When I ask her if she even cares that as a customer I'm dissatisfied she tells me basically in my words "too bad, go elsewhere" and then offers to cancel my services now. But I'll be expected to pay what's left. This is why @Rogers wont be my provider much longer.

@RogersHelps no service with ignite since 4pm, two adults WFH and the best your techs can do is send someone 24+hours later. Long list of connection issues with ignite. Will also be looking to change our 10+ business phones as well. You need to be better to service WFH & business

Rogers never once called me to lower anything, I’m not having an issues with bell as I stated and they are still calling me to lower my bill and give me promos. Telus and bell share the same LTE network.
