    @FictionalDiary @RogersHelps Rogers prioritized restoration so that Wireless customers will get their service back first. They worked hard all day yesterday to do this first. Service outage is one those things that happens and you have to accept it.

    @stopthetelusph @RogersHelps Phones are supposed to be able to contact emergency services no matter what. And not every single employee was working on the outage. They had someone copy and pasting the same message in replies all day yesterday that easily could have contained information.

    @shaziaxmirza @AboutRogers @Rogers I am in St. Thomas...still no service here...no TV, no internet, no landline phone. I am using my cellphone as a hotspot. Cell is with Koodoo. Thank you very much, Telus.

    6:12am et… @rogers @RogersHelps I still have no internet or home phone! That is now more than 24 hours with no estimate of when it will be restored and you have still not provided an explanation. Your customer service has always been bad but now #abysmal.

    Not 100% convinced @Rogers being down isn't some giant new ad gimmick by @VancityReynolds to make a point to get @Mintmobile here in Canada (for real, sorry for people who are screwed by this)

    @andrewphung And then the Canadian hemorrhoid rate dropped drastically due to an outage on the @Rogers network.
