Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@Rogers The sound cuts out the beginning of the game and sometimes during the game. The same happens on some other channels, but infrequently. NBC has pixelating and problems with the picture for months already. Iโve had all my equipment checked and changed.

Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

What Iโm asking is that itโs not fair for me to pay the kind of charges levied to me when the service was barely used due to these issues. I raised a ticket and no one seems to care about that.
