Hey @Rogers , what the estimated time of service being back in the Fredericton Northside area? Internet and TV has been out almost 12 hrs. Completely unacceptable

@RogersHelps After 2 hrs on the phone we have FINALLY canceled. 30 years and we have had enough. There is no excuse for the way Rogers treats it's customers. A customer should never have to be on hold 14 hours to order Ignite TV.

@RogersHelps Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the issue resolved, so I'll be switching providers. I was overcharged by $70 in December and January, and spent three hours on the phone trying to sort it out before I finally gave up. Truly terrible service.

@RogersHelps why do you guys just keep saying you don’t want your consumers to have a negative experience yet you continue to regress on a service level. You have over 3 hour wait times plus an additional 1.5 hours for retention. Your phones drop calls at 3hrs so you’re clueless.

.@Rogers / @RogersHelps - why have I had to speak to 6 different agents to get a credit reimbursed, and now have to wait 6 business days to get a different charge reimbursed for $11 that shouldn't have been charged in the first place? Your customer service structure is terrible.

@Rogers WOW!!! Was on the phone waiting from 1pm till 8pm and issue still unresolved. Talked to 2 people who just who just transferred me as they don't have the access to different offers. Even cancelling is hard to do.

@RogersHelps my ignite services went out tonight at 12:30 am, it's not the first time it's gone out on me at night but never this early, is it maintenance and is there a way to know when it might affect my services or are they unplanned? Because it happens way to often
