Hey @RogersHelps. I wonder if you'd like to know that someone on your "tech support" phone line refused to assist me today, and did so by outright LYING about what could/couldn't be done...? I'm a tad furious, and concerned about this person treating others the same way...

@timandfriends @Rogers @Sportsnet Can you fix your freakin 4k channels??? Always something wrong with one or the other.

@RogersHelps So is it normal practice to leave a customer on hold for 15÷ minutes without once coming back to refresh? I work in customer service and our limit is 2-3 minutes maximum. Even if you need more time come back and let the customer know you're still working on it.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I had to end the Rogers Live Chat. That was among the most painful customer service experience ever.

@OBNmontreal @Rogers Ticketmaster is not working and no one in the ticket office is picking up the phone. This is so frustrating.

Going on 60+ hours and @Rogers still won’t help me or turn my internet back on. Now I’m going into data overage because they keep telling me to DM them but won’t reply to my DMs. They better fix this and give me a credit on my bill because this is ridiculous now.

@Rogers our internet has been going out constantly for the last few days and when I called this morning I was told to call back after 11 because their system was down. At this point I feel I am paying high end prices for a low end product. Time to start shopping around.

Seriously, @rogershelps why can you not get a service call correct? When I have a business plan and you keep sending out residential service technicians that don't work with static IPs it really gets annoying. Don't you understand that people work from home? 1/2

@RogersHelps, Yesterday at 4 pm EST, my internet went down along with thousands of Ontarians. When I finally got through to Rogers, they acted like nothing happened. No communication or apologies on what happened. Nothing!
