@RogersHelps I will. The frustrating thing is that it isn't a one time thing. I've had issues 5 times this season, with it lagging, and constantly trying to load. This is the first skipping incident. This isn't an issue with any other streaming service

@RogersHelps @Rogers I contacted Rogers 3 times over the past month for this issue, and they say the credit is still being processed! If I do not hear back from Rogers in the next 2 days, I am returning the phone and cancelling my Rogers service, one less customer to disappoint for you @RogersHelps
