So back in July @RogersHelps as part of the nationwide outage promised billions of investment in better structure. My internet has gone down while working from home Friday, Monday, AND today. We need more accountability and competition in Canadian telecommunications.

@RogersHelps At our wits end with Rogers. After each manager and CSR we have spoken to told us a different story why our internet cuts out, we tried to cancel our services. We have been hung up on, placed on hold for hours on end, we have had enough. We tried to cancel, and….

@jmccall54 @Abbi_Lez @RogersHelps So frustrating! Is Start available? They're a Rogers reseller (though increasingly building their own network) but their customer service is awesome. They always went to bat for us with Rogers when we lived in London.
