    @tobi @Rogers This appears to be the best place to get support. I know someone who was on hold for about 2 hrs the other day. Apparently this is normal.

    @RogersHelps Haha funny. You may care, but the company that employs you doesn't care. Over the last 6 weeks I've probably spend over 10 hrs on the phone with your employees, every time i think the issue has been resolved, only to find out nothing has been resolved. It's rinse n repeat.

    @tobi @Rogers Set apn: mobile.apn this should fix tethering on Rogers but seems to kill tethering on US carriers fyi. Remember to switch back if you’re travelling.

    @RogersHelps @suresh__cp When several people say they are in Ottawa are having issues, maybe it’s not our problem, but a Roger’s issue. Yes, I have restated my modem. No, it didn’t help. Thank you.
