    @Rogers I had a service guy show up today. I actually had to tell him to leave when he was rude. Already on the phone with you guys to get a complaint in, hut wow. You should be embarassed

    When I ask her if she even cares that as a customer I'm dissatisfied she tells me basically in my words "too bad, go elsewhere" and then offers to cancel my services now. But I'll be expected to pay what's left. This is why @Rogers wont be my provider much longer.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers So now we know what the issue is. Will you actually be giving updates and time frames or will you continue to blow sunshine up our asses. A COMPLETE wireless outtage from Canada's largest communication company is unacceptable. What will the compensation be for your customers?
