Sorry Eh 🇨🇦 🐜 (@cdnsorryeh) reported@canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng try Bell, then Telus etc. They are relentless. If anyone ever calls claiming to be a company (utilities, bank etc), never call back the number they give you. Look at your bill or card & call that number. 2/2
-
Jay Donovan 📻 (@JayDonovanYYC) reported@RogersHelps NONE of them were streaming. Your app tells me I need to connect to my HOME wifi network. Total BS
-
Audrey (@Audra1978) reported@RogersHelps what's the point of making it compulsory for customers to call in to cancel services and then making them wait on the line for two hours to speak to someone. You lay off tons of employees then provide abysmal services.

Arbutus Running Fox (@xuanyuanxiaohei) reported@Rogers On June 22, I called Rogers to schedule the cancellation of my Xfinity Internet service effective July 2. On June 23, I received the return shipping label for the gateway. I shipped the gateway back on July 2, and Rogers confirmed they received it on July 13.

J.C. (@jcgamache2001) reported@RogersHelps Now 1hr and 17min, was calling to activate a new Line, but now I'm waiting to cancel this other line.
-
Paulie B. (@Sall_Goodman) reported@REWoman @Rogers I just switched to rogers 5g internet. Did it through an actual sales rep who put signs up. Left me with his email and cell phone number if there are any issues. So far so good, but having a contact may be usefull in future.

Dragon Was Slayed (@522IntoOvertime) reported@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Another example of why quasi monopolies are so bad for consumers... there's no accountability for ****** customer service, because there's no real alternative (try getting through to a human at Telus 🙄)

Kenzie Allen 🌵 (@cerena) reported@Rogers engages in harassment in their solicitations, and that, combined with abysmal service, is why we said we wanted nothing to do with them when they came to our door earlier today. Lo and behold, they rang the doorbell again two hours later.
