    @Rogers been trying to change my account for over a year. With constant phone calls lasting over 2 hours... tried to cancel my service multiple times to switch to @Bell with special promotions added to my account. Non of which have been added to my account.

    @JMBcafe @Rogers @Bell_Aliant B4 switching, try calling Bell's loyalty department. I have the 3 service bundle & when it got too expensive I called to cancel the TV & phone. They came back with a crazy good discount that was locked in for a year. Now, I call every year or so & keep getting the price reduced

    @JMBcafe @Rogers @Bell_Aliant Yeah, I think I’m on some kind of list w/Bell Ive had so many issues with my service. Atleast you had service thrust on you,I had a manager argue black & blue with me that they dont have a wireless 4K receiver while I was holding one in my hand.Switching to Rogers in Nov I hope.

    @RogersHelps internet at Bayview and Eglinton is intermittent! Up for 10 mins, down for 10 mins...what's going on?

    @JMBcafe @Rogers @Bell_Aliant I had Rogers all last year when I first started streaming and I had nothing but issues. Bitrate issues for the most part that would usually crash my streams. They could never tell me what was wrong so I eventually just gave up and switched to Bell and have had no issues since!

    @lee_lisee @Rogers @RogersHelps Same here......I want to see pictures of the outage, and it better be a vehicle pile up through the side of a building with routers, switches and PDU's all over the place.

    The first couple months with @rogers internet was okay, but the last couple months have been utter garbage. The service has been flaky as ****, & now they’re trying to up our bill almost 500 ******* percent! They better fix this AND the banks NSF charge! I am so fkn PISSED🤬🤬

    @JMBcafe @Rogers @Bell_Aliant I’m interested in this. Rogers has been upgrading its network all over St. John’s. My old roomate now has Rogers and he was the head of local IT where we worked. (Ironically at one point it was a contact centre FOR Rogers) He couldn’t get over the difference.
