    @RogersHelps @Rogers Intermittent? Intermittent would imply that I occasionally have service which I don't. I need my line for work. With this **** I'm be a day behind. Since you've been gouging us for so long, increase prices for no reason, will you be refunding is this month's charge?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Tell the truth, Rogers. "Some" is a transparent attempt to minimize a major across the board outage. Be straight with your customers.

    @RogersHelps Intermittent? I haven’t had service since last night. Seems like most of Ontario is having issues and there’s no call for an ETA on the resolution? This is impacting people who may need to call 911?
