We’ve had persistent internet issues for weeks. Multiple @RogersBiz technicians to our house, and we’ve been 2x escalated. This new agent gave me a direct line, which sounds good - I get to skip phone menus - but in reality it just means I leave voice mails he never returns.

So, last month @Rogers had a service outage impacting cell clients. I was one; noticed today the credit given was off an activation fee (recently made changes to my acct) and not the actual mthly charges resulting in savings 4 Rogers. WOW...How many more clients saw this?

Understand that without internet, my store can not function currently. @Rogers is not the company you want to work with during this. My internet at my business goes down daily, sometimes for hours at a time. Garbage service. Time to deal with a company that is actually reliable.
