That's great. I call @Rogers about the internet issue cause it cut out completely. They tell me to unplug stuff all that fun shit. But no success. I spent 30+ minutes on the phone and this guy keeps asking for 2-3 minutes. It became obviously 30+. He could t get info and

When I ask her if she even cares that as a customer I'm dissatisfied she tells me basically in my words "too bad, go elsewhere" and then offers to cancel my services now. But I'll be expected to pay what's left. This is why @Rogers wont be my provider much longer.

Then he tells me a technician will need to be sent. In a ******* week. How is it I've fought with @Rogers for years. It's probably been close to 10 years. And they always screw up something. I call them more than my wife! That's an issue

@AboutRogers @Rogers This is absolutely ridiculous that we pay all these fees. I understand that technology can get screwed up too but come on this is unacceptable. What compensation do we receive for such an inconvenience? What if some of us got into a car accident, flat tire or an emergency?
