  • ABakerN7 Andrew Baker: Fully Vaxxed! Essential Worker (@ABakerN7) reported

Nothing like smooth jazz on a 20 minute loop for hold music while I wait for @RogersHelps to pick up the phone for the last 40 minutes. No this isn’t something that can go through the website or live chat, or self service options I’d have used them if they were.

  • laframl Lucille Laframboise (@laframl) reported

@Rogers Doesn’t help to private message you when no one responds to private messages.

@RogersBiz your wifi is down again. @JustinTrudeau this is what happens when you create monopolies in the country. Both Rogers and Bell are pathetic. You call this a free country. #west

@RogersHelps is your home Internet down?

  • laframl Lucille Laframboise (@laframl) reported

Day 5 with no email with @rogers and still no one @rogershelp technical support answering the phone and no explanation from Rogers. Seems like millions affected and not even on @CTVToronto news yet. Come on people speak up and let’s get this fixed.

  • WBhanot Vanika (@WBhanot) reported

.@RogersHelps and then replugged it but still not working. I'm in Mississauga, Ontario. Ask Anna on your website didn't help. Your call centre lines keep disconnecting saying that you are experiencing extremely high call volumes so I should call back later. Please help. 2/2

  • WBhanot Vanika (@WBhanot) reported

.@RogersHelps Hello and good morning. My Rogers Home Internet is not working since morning (when I tried to login). The modem is on, solid white light but the Wifi name isn't showing up as detectable on any of my devices. I've tried restarting 5 times, unplugged it too ...1/2

We pay alot for $hitty service @Rogers More problems with your service all the time. Why you are entitled to having a monopoly When you can't provide decent service. #rogersoutage #rogers

@RogersHelps Hey question - I have a CGM4331COM, with a toggle in the options settings for MoCa. There is 1 coax connection on the back. So the modem can output a MoCa signal back through the 1 coax port? Meaning I only need the MoCa adapters at the far end of the cable?
