@RogersHelps ENDING my service with u. I was out of the country for 3 weeks & my data & roaming were off for a majority of my stay. YET I was charged for msgs sent while my roaming was off. then y’all say it’s because my phone wasn’t in airplane mode?!🤬 my bill is almost $400!

@RogersHelps Nah I’m good. This stuff’s been going on for awhile now. My router, including 8-10 others in my area go down simultaneously multiple times a day. A copy-and-paste reply ain’t gonna easy my mind. You guys need to deliver on what we pay for.
