@RogersHelps this tactic of putting someone on hold when they ask to speak to a supervisor and then never actually having the call transfered is disgusting. It's been an hour now I've been waiting to speak to a supervisor. My company gives your over 1 Million a year. This is bs.

@RogersHelps Noticing my phone periodically shows no service but then eventually picks up a signal. Any network reason why or is this is a phone issue?

@Rogers I think it's a really poor system that when a promotion ends, the bill automatically changes to the original price of $100 without any warnings. And no, having it in the billing statement is not considered a warning. I'll be looking for other options.
