    @RogersHelps is there an outage ?? North York area. No internet since 4.30pm. loads of work pending. Restarted modem multiple times and still the same. Tried all methods with customer care. Still the same. Please fix it.

    @RogersHelps There a big possibility of an outage in the downtown area of St John’s due to a low hanging cable. Please contact me as soon as possible as to avoid any outages to myself and other Rogers customers in the area

    thank god my contract is up soon, my family have been @Rogers customers since the 1980s but **** that, going with somebody else, literally anybody else

    @sandeepborade @Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers Ignite was constantly down for me in that area as well. Switched to Bell Fibe with no issues.
