Hey @Bell , what packages do you have to offer @Rogers customers that would like to move to a dependable service?

  • harryvani Harry Potter (@harryvani) reported

@RogersHelps Think about your employees at Kiosks and malls how much grunt and customer heated arguments they will have to bear. Many will resign and many will not appreciate no explanation from Company on this outage.I won’t work for such a business #rogersoutage #nointernet

@RogersHelps Just reporting that I'm still down in North York

  • MikeWarland Mike Warland (@MikeWarland) reported

@birgitomo @Rogers How would multiple companies all managing a little bit of critical infrastructure help? We already have pseudo competition: the Rogers customers without service could not suddenly move to Bell. It might be time to publicly own this infrastrucure.

  • DelGobbo Adam Del Gobbo (@DelGobbo) reported

@RogersHelps can you help me understand when I should have internet access back? Your chat agent system is atrocious to navigate, especially on mobile. It's sent me in circles for ~20 minutes only to be told that it's a busy period and to try again later.

  • arnold_prasad Arnold Prasad (@arnold_prasad) reported

@RogersHelps Nothing as yet and seriously considering moving to Bell although I cringe at the though. Two major outage in less than 6 months.

  • rIzVeE512 KingRiz (@rIzVeE512) reported

@Jen2Nice @TorontoStar @RogersBiz lol we are talking about Rogers, company that probably ain’t even going to do anything for small businesses let alone “gig workers” you’re better of asking your customers for extra tips to help you deal with the lose of income.

what really sucked wasn't the outage, that can happen, it was the lack of communication at the start of the outage, it was hours before an acknowledgement yet when my bill is due in a weeks time I get a text reminding me. #rogers @RogersHelps @Rogers
