@RogersHelps Tell us the stats. I don't know anyone in downtown Toronto who has their internet working. Noticed Rogers radio stations aren't taking about it. Change the conversation to scams isn't helping anyone. Let's be honest on how many people have service. Sent via freedom mobile

Yesterday was the first time since my kids have been alive, and I wasn't able to see or hear them. @RogersHelps you did this! I hope the proactive credit is more than just a day of pkg . We still are having issues with certain services.

@Rogers @BlueJays As of 5:15 pm EST today Rogers Internet and Cable quality is poor. Volume is cutting in and out as well as picture signal on several channels in the GTA area. What is going on with Rogers?

@RogersHelps Ive never been this upset at a internet providor. This is like the 4th time in my area that the wifi went out. And you give no explanation to why it went out. Rogers does not compare to any other internet provider in Canada. This has been an absolute nightmare having you, thanks!
