    @RogersHelps Yep, rebooted 2 times, even tried to reset network on my android one time. Nothing is working. Kinda weird go happen on both my phone and my wife phone at the same time

    @RogersHelps Finally got through to agent. Remorse team works until 2100ET. It was 1955ET when they answered. Rhonda claims she’s too busy to help me despite having 1 hr remaining in shift. This was a spectacular fail.

    @Rogers it’s a beautiful plus 20 day outside and I’m on hold with your damn customer service because you sent me the wrong phone. 1 hr and waiting...doesn’t count the time picking up and discovering it was the wrong one. 👎

    @RogersHelps Your agent was on the phone for 15min and then transferred me to the department which is now closed. Another reason reaffirms the cancelation of @Rogers service!

    @RogersHelps are there any outages in the Keele/Sheppard area? My parents are having issues with their wifi. They say it's been cutting in and out for a few days now. It just happened while we were on a Whatsapp call.
