    I just had the absolute worst customer service at a Rogers outlet a person could ever imagine. Last kick at this guy @Rogers hope you enjoyed my money since 1993... never again and I will make sure everyone knows how I was treated and lied to by manager!

    How does @Rogers have a technician make a service call (they were informed the new HD box wasn't working) and he tells my 97 yr old mom "your daughter will have to call (AGAIN!) as I don't have an HD box." What were you doing then? Delivering coffee and donuts?

    As a new customer, I am asked to register online to get started. It asks me for an account number but can someone help me find one? It is referring me to the Service Agreement to get the Account Number but it seems the document masks it. @RogersHelps
