    @Rogers is so interested in customer service it is always a 45 minute wait minimum for a live person. Either not enough service help or you got lots of people calling for help. Both are a indicent of how you value custumers #lessonsnotlearned

    @nationalpost @financialpost They did the right thing. Given @Rogers unstable network and their incidents of failure putting more in their hands is a dangerous and security compromising situation. We need more competition not consolidation of power in the hands of a few

    @RogersHelps Id like 2 think that my tweet matters but we know it doesnt. The problems I have now will be there all year & nothing will change 4 next year 1) cant change the game feed from home to away 2) cant hide scores to have no spoilers 3) app crashes a lot even worse 4 screen mirroring

    @Rogers @RogersHelps it’s been two days since my parents cancelled their service and have not received the email containing the shipping paperwork to return the Rogers hardware via Canada Post .. can someone email them the paperwork asap ..

    @RogersHelps Funny I call @Rogers 1888ROGERS1 and ask for sales and my call was answered in 1 minute. Guess I gotta cancel the service and resign up for help?
