@Rogers very very bad customer service. I ordered a phone had to wait 6 weeks before they ship it and I still don’t have it. I’m told me they’re not responsible and have to deal with it myself. Since when is the customer responsible for the performance of the carrier?

.@RogersHelps has the most infuriating telephone automated attendant in existence. Allow the user to hit the numbers sooner. Don’t waste my time with in-call promos. Stop misdirecting my calls. Better reception for agents. No, I don’t want you to do anything for me but fix it.

@RogersHelps 11:45 I began trying to get home monitoring and to switch tv packages. After being on hold in between tansfered to the wrong dept 3 times still nothing is done. That's alot of help.

@EdmontonOilers @Rogers @cmcdavid97 What a joke. Put the oilers logo back on the helmet. It looks tacky and trashy. This isn’t some minor pro league. Everything is all ready sponsored. Keep this garbage off the uniforms. Won’t be watching this year

I got divorced a couple of years ago. It was terrible. About as acrimonious as can be imagined. Hard as it was, we both agreed that the most challenging part of it was dealing with @RogersHelps. I wish I was kidding.
