@SilverbergDave @RogersHelps Most major telecoms don’t have redundancy because it costs more and nobody makes them. We should all be afraid when this happens since so many of our emergency services rely on the internet/voip services to operate.

@RogersHelps Crazy 17 hours later - no explanation nor any eta on resolution. Even a broad range would help me know when to pivot to another solution - we are remote so rely entirely on Rogers wireless services, we run a business out of our home. 4 students, 2 execs wfh - all down!
