    @whiteles @Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers lost all my business years ago. If you are determined to stay with them Leslie, I recommend reaching out to their customer retention department. If you're still not getting anywhere, start reaching out to the competition.

    @RogersHelps We’re on day number 4 here without internet, tv or home phone. Worst experience ever.....customer service and problem resolution is non existent with Rogers. Have been waiting to hear back from someone every single time time I call starting from Friday and it’s now Monday.

    @DelfTerry @RogersHelps Yup! And it’s just happening on FX. This is a Rogers problem, not an us problem. Asking us to slide into the DMs is unacceptable: Fix it!!!

    @RogersHelps why is every wait for “live chat” or a call to a customer service an hour long plus event? Fix your service and staff up. For all the talk of “fastest internet” Rogers sure fails in every other department.
