in terms of telecommunications but provide the worst service and can’t COMMUNICATE with its customers 😭👌🏽 Been saying this for a long time that..
