    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps home internet was finally up this morning however most of the websites did not open and timed out. After couple hours, the internet stopped again and is still unavailable for me here. But when i checked your website it says there is no outage in my area. Courtice, ON

    @smboos @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m just speaking as someone who works for a telecom company. If they will give more that’s great. Usually if someone calls in because they’ve lost a days service we credit them for that day. If you ask to speak to the loyalty dept they will credit more.

    @mrjonmacdougall @Rudolph85203035 @Rogers Loyalty means absolutely nothing to Rogers. Been with them for 23yrs. No special rates, no special services or support, never even got a cheap crappy t-shirt on my 20th anniversary.

    @RogersHelps Big lie! I am in Mississauga and home internet services are still down (although modem shows up!). I have to use my non-Rogers wireless to wven check out this useless Twitter feed!

    @rogers our landline is not working, TV is freezing off and on, going to black, blurry, many stations are not available. We have ignite system. How about giving us credit for days until system is fully functional because it is pain right now!

    Oy, this is truly a load of crap! Now the cable TV has lost a bunch of channels, still no internet and still no info! This is what we pay a ton of money for, right? @RogersHelps
