CD (@Denos1118) reportedBeing in hold for over 2.5 hours to just get a shipping label to return a cable box not working @Rogers @RogersHelps is ridiculous and unexceptable and I'm still on hold. But to add a service gets you straight through.

Reptoid - Independent Content Creator (@reptoid27) reported@RogersHelps No "special technical thing for the disabled" can FIX Alex's brain. Alex also then added "You NEED to work WITH us"! What a JERK! He has NO CALL BACK NUMBER, and expects disabled people to wait ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR just to say "Yes that's OK". Abusive!

John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps I should have never switched from Bell Fibe. Sometimes it’s not worth saving a few bucks to get an inferior product. The salesperson that came to my door assured me that Rogers had upgraded their product. Obviously that’s bull$hit
-
Matthew Johnson (@McJohnson922) reported@RogersHelps @jayjimshier Hey, that's really stupid you know. Maybe be better at this.
-
Jamie Mitchell (@realJ_Mitchell) reported@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to cancel my service since the start of the month. Impossible to do when no one picks up OR the system hangs up on me. And I can’t cancel in your stores.

Jay (@TheHeartPlumber) reported@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers I’m very sorry, Jeff. Your post didn’t specify. It took me months to find someone within Rogers to help me cancel my Mom’s Rogers account after she passed. It was terribly frustrating. To boot, they wanted to charge me $1200 for the balance remaining for her iPhone. #F-Rogers
