  • wudbrn Andrew Woodburn (@wudbrn) reported

@Rogers No worries. Thanks Paul. The tech is here now. He said some of the ?spigots? are faulty so they have to split customers. He said Rogers needs to send maintenance to fix it for this building. 155 Thomas Slee Drive, Kitchener, ON N2P 0J8. Internets still down though.

  • ImIncognegro Incognegro (@ImIncognegro) reported

Is @Rogers dealing with another outage? I cannot get wifi and the call wait time for customer service is +90min right now.

  • GeorgeGhalayeni George G The Frenchie (@GeorgeGhalayeni) reported

@RogersHelps @randomfrequency This actually happened to me recently! I did an upgrade, the phone was on back order. I had to wait 4+ weeks. No problem, 2 weeks later I get an email from Rogers, saying I didn’t return my old phone so they charged me $660. The funny thing is, they never shipped me the new phone

  • AndrewButters Andrew Butters (he/him/his) (@AndrewButters) reported

@RogersHelps why has my internet been down since 10pm last night? Perfect timing, too. It's not like I wanted internet on NYE anyway.

  • lalani_safina SAFINA LALANI (@lalani_safina) reported

I’m sad. Rogers is down in my area — both TV and internet. I keep checking. Latest update is that won’t be restored until 8/8:30 pm. @RogersHelps This is annoying. I know folks are working and I appreciate it…but…this today? :/

  • TheResetChick MissCriss The Reset Chick (@TheResetChick) reported

I’ve had to resort to twitter of all places to get some answers! @rogers I can honestly say I wish that representative never showed up at my door and I never switched my services from @bell_support because it’s been more trouble than it’s worth and a complete nightmare #help

  • TaniaOgg Tania (@TaniaOgg) reported

@rogershelps Thanks Rogers for ruining my NYE and long weekend. Had a house party but needed to cancel since my modem was deactivated after upgrading on Friday. My new modem hasn’t been shipped yet but is activated. Was told no interruption to service and now I’m out for 3 days

  • mscott71 Mike Scott (@mscott71) reported

@RogersHelps There have been multiple tickets opened. What I’d like is for someone competent to actually fix the issue. But Rogers adequately demonstrated your competence with that Canada-wide outage this year so I’m not really holding out hope.

  • mscott71 Mike Scott (@mscott71) reported

@Bluesummers @RogersHelps Apparently in the last 24 hours they’ve confirmed there’s a problem in my area. But fixing it? That would involve them giving a crap about customer service…

  • mscott71 Mike Scott (@mscott71) reported

Lovely conversation with @TekSavvyCSR confirming that @RogersHelps hasn’t updated them on the status of my internet issues in 24 hours. Remember this past summer when Rogers claimed they were going to work hard to win back customer trust? Guess that was a lie.
