@RogersHelps Just spoke with a manager who is waiting for tech support to reapply a credit that I should’ve had. He’s going to call me back but I think you should give compensation where I had to call multiple times to resolve the same issue. Either back dating, a bill credit or something

@RogersHelps I was on chat for 30 min last night with reps. They transfered me from rep to rep and nobody could help me. I selected Flex 20 for $165 but had to pay $185 for some reason. They told me there is no deals for legacy customers.
