    @DominousNolen @Rogers @RogersHelps Now I've been told it could take another 24 hours for service to be restored. Madness. I'm looking at changing providers this week, I can't deal with this.

    @Freakaverage4 @RamblingMoth @Rogers If you can log in to your account , they can check and then you get the option for an email when it's up when Anna asks you to log in say yes.... Use your phone's data if need be. That's what I did and got told issue in the area and I had the option for a phone call

    @RogersHelps No Internet for 12hrs, restart modern thousand times. “Anna” bot dont help.

    @RogersHelps is there still an outage in guelph? it’s been over 24 hours since the internet went out and we’ve tried everything on our end (modem restart etc)

    Our internet and wireless service has been out for ~24hrs. Surprised that @Rogers @RogersHelps hasn't published anything at all to acknowledge or provide ETA.
