    @RogersHelps How long will your website be down for maintenance? I hit my data limit and need to buy more data. I get an error message when I text B to 222 to purchase more data. Will I be charged for this data I am using?

    @Rogers Got a text saying top ups for Pay As YOU Go have ended. I have been a customer for 20 years!!! Not a great way to treat a long time customer!!!😣

    @RogersHelps @thebat88 Rogers was supposed to fix our internet issues today between 2 - 4pm, it’s now 5:45 and I’ve heard nothing from them. Oh & the problem started on Friday but Sunday was the earliest appt - I guess they forgot. Not good enough

    @RogersHelps my internet isn't working. It's saying "connected without internet". Is there a service interruption at 380 Murray St in Ottawa? What's the problem what can I do? I need my home wifi asap. I've tried rebooting the modem by unplugging it.
