    @RogersHelps :) Sorry -- I had chatted via "Anna" your bot, and then the 2nd time it went down, #Pascal the 15-year-old called and chatted with a human,... I doubt there is anything that you (@RogersSupport) can do that those first two interactions could not.

    @RogersHelps It’s day 2 of being on hold with your employer .. going on 3 hours today . So far this week Rogers has cost me 10 hours with my family , a days pay, all because you won’t ever return a call and you put every single disgruntled customer in purgatory
