@Rogers My mother just called with a billing question. Your representative tried to sell her on a medical bracelet and hung up on her when she said she wasn’t interested and only wanted billing. Is this how you treat customers? Not to mention intermittent service recently.

@RogersHelps I have been having non stop issues today and last night with your services. I called and spoke with someone for over an hour today and now have a tech booked. But this is ridiculous. My internet is lagging. My TV keeps rebooting? Not a happy client right now.
