@Rogers I had a service guy show up today. I actually had to tell him to leave when he was rude. Already on the phone with you guys to get a complaint in, hut wow. You should be embarassed

Then he tells me a technician will need to be sent. In a ******* week. How is it I've fought with @Rogers for years. It's probably been close to 10 years. And they always screw up something. I call them more than my wife! That's an issue

@ETito604 @Rogers @Fidomobile They took chatr with them too! I already switched my internet from rogers after a 5 day outage, in downtown Toronto no less, maybe its time to get a new cell provider!

@RogersHelps Will you do the right thing and offer some kind of credit for this disruption? Considering the amount Canadians pay for your service and the fact that people are working from home and depend on your service more now than ever. And it should be applied to everyone with no request

@Rogers @RogersHelps Mine went out at 3am be nice to have this fixed in a reasonable amount of time, but should know better as i have to wait an hour and a half minimum to talk to someone for billing issues, 13 hrs is unacceptable for the prices paid
