    @Rogers Dissapointing service ! Smart home monitoring doesnt work, technical support unable to help, escalation team not willing to even speak - passing the blame to other team. Total wastage of time, house not secure despite paying hefty fees. No grievance mechanism. Shameful !

    @RogersHelps hour 24 of no internet. Trouble shoot. Open ticket schedule technician. Technicians no show. Wash rinse repeat. 3rd time in 1 year. Unbelievably disappointing
