    When I ask her if she even cares that as a customer I'm dissatisfied she tells me basically in my words "too bad, go elsewhere" and then offers to cancel my services now. But I'll be expected to pay what's left. This is why @Rogers wont be my provider much longer.

    Theres your corona support on tough times too people. @Rogers doesnt care I'm unable to work because of this outbreak. They care about money getting to them right away.

    @RogersHelps @LeoRautins @blackbeltreview I called into Rogers Support today. They have told me that this is a known issue. I have a ticket for it. The issue has been open for a month. I am very upset as well.
