    @Rogers Today is day 5 no internet. That’s 5 days of me having to commute when I should be working from home. I’ve had a relative drive hours to come help me with child care that I wasn’t anticipating. I’ve waited hours on hold to be told to “sit tight”. Enough already!

    @RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 Lol what did people do before cell phones? When the phones went down companies never give out compensation to people, when storms happen they don't give compensation. When the power goes out do you get compensation? No. This is what dealing with in the electronic world today.

    @CheriDiNovo @Rogers It was terrifying for us as we were just at the hospital with our disabled daughter for her seizures we had called 911 and we were put on hold! It was awful
