This is on and off problem that's been going on for over a year. My internet causes my phones and TV connections to go off and on repeatedly through buffering and pauses.

Also, my bill has gone up twice in the last year, with the lack of consistent service and no customer service help I demand a reduction in my bill

Then there's all the outages. What happens if there's a fire? She can't call 911 and her house burns because Rogers was down.
