@jimbo19000 @Rogers When the light is flashing it means "no service, no service, no service..." So, you are in your neighborhood watching 300 channels of TV, 1TB of internet and it all stops - a light flashes (as shown) from the POD - you missed the net - no one is accountable....like AM34

@Rogers is literally the worst. How am I using my phone internet in my house when I pay for wifi? And every time I call them to fix this issue, they just tell me to restart my modem.

Lol, again Rogers Ignite is not working on the remote IOS app. What a joke of a service provider. @Rogers is ******* CRAP! Everything else will cast. Not Ignite. And what a time. Right after thanksgiving dinner.

The new snnow app on appletv is horrible @RogersHelps - dropped frames, out of sync audio, playback errors, can’t rewind. Previous app was far far better. I am paying for this garbage - what are you doing to fix this?

This new box and remote from @Rogers is garbage. I have to literally dig my finger into the buttons. At one point my wrist was hurting.
