-
Wayne (@Dr_Of_Style) reported@canadiens_8 @Rogers I don’t subscribe to any service, but for those who have to in order to see their respective teams play… it’s beyond ridiculous. Unfortunately though… it’s the cost of doing business.

Shawna R (@shawna_r80) reported@RogersHelps Since changing my plan, I’ve experienced intermittent delays receiving SMS messages on my line and other lines on my account. Please check for any provisioning issues related to the plan change and, if needed, escalate for further investigation.

Gustavo Soto (@kutupla) reported@RogersHelps No call back option either? You’re not really trying to improve your customer service..

We're Offended You're Offended (@wereoffended) reported@Rogers what in the actual F? Your super sweet AI phone garbage is broken. Can't actually do anything. When I try to actually get in touch with an agent, call volumes are to high. FOR A WEEK. Hey @TELUS how you doing?

justistruth (@justistruth) reported@SlapshotShibe @Rogers , @Sportsnet really sucks that you are taking away from the people out west. Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, big fan of the fan960. shame you closed it down. i listen and watch plenty from Bc. now you raise prices and even cut the coffee on the remaining people working. i am sad because this year i may not hear or see any Flames broadcasts or radio. Why would i want to support that? seriously considering not streaming. the quality is not good. yet you partnered with Prime this year. serious question here will the stream improve this year? i doubt it because i have not seen an improvement since i started streaming Flames games. oh well! i do hope you lose money this year. maybe then you will realize you need the people to support the product.

Nicole Thomas (@Travelling_Nic) reported@RogersHelps Yes I am sure they will be able to, but what you don't understand is that it will be WEEKS before I can get through to speak to someone and I'll be stuck paying for services I do not need an ld cannot afford. Your system is broken.

Chris Thorne Art (@christhorneart) reported@Boddy604 @Sportsnet @Rogers Yes!! Complaining will not do anything, you have to cancel the service. The only way to get them to listen is to take their money away. That is your only leverage. #cancelsportsnet

comm eng (@CommEng) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?
