    @RogersHelps I understand blackouts. What I'm saying is the PVR guide always says Blackout for viewers in Ottawa when a Sens game is actually on. Yet it lists Toronto games as on when they are blacked out. The guide is Toronto-centric and this needs to be fixed.

    @RogersHelps That’s the thing my friend. No one at Rogers customer service can cancel the device at their end and I can’t visibly see the option to cancel on my app
