When I ask her if she even cares that as a customer I'm dissatisfied she tells me basically in my words "too bad, go elsewhere" and then offers to cancel my services now. But I'll be expected to pay what's left. This is why @Rogers wont be my provider much longer.

Then he tells me a technician will need to be sent. In a ******* week. How is it I've fought with @Rogers for years. It's probably been close to 10 years. And they always screw up something. I call them more than my wife! That's an issue

@RogersHelps the CNBC feed is NOT correct. Right now CNBC World is the feed and does not match the regular programming nor the @Rogers guide which is supposed to be the U.S. feed. Please fix.
