@RogersHelps you guys able to give a rough estimate, at least, on an ETR for the Nepean area? I got conned into switching to ignite. Everything is now dependant on an active internet connection. According to an outage map, it's clear across Canada.

@RogersHelps it’s odd why, as a “preferred customer” you require an additional $5 a month for waiving the automatic withdrawal but as a regular client, there is no such request or fee if you waive it.

@RogersHelps Been with no internet or TV on our street since Saturday at 3:40 om. It’s now Friday. I’d love to get a nore definitive answer than ‘Our technicians are working on the problem’. I’ve almost used up my data for the month & my bill period just started. U need to offer compensation.
