Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Stuart Johnston (@StuartJ_) reportedDon’t believe @Bell when ordering product. Claims 2-5 biz days for delivery. Been 5 weeks now with no comms. Terrible customer service. Shoulda gone with @Rogers
-
Scott (@kingston_guy) reportedI love my @SamsungMobile S22 ultra but @Rogers makes it so damn expensive to keep I might send it back the phone is cheap enough but the plan kills ya
-
Connor Doherty (@cdoher02) reported@RogersHelps I think your app has a few issues. It crashes constantly, the UI and replay options are less versatile, the UI is confusing and downright glitchy at best, and the audio or video habitually become unpaired. But you are likely already aware of all this. Thanks for the vent
-
Chris Pani (@cYp43) reported@DonnaPapacosta @RogersHelps FYI: They are using a loophole trick where they cancel your appointment and say it's an outage and when you call they say it's resolved and schedule for the next day. (Rinse and Repeat)
-
Todd Parp (@brokensegment) reported@RogersHelps @finner2011 FIX IT! We don’t need “assistance”. The problem is on YOUR end.
-
Chandra Harris (@Cyaski) reportedAnyone else notice since the great @RogersHelps outage of 2022 that their internet is dog ****. Every night at 8pm without fail it cuts out.
-
Frenzi 🌺🇨🇦🌺 (@MissTrulie) reported@Rogers are you able to tell me if cable is down in postal code M1K4S4 zone? Ours is down and my neighbor too. Not sure if someone cut our cable wires in error or if area is down.
-
Sandra M (@sanman521) reported@RogersHelps our internet has been down all day in north Barrie, there seems to be no information about it. Tech support said they see an outage, but their "board" wasn't updated. What's happening? ETA? Any type of info to share???
-
Dino Rossi (@DinoDRossi) reported@RogersHelps We don't need tech support. We are unhappy that a technician cancelled an appointment at the last minute to set my father in law up with Internet and TV service because he didn't want to get rapid tested before entering the retirement home where my father in law lives.

Donna Papacosta (@DonnaPapacosta) reported@RogersHelps Two hours later and I still do not see an update to your service disruption page. I am not the only customer experiencing problems in my area.
