@RogersHelps My online account is empty (tried 2 browsers). I got a link in the community forum to access my account activity so it's clearly a bug. No one has fixed it in 2 months of customer complaints - is Rogers trying to get all Pay as you Go to just GO?

@Thomas_Howden @RogersHelps Yup. Had mobile and home services with them for 15 years. Had Bell before that and recall being right torqued over something they did (I can’t recall anymore) something about slipping in a sneaky fee…. I recall thinking I’d never go back …

@Thomas_Howden @RogersHelps However they don’t go down. There call centres are in India and the Philippines. That’s where they make their money. Nonetheless in 2 years Rogers went down for 5 days. Bell 0. Bell operated when we had thd big blackout ran right through Rogers was down.
