That's great. I call @Rogers about the internet issue cause it cut out completely. They tell me to unplug stuff all that fun shit. But no success. I spent 30+ minutes on the phone and this guy keeps asking for 2-3 minutes. It became obviously 30+. He could t get info and

Then he tells me a technician will need to be sent. In a ******* week. How is it I've fought with @Rogers for years. It's probably been close to 10 years. And they always screw up something. I call them more than my wife! That's an issue

@RogersHelps so much for doing better & being transparent. Not having an ETR is unacceptable. Don't care about "compensation" as it will never cover my actual costs. Your crews should be providing ETR updates on a regular basis so agents can pass it on #badcustomerservice

@RogersHelps 6th day this month of no Rogers home phone, internet or tv service. Called tech support with number on file to follow-up on tickets. Why does tech support ask for my date of birth as an authentication question? No other provider asks for it. Even my Bank doesn't ask.

I had it, and i been on with customer service over the phone and no luck. The guy has had me on hold for over 40 min we talk for only 3 min the rest is hold time. #rogers #rogerscustomerservice @Rogers I would like to get this solve, I dont need to pay for this…
