Tay 💫 (@tayyyyylorrr) reported@Rogers wtf is happening with your Advantage Voice system? Our business can’t receive any calls and only call our internal numbers. Can’t get through on phone support either. Waited 3 hours and call was disconnected due to high call volumes.

Corey Herscu (@coreyherscu) reported@RogersHelps It hasn’t worked. Escalating complaint.

Sarah Thomson 🇨🇦 (@FernwoodGirl) reported@Rogers Who do I call when my webmail is not working? Every number does not give an option for that and eventually hangs up on me. Beyond frustrated with the lack of service.

Gordon Flett (@FlettGordon) reported@lynnmercereau Rogers tried to charge us $15 for roaming charges and we never left Canada on our way to PEI. When we called them on it, the charge was reversed with no apology and the automated message made it sound like they were doing us a favour. Time to jump ship @Rogers @RogersMediaPR

Lindsay Brown (@Lidsville) reported@MarsellientEl @Rogers Doesn't come up as Rogers, but sometimes calls from service providers don't ID themselves either. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of not answering unknown numbers as I am responsible for a family member in long term palliative care & important calls come in from all over

Tyler Higgs 🇨🇦🌻 (@UberJumper) reportedI've spent 3 hours (2+ hours on hold) with @Rogers today to try and change our Shaw internet service to their 5G Home internet. They seemingly cannot do it. Apparently their Shaw team can't do it, and neither can their wireless team. Not ok Rogers.
