@RogersHelps Or much more to discuss. It was down for another 30 minutes just now and o got a notification a tech is on the way. I wish you guys would just fix the larger problem. 2 months of this is ridiculous.

Is anyone @RogersHelps escalating the issue? Even your own technicians have acknowledge it’s a large and disruptive problem. No resolution or improvement today… I’m definitely moving my service to @Bell Really unacceptable. 2/2

Anyone on @Rogers device care? Cancel it. After a cracked screen and case, when the battery began to fail I called them for the promised replacement. But they will only repair, if I pay another $129. For ~$100 in parts. After paying $16/mo since 2019. FU @RogersHelps #whatascam

@RogersHelps incredibly poor service for my small business. May have to wait up to 7 days to get a repair for my business that runs on internet. It’s time to change my service.
