@RogersHelps So uh… what happened? An outage this big should have a cause, no? So what was it? What made your service go down and hold the country’s money hostage for over 12 hours? We deserve answers as it’s been almost 72 hours.

@RogersHelps your insignificant credit of 3$! is a slap in the face! I expected better of you! As a customer with Fido this was the final straw, I canceled 2 other lines and ported to bell I'm working on my last line now a 12 year service with Fido / Rogers is over!

@michaelroberts @RogersHelps Haven't tried it yet today but it was totally crap last night. Tried calling Rogers but all I got was a recorded message then they hung up. Didn't even give me the option on waiting on the line.

@JBPVFM @LeafSingh @RogersHelps I’m assuming as soon as most of us have options Rogers is done. I have options. No contracts. I cannot tolerate the arrogance of them not explaining what has happened and why. It cost a huge amount of revenue on Friday and it’s still up and down.

@RogersHelps so our internet is still coming in and out. Any news on when it will be fully restored? I have to work tomorrow and have already lost one full day of pay due to this outage.
