@RogersHelps People don’t have the time or patience to contact you & fill out your security form, etc etc over & over again for problems with a product they’re paying a lot of money for. It should be consistent & reliable. My neighbor just switched to Starlink & I’m ready to follow her lead.

@RogersHelps can you guys disable that “automatic management” garbage on my XB7? It changes my wifi channels to channels that are in use, and gives me horrible performance. I am an IT student, and I pay you guys a significant amount per month for my service.

@domenicpaolucci @Rogers Their service mission is garbage. Called last month about promotions running out,was told my bill would be the same. Got the bill, $55 more, they tell me my cell wasn't included THAT'S part of my bill. Now they will do nothing,that's my bill. #CustomerService sucks. Lookin around

Crazy how over the last 3 years my @rogers internet has gotten worse, but yet more expensive? In a society were alot of people can work from home, but yet they cant provide is this service that everyone pays top dollar for. Absolute dogshit.

@RogersHelps. Would be nice if for the last 40 hours tv and internet wasn’t lagging and extremely slow. your site mentions no outage when clearly there are tons of people contacting you for the same issues. Im in north Brampton. when will it be fixed. Been over a day

@RogersHelps @brettjjohnn Same issues we keep having with @Rogers. Internet has been down so many times over the past week, I sound like a broken record. Sadly, when you’re a monopoly your customers are taken for granted; even your most loyal ones.
